Abstract

发明背景
近些年来,具有包括各种数目的刀片和防护件的刀片架的湿剃剃刀,即所谓的“安全剃刀”,已在专利文献中被提出并被商品化,如例如美国专利5,787,586所述,该专利大体地描述了一款设计,所述设计已被The Gillette Company商品化为三刀片Mach III剃刀,以及如美国专利7,197,825所述,该专利大体地描述了一款设计,所述设计也已被The Gillette Company商品化为五刀片Fusion剃刀。防护件位于刀片的前方并且用来拉伸皮肤从而使毛发准备经受剃刮。

在一个方面,本发明的特征一般来讲在于一种具有塑料外壳的剃刮刀片单元,外壳具有前部和后部以及从前部延伸至后部的两个侧面。剃刮刀片设置在前部和后部之间并且具有沿刀片轴线延伸的刀片长度。防护件设置在外壳的前部,并且包括形成至少一个通道的弹性体构件,所述通道在弹性体构件的上表面和下表面之间延伸。

发明详述
参见图1至3,剃刀10包括一次性刀片架12和柄部14。刀片架12包括将刀片架12可拆卸地连接到柄部14上的连接构件18和可枢转地连接到连接构件18上的刀片单元16。刀片单元16包括塑料外壳20、在外壳20的前部的防护件22、在外壳20的后部的具有润滑条26的顶盖24、在防护件22和顶盖24之间的五个刀片28、和由夹片32连接到外壳20的后部上的修剪刀片组合件30,所述夹片也将刀片28保持在外壳20内。如本领域所熟知,刀片28有弹力地安装在外壳20内,例如由有弹力的臂支撑,所述臂从外壳侧壁向内延伸。

弹性体构件100由外壳20沿后部102和侧部104支撑。现在参见图5和6,弹性体构件100的前部或引导部分106延伸超过外壳20的引导部分108并且基本上不被外壳20沿其长度支撑。弹性体构件的引导部分106为相对柔性的并且在接触使用者的皮肤时可挠曲。在一些情况下,引导部分106具有足够的柔韧性以在使用期间适形于使用者皮肤的轮廓。这种对使用者皮肤的适形性将趋于增大弹性体构件接触使用者皮肤的表面积,从而增强皮肤拉伸,并且也将趋于更均匀地分配使用者在剃刮期间所施加的力。
再次参见图3至4,弹性体构件100包括定位在机架115内的一组112有弹力的翅片。机架115围绕翅片的周边提供弹性体表面117,所述表面可改善刀片架在剃刮期间的跟踪性能,并且可增强皮肤拉伸和由弹性体构件提供的触觉特性。在一些实例中,表面117朝刀片28逐渐增大,并且终止于翅片114的高度下方的边缘119处。在其它实例中,边缘119可与翅片114处在相同的高度或处在更大的高度。在一个实例中,表面117为相对平滑的,而在其它实例中,表面可包括翅片、指状物、肋、凹坑或如本领域熟知的其它皮肤接合部件。
也参见图4A,在机架115的凹壁118和翅片114的末端120之间提供了凹槽116。当引导部分106被挠曲时,凹槽116允许翅片挠曲例如靠拢,而不是如在如果翅片在它们的末端接合到机架115上的情况中那样被固定在它们的末端。然而,如果需要,翅片可接合到机架上,或机架115可省略,并且翅片可延伸防护件的全长。
参见图3至5,在一些实例中,弹性体构件100形成一系列导管130,所述导管用于将剃刮护理剂和/或剃刮碎屑背离防护件22的上表面132朝下表面134引导。导管130朝刀片单元16的前部设置,优选设置在机架115内,并且优选沿基本上平行于刀片28的轴线对齐。在其它实例中,导管130可沿不平行于刀片28的轴线对齐,和/或可不全部沿单一轴线对齐。擦拭构件136设置在一个或多个,优选全部导管130的后方,以用于将剃刮护理剂从皮肤上引导进导管130中。擦拭构件136优选向上延伸而终止于机架115的表面117,但在其它实例中,可延伸到表面117以上。
在一些实例中,弹性体构件100在上表面132中形成槽138,所述槽从一个或多个(优选一个对一个地)导管130延伸至构件100的前壁140,用于将剃刮护理剂进一步引导进导管130中。在剃刮行程期间,随着弹性体构件100沿皮肤的移动,剃刮护理剂进入槽138中并且被擦拭构件136从皮肤上擦拭掉。随着被擦拭掉的剃刮护理剂积聚在槽138中,进入槽138中的新鲜剃刮护理剂向后驱走被擦拭掉的剃刮护理剂并使其穿过导管130,从而减少皮肤和翅片114之间的剃刮护理剂并且降低打滑的可能性。
参见图7和8,在一些实施例中,弹性体构件100在构件100的前表面140中形成槽160,所述槽从上表面132朝下表面134延伸,每个槽160均与槽138连通。随着剃刮护理剂积聚在槽138中,其可被迫穿过导管130或进入到槽160中,以进一步引导剃刮护理剂使其背离上表面132。
在所示的实施方案中,组112包括9个翅片。一般来讲,弹性体构件可包括更少或更多的翅片(例如,介于约5个和15个之间的翅片)。对于给定的节距和翅片几何形状,更多的翅片一般将产生更强的皮肤拉伸,以便更贴面地剃刮;然而,在一定数目的翅片以上,皮肤拉伸趋于不增强(或增强的皮肤拉伸不是必需的),并且弹性体构件可变得过宽,从而使使用者难以在紧实区域中进行剃刮。
回到图5,弹性体翅片114的尖端148在高度上从最远离刀片28的翅片至最靠近刀片28的翅片沿曲线增大。全部的尖端120均位于穿过刀片28的刀刃的平面150的上方。翅片114的不断增加的高度趋于逐渐增加皮肤接触。不断增加的高度也促使尖端在剃刮期间适形于皮肤。翅片114具有0.4mm至0.9mm的顶端至基座高度“h”和窄形轮廓,即,翅片限定小于约14度(优选介于约8度和约14度之间,诸如约11度)的夹角θ。翅片114以介于约0.14mm和0.57mm之间例如0.284mm的中心至中心节距间隔开,并且在它们的基座处为介于约0.1mm和0.4mm之间例如0.217mm厚。基座处的从第一个翅片114a的前部至最后一个翅片114b的后部的距离为约2.75mm。作为另外一种选择,此距离可介于约2.5mm和3.5mm之间。窄形的例如8度至14度的翅片轮廓β可改善翅片柔韧性,其可帮助拉伸皮肤,从而立起毛发以便改善切削。
可按需要选择用于形成弹性体构件100的材料。优选地,弹性体构件由弹性体材料形成,诸如嵌段共聚物(或其它合适的材料),所述材料例如具有28至60的肖氏硬度A的硬度。优选地,翅片114也由相对柔软的材料制成,所述材料例如具有约28至60的肖氏硬度A(例如,约40至50,诸如约40至45的肖氏硬度A)。当这些值增加到此范围以上时,性能可趋于劣化,并且当这些值减小到此范围以下时,可存在生产问题。如图所示,翅片和弹性体构件由相同的材料整体成形。在其它情况下,翅片和弹性体构件由不同的材料形成。
可按需要选择用于形成弹性体构件100的制造方法。优选地,弹性体构件100通过两个材料注塑过程成形到外壳20上。参见图6和8,在一些实例中,升高垫144在表面117以上设置在机架115上并且形成凹口146,所述凹口允许放置注塑浇口,所述浇口将促进材料的流动和填模,同时可从皮肤接触表面117释放掉浇口残留物。作为另外一种选择,弹性体构件100可独立于外壳20形成并且后续地通过例如粘合剂连接到其上。
本文所公开的量纲和值不旨在被理解为严格地限于所述的精确值。相反,除非另外指明,每个这样的量纲均是指所引用数值和围绕那个数值的功能上等同的范围。例如,公开为“40mm”的量纲旨在表示“约40mm”。

Claims (10)
1.一种剃刮刀片单元,所述剃刮刀片单元包括:
塑料外壳,所述塑料外壳包括前部和后部以及从所述前部延伸至所述后部的两个侧面;
至少一个剃刮刀片,所述剃刮刀片设置在所述前部和所述后部之间并且具有沿各自的一个或多个平行刀片轴线延伸的刀片长度;和
位于所述外壳的前部的防护件,所述防护件包括形成至少一个通道的弹性体构件,所述通道在所述弹性体构件的上表面和下表面之间延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的剃刮刀片单元,其中所述至少一个通道被构造成用于所述上表面和所述下表面之间的流体连通。
3.如权利要求1所述的剃刮刀片单元,其中所述弹性体构件包括延伸超过所述塑料外壳前部的前沿的引导部分和由所述塑料外壳前部支撑的随从部分。

7.如权利要求1所述的剃刮刀片单元,其中所述弹性体构件还包括至少一个壁构件,所述至少一个壁构件设置在所述上表面上并且被构造成将剃刮护理剂引导进所述至少一个通道中。
8.如权利要求1所述的剃刮刀片单元,其中所述弹性体构件包括弹性体翅片,所述翅片沿大致平行于所述各自的一个或多个刀片轴线的翅片轴线延伸,所述翅片具有沿所述翅片轴线的长度,所述长度大于或等于所述刀片长度。
