Abstract

本发明涉及一种管线整体防腐蚀工艺,具体涉及一种埋地管线的内壁防腐蚀施工工艺。现有的防腐蚀施工工艺不适合长距离埋地管线的内壁防腐蚀,且施工过程中两跟管之间采用焊接,破坏了内壁的防腐涂层,形成漏点,起不到有效的防腐作用,且施工工艺距离过短,只适合在工厂预制。一种埋地管线的内壁防腐蚀施工工艺,其步骤为:清扫管线→清管器→喷砂除锈→第一遍涂覆→第二遍涂覆→检验。本发明适合野外现场施工,能使3~5km长的管线内部形成一个整体、连续的涂层结构,且大大提高了防腐质量和施工效率,快捷、简单、投入少,大大的缩短了工期,降低了成本。

一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种管线整体防腐蚀工艺,具体涉及一种埋地管线的内壁防腐蚀施工工艺。
二、背景技术
背景技术中,钢制管道液体涂料内涂层风送内挤涂石油行业制定了相应的标准SY/T4076-95,SY/T4076-95此种工艺不适合长距离埋地管线的内壁防腐蚀,且施工过程中两跟管之间采用焊接,破坏了内壁的防腐涂层,形成漏点,起不到有效的防腐作用,且施工工艺距离过短,只适合在工厂预制。
三、发明内容
本发明为了解决上述背景技术中的不足之处,提供一种适合野外现场施工,大大的缩短了工期,降低了成本的埋地管线的内壁防腐蚀施工工艺。
本发明的技术方案:一种埋地管线的内壁防腐蚀施工工艺,其特征在于:所述的施工工艺的步骤依次为:清扫管线、清管器、喷砂除锈、第一遍涂覆、第二遍涂覆、检验。
所述的清扫管线是利用压缩空气,清扫管线内壁,清除管内杂物;
所述的清管器是依据管线内径,选高弹性耐磨橡胶球从管线一端打入另一端;
所述的喷砂除锈是利用高硬度石英砂在压缩空气的带动下从管线一端送入,另一端喷出;
所述的涂覆是根据设计及管线内表面积准备主材,并将内衬原料与固化剂充分混合待用;安装尾端收球装置;将已选好的一组球形涂覆器加入管内并把内衬原料注入,通风挤涂,涂覆器的运行速度控制在2-3m/s。
本发明的优点:其适合野外现场施工,能使3~5km长的管线内部形成一个整体、连续的涂层结构,且大大提高了防腐质量和施工效率,快捷、简单、投入少,大大的缩短了工期,降低了成本。

参见图1,实现本发明的过程步骤为:清扫管线→清管器→喷砂除锈→第一遍涂覆→第二遍涂覆→检验。
1、清扫管线
是利用压缩空气,清扫管线内壁,清除管内杂物,清扫管线所用的时间可根据清扫情况而定。
2、通球:
依据管线内径,选相应的高弹性耐磨橡胶球从管线一端打入另一端打出,根据通球结果,判断管线焊接质量,为下一步制定内挤工艺作基础。
3、喷砂除锈:
喷砂作业是利用高硬度石英砂在压缩空气的带动下从管线一端送入,另一端喷出,达到彻底清除管线内壁铁锈的目的,主要设备有足够排量的空气压缩机,贮砂罐,喷砂除锈管线长度依据管线走向而定,走向起伏不大的管线一般控制在3-5km,起伏较大时以不超过3km为宜,排气量的选择以末端扬砂不小于1米为最低限度。
4、内衬层施工:
(1)材料准备:根据设计及管线内表面积准备主材,并将内衬原料与固化剂充分混合待用,待气温较高时可相应减少,气温低时延长;
(2)安装尾端收球装置;
(3)将已选好的一组球形涂覆器加入管内并把内衬原料注入,通风挤涂,挤涂器的运行速度控制在2-3m/s。
其中球形涂覆器、内挤涂过程中使用的发射器和尾端的收球装置为管道防腐行业的专业常用设备。

1.一种埋地管线的内壁防腐蚀施工工艺,其特征在于:所述的施工工艺的步骤依次为:清扫管线、清管器、喷砂除锈、第一遍涂覆、第二遍涂覆、检验;
所述的清扫管线是利用压缩空气,清扫管线内壁,清除管内杂物;
所述的清管器是依据管线内径,选高弹性耐磨橡胶球从管线一端打入另一端;
所述的喷砂除锈是利用高硬度石英砂在压缩空气的带动下从管线一端送入,另一端喷出;主要设备有足够排量的空气压缩机,贮砂罐,喷砂除锈管线长度依据管线走向而定,走向起伏不大的管线一般控制在3-5km,起伏较大时以不超过3 km为宜,排气量的选择以末端扬砂不小于1米为最低限度;
