Abstract

本发明的风力发电机轮毂与叶片导线连接支架,是在叶片内的人孔盖板的中心位置上垂直固定有立柱,连接在轮毂接线板的导线缠绕于立柱上、再联接至风机叶片接线板上。其中,缠绕于立柱上的导线由捆扎带固定;立柱端头与导线、轮毂接线板与导线均由热缩套管相固定。本发明风力发电机轮毂与叶片导线连接支架,设计合理、结构简单,用支架将防雷导线相对固定,有效地解决了导线随着叶片旋转产生的变形问题,克服了防雷导线断裂、维修频繁的问题,延长了检修周期,提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种风力发电机轮毂与叶片导线连接支架。
背景技术
现有的风力发电机,是用导线将叶片上防雷接线板与轮毂上的防雷接线板联接,解决叶片与轮毂间的防雷问题。但现有的防雷导线是随着叶片一起在旋转,久而久之使导线变形,导致导线的抗疲劳性差、产生断裂,使防雷导线形同虚设,需频繁检修,再者断裂的导线如不及时维修,极易损伤轮毂内的其它部件。
发明内容
本发明旨在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种风力发电机轮毂与叶片导线连接支架。
本发明的风力发电机轮毂与叶片导线连接支架,是在叶片内的人孔盖板上垂直固定有立柱,立柱的长度小于人孔盖板到轮毂接线板的距离,连接在轮毂接线板的导线缠绕于立柱上、再联接至风机叶片接线板上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的立柱是垂直固定在人孔盖板的中心位置。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在人孔盖板上固定有横梁,立柱与横梁成垂直连成一体。
作为本发明的进一步改进,缠绕于立柱上的导线由捆扎带固定。
作为本发明的进一步改进,立柱端头与导线、轮毂接线板与导线均由热缩套管相固定。
本发明风力发电机轮毂与叶片导线连接支架,设计合理、结构简单,用支架将防雷导线相对固定,有效地解决了导线随着叶片旋转产生的变形,克服了防雷导线断裂、维修频繁的问题,延长了检修周期,提高了生产效率。

本本发明的风力发电机轮毂与叶片导线连接支架,是在叶片内的人孔盖板1的中心上垂直固定有立柱2,立柱2的长度小于人孔盖板1到轮毂接线板3的距离,连接在轮毂接线板3的导线4缠绕于立柱2上、再联接至风机叶片接线板上。其中,缠绕于立柱2上的导线4由捆扎带6固定;立柱2端头与导线4、轮毂接线板3与导线4均由热缩套管7相固定。
实施例3
本发明的风力发电机轮毂与叶片导线连接支架,是在叶片内的人孔盖板1的中心上固定有横梁5,横梁5也可用圆形簿板代替。立柱2与横梁5成垂直连成一体,立柱2的长度小于人孔盖板到轮毂接线板3的距离,连接在轮毂接线板3的导线4缠绕于立柱2上、再联接至风机叶片接线板上。其中,缠绕于立柱2上的导线4由捆扎带6固定;立柱2端头与导线4、轮毂接线板3与导线4均由热缩套管7相固定。

Claims (7)

1.风力发电机轮毂与叶片导线连接支架,其特征是在叶片内的人孔盖板(1)上垂直固定有立柱(2),立柱(2)的长度小于人孔盖板(1)到轮毂接线板(3)的距离,连接在轮毂接线板(3)的导线(4)缠绕于立柱(2)上、再联接至风机叶片接线板上。
2.如权利要求1所述的风力发电机轮毂与叶片导线连接支架,其特征在于立柱(2)垂直固定在人孔盖板(1)的中心位置。
3.如权要求1或2所述的风力发电机轮毂与叶片导线连接支架,其特征是在人孔盖板(1)上固定有横梁(5),立柱(2)与横梁(5)成垂直连成一体。
4.如权利要求3所述的风力发电机轮毂与叶片导线连接支架,其特征在于缠绕于立柱(2)上的导线(4)由捆扎带(6)固定。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的风力发电机轮毂与叶片导线连接支架,其特征在于缠绕于立柱(2)上的导线(4)由捆扎带(6)固定。
6.如权利要求5所述的风力发电机轮毂与叶片导线连接支架,其特征在于立柱(2)端头与导线(4)和轮毂接线板(3)与导线(4)均由热缩套管(7)相固定。
7.如权利要求1或2或4所述的风力发电机轮毂与叶片导线连接支架,其特征在于立柱(2)端头与导线(4)和轮毂接线板(3)与导线(4)均由热缩套管(7)相固定。
