The accompanying drawing mode unrestricted by diagram described the present invention. Those skilled in the art can envision many other modification and embodiment within the spirit and scope of principle of the present invention.Accompanying drawing is Utopian, and not drawn on scale is intended to schematically illustrate.
The specific embodiment
The dispenser for sheet material of exemplary prior art shown in Figure 1A.Dispenser for sheet material 10 comprises housing, and housing has the housing top 11 of lower housing portion of being attached to 13.Housing top has and is applicable to and holds upper surface 14 and the sidewall 15 that sheet material stacks.Housing top can temporarily or forever be attached to lower housing portion 13 along periphery 16.Mark sheet part 17 is passed the slit 18 the housing top from the distributor extension.Sheet material stacks 30 and is arranged in the housing of dispenser for sheet material. For ease of discussing, sheet material stacks and comprises seven monolithics that are called sheet material 20a to 20g in the literary composition. When the user extracted the first monolithic 20a out from distributor, the second place 32 in stacking from primary importance 31 towards distributor moved.Following Figure 1B to Fig. 1 D further specifies shuttle.U.S. Patent No. 4,770,320 (people such as Miles) also have description to shuttle.
Shown in Figure 1B, because the first monolithic 20a partly extracts out from distributor, sheet material stacks and moves to the second place 32.In this stage of sheet material extraction, it is attached with the second monolithic 20b that is located immediately at below the first monolithic 20a that the part 201a of the first monolithic 20a keeps. When the first monolithic 20a further when distributor is drawn out of, pulling force is applied on the second monolithic 20b, a part that forces the second monolithic 20b is along with the part 201a of monolithic 20a passes slit 18.Fig. 1 C shows this form.
In Fig. 1 C, the position of the part 202b of the second monolithic 20b is near the oral area of slit 18.When the first monolithic 20a when distributor is pulled out, the adhesive phase 24a on the first monolithic 20a lower surface still adheres to monolithic 20b, makes the part 202b trend exit slot 18 of the second monolithic 20b.When the first monolithic 20a further when distributor is extracted out, the end 202b of the second monolithic 20b move more close exit slot 18.
Fig. 1 D illustrates the final stage in the shuttle, and wherein sheet material stacks in the second place 32, and the first monolithic 20a disconnects from the distributor extraction and with the second monolithic 20b fully, and the part of the second monolithic 20b is stretched out slit 18.In this stage, when monolithic 20b fully when distributor is extracted out, sheet material stacks and is in the position of returning with shuttling back and forth to primary importance 31.The length that the length of the distributor of this prior art stacks than sheet material grows a segment distance, and this distance is typically expressed as benchmark " L ".
Fig. 2 is exemplary 130 the side view of stacking, and this stacks with the fan fold structure strippingly bonded to each other, and the purpose in order to discuss, and launches expression in the mode of similar accordion.Once more, comprise seven sheet materials (120a to 120g) for ease of discussing, stacking. Each sheet material has mark sheet end and adhesive end.For example, the first sheet material 120a has mark sheet end 120ax and adhesive end 120ay.Similarly, the second sheet material 120b has mark sheet end 120bx and adhesive end 120by.Each sheet material similarly comprises opposite first and second surface.First surface adhesive-free and preferably can writing.Adhesive coating 124 is located on the second surface, on adhesive end.Equal adhesive-free on the first surface of mark sheet end and the second surface.A plurality of sheet materials are stacked together, and make the adhesive on any two adjacent sheet be positioned at the opposite end that stacks. In one embodiment, the sheet material that obtains of sheet material and result stacks and is rectangle.Stack and have the length that equals its long side.
Adhesive coating 124 at the most the second surface of cover sheets surface area about 45% to 55%.The best covering surfaces of adhesive long-pending about 50%.,,, sheet material will no longer can as accordion, launch by fan greater than 55% place at the adhesive coverage area so stacking because overlapping to the adhesive of the follow-up sheet material of the next one from a sheet material.Because adopt the fan fold structure, overlap at the mid portion that stacks. Therefore, the sheet material of each sheet material with adhesive coverage district of about 60% stacks and can cause becoming basically stacking of sheet material piece.Though the present invention has under the situation in 60% adhesive coverage district at each sheet material be feasible, needing excessive power could be from stacking this sheet material of dispensing, and this feature is inappropriate for the consumer. In addition, therein sheet material be commonly used to indicate or the tag application of index file in, the adhesive that each sheet material need have a capacity adheres to file keeping. Therefore, be feasible though the present invention adopts the sheet material have less than 45% adhesive coverage district, this sheet material may be so not useful in the label type is used.
Optional is that the mark sheet end of this sheet material is by painted vividly, to highlight the zone that is labeled file. Can use any color, as long as color can attract consumer's notice. If desired, mark sheet end also can comprise mark or figure. In one embodiment, adhesive end is a substantially transparent, in order to avoid make any text on the file below sheet material just fuzzy.Sheet material can be made of a variety of materials, and comprises paper, synthetic paper and polymer film.In a preferred embodiment, sheet material is a polymer film, for example (but being not limited to) cellulose acetate and polypropylene.
Fig. 3 A and 3B illustrate the side sectional view of the amplification of an exemplary sheet material distributor 110 of the present invention, and this dispenser for sheet material is equipped with sheet material and stacks 130.Distributor has longitudinal axis along its length, generally is expressed as datum line 125.Distributor has second axis of crosscut longitudinal axis, and axis of pitch is represented as datum line 128.Distributor comprises upper component 112, and it has about the slit 118 that is positioned at central authorities that is provided with along the midpoint crosscut longitudinal axis of distributor length.Slit is divided into two basic parts that equate with upper component.First comprises the first upper wall 112a.Second portion comprises the second upper wall 112b.Four lateral sidewalls 115 form from the upper wall extension.Lateral sidewall comprises two relative end walls, the first end wall 115a and the second end wall 115b.Distance between these two end walls limits the length of distributor.Distributor comprises lower member 113.Upper component at least temporarily is attached to lower member by lateral sidewall, to form housing.
Each sheet material in stacking has about 50% adhesive coverage district, but as previously mentioned, the adhesive coverage district can be from about 45% to 55%.Illustrate as Fig. 3 A the best, when sheet material stacks when being in non-distribution state, each among the first upper wall 112a and the second upper wall 112b contacts respectively and surpasses 40% of top-sheet 120a surface area. The first sheet material 120a in stacking has the mark sheet end 120ax that stretches out slit.Adhesive end 120ay stays enclosure interior, makes the mark sheet end of the repositionable adhesive 124 contacts second sheet material 120b of the sheet material of winning. The point that mark sheet end and adhesive end are met is called " adhesive line " or " border " in the text, and generally is expressed as datum line 127.The border is positioned at the below of slit.Fig. 3 A illustrates the centre that the border is positioned at about slit, but as below further specify, it can be positioned at along slot width Anywhere.
In Fig. 3 B, when the first sheet material 120a when distributor is drawn out of, pulling force is applied on the second sheet material 120b, forces the part (being mark sheet end 120by in this case) of second sheet material to enter in the slit. Therefore, when extracting first sheet material out from stacking, next adjacent sheet is promptly by the folding assigning process that also begins in slit.Stack and before next sheet material begins assigning process, to shuttle back and forth to the side direction end wall, as shown in the distributor of the prior art of Figure 1A to Fig. 1 D.Though stacking 130, sheet material can move to next side direction end wall from a lateral ends wall with vacillating now to the left, now to the right, owing to the amount in the adhesive coverage district on each sheet material with owing to the tighter tolerances between stacked length and the distributor length, stack during distribution and can shown in Figure 1A to Fig. 1 D, not shuttle back and forth.
Fig. 3 C is the perspective view of the distributor of Fig. 3 A and 3B.Distributor has the slot width that is parallel to longitudinal axis 125 and (is labeled as S w).In one embodiment, slot width is 1% to 10% of a sheet material stacked length. In another embodiment, slot width is 1% to 5% of a sheet material stacked length.Slit has sufficiently long length, stretches out slit to allow single sheet material. In one embodiment, slot length is slightly less than the distance between two lateral sidewalls that are parallel to longitudinal axis 125 settings.Distributor has the length that is substantially equal to the distance between two side direction end wall 115a and the 115b.Distributor has 110% the length that is at most the sheet material stacked length, thereby the occupied area of distributor is minimized.
Exemplary sheet material distributor (shown in Fig. 3 A, Fig. 3 B and Fig. 3 C) has rectangular shape, and is applicable to the distribution rectangular sheet.Should be noted that dispenser for sheet material and sheet material of the present invention can have any other shape. That suitable alternative form includes, but is not limited to is square, circular, rectangle, rhombus, trapezoidal, barbell shape, diamond or any other shape. In any shape in these shapes, sheet material stacks the length that equals have to stack the longest linear yardstick. For example, under square situation about stacking, square to stack the longest linear-scale be square diagonal. With regard to circle stacked, the longest linear-scale was a diameter. With regard to oval, the longest linear-scale is its major axis.
Dispenser for sheet material also is described as having independently upper component and lower member.Should be noted that upper component and lower member can form, and wherein have opening and stack with the new sheet material of packing into.Distributor can be made of a variety of materials, and comprises (but being not limited only to) plastics, paper, glass, metal or its combination. It is desirable to, distributor is formed by mouldable plastics. In one embodiment of the invention, upper component comprises molded plastics, and lower member comprises paper substrates. In some cases, it is desirable to upper component and form, make the user can see the inside of dispenser for sheet material by transparent material.
Refer now to another aspect of the present invention, Fig. 4 to Fig. 7 illustrates the multiple view of the writing implement that combines distributor of the present invention.Exemplary writing implement includes, but is not limited to e-Pointer, pen, marker pen and pencil.
