具体实施方式
参考附图,在附图中相似的参考标记表示相似的部件,图1示出具有发动机12的动力系10,发动机12驱动地连接于电动可变传动装置14。发动机12的输出构件被连接用于驱动传动装置14的输入构件16。输入构件16绕转动轴线18转动并且建立转动轴线18。
第一电动机/发电机20、和第二电动机/发电机22被封装在变速器箱24内并且可操作地连接在输入构件16与连接于主减速器(未示出)的传动装置输出构件26之间。变速器箱24仅以部分被示出,并且大体是环形的,环绕整个传动装置14,带有端壁封闭轴向端部以及具有入口孔用于输入构件16和输出构件26、26A或26B延伸通过其中。如下所述,还提供了用作可替换的传动装置输出构件26A、26B的可替换的位置。所以可能的输出构件26、26A、26B被互连以共同地转动(即,以相同速度)。传动装置输出构件26、26A、26B中的任一个、但仅一个可连接于主减速器;选择哪个输出位置作为连接于主减速器的输出构件将取决于动力系10在车辆内的封装要求。
第一电动机/发电机20包括固定地连接到变速器箱24的环形定子30A、支承在可转动的转子毂34A上并用于与可转动转子毂34A一起转动并且与转动轴线18同心的环形转子32A。电池36、功率逆变器38和电子控制器40经传输导线41A可操作地连接于定子30A以控制电动机/发电机20A的功能,其中所存储的电功率由电池36提供给定子30A时用作电动机,转动的转子32A的转矩被转换为被存储在电池36中的电功率时用作发电机。控制电动机/发电机以用作电动机或用作发电机的能力是公知的。
相似地,第二电动机/发电机22包括固接到变速器箱24的环形定子30B、支承在可转动的转子毂34B上并且与转动轴线18同心的环形转子32B。电池36、功率逆变器38和电子控制器40经传输导线41B可操作地连接于定子30B以控制电动机/发电机20B的功能用作电动机和发电机。
传动装置14还包括第一和第二行星齿轮组40、50。行星齿轮组40具有第一构件即太阳齿轮42、第二构件即架构件44、和第三构件即齿圈48,架构件44可转动地支承与太阳齿轮42啮合的多个小齿轮46,齿圈48与小齿轮46啮合。可替换的输出构件26可被连接到架构件44用于与架构件44一起转动。
行星齿轮组50具有第一构件即太阳齿轮52、第二构件即架构件54、和第三构件即齿圈58,架构件54可转动地支承与太阳齿轮52啮合的多个小齿轮56,齿圈58与小齿轮56啮合。可替换的输出构件26A可被连接到架构件54用于与架构件54一起转动。转子毂34B通过中间套轴64与太阳齿轮52连接用于与太阳齿轮52一起转动。
传动装置14包括两个转矩传递装置。固定型离合器C1,也被称为制动器,可选择地接合以使齿圈58固接到变速器箱24。转动型离合器C2可选择地接合以使太阳齿轮42连接齿圈58用于共同转动。
传动装置14构造成用于使用于互连各种传动装置部件的轴和轴套的数目和尺寸最小化。在传动装置14中,轴包括输入构件16、形成与输入构件16同心的输出构件26B的环形套轴60和与输入构件16和轴60同心的环形中间套轴62、64。毂构件66和68使架构件44、54与轴60连接用于与轴60共同转动,并且将架构件44、54与所有替代的输出构件26、26A、26B连接用于与其共同转动。毂构件70从输入构件16延伸以连接齿圈48用于与齿圈48共同转动,并且包括相对短的轴向延伸部分72。毂构件74从中间套轴62延伸并且通过离合器C2的接合可连接于相对短的轴向延伸构件78以使太阳齿轮42、转子32A和中间套轴62与齿圈58连接用于与齿圈58共同转动。
传动装置14构造成使行星齿轮组40被轴向地定位在箱24的径向延伸的端壁(未示出)与电动机/发电机20之间。在传动装置14在图1中示出时端壁在行星齿轮组40的左侧。行星齿轮组50轴向地定位在电动机/发电机20、22之间。离合器C1定位成从行星齿轮组50的齿圈58径向向外并且与行星齿轮组50的齿圈58对齐。离合器C2轴向地定位在电动机/发电机20与行星齿轮组50之间并且与齿圈58对齐。
第一前进操作模式通过接合离合器C1并且释放离合器C2来建立。这个操作模式是输入-分流(input-split)操作模式,使得行星齿轮组40操作在差动模式而行星齿轮组50操作在转矩倍增模式,发动机12提供转矩以及电动机/发电机50运行在前进方向。反向电动可变操作模式使用相同的离合器接合来建立,但是使用电动机/发电机50运行在反向。
第二前进操作模式通过接合离合器C2并断开离合器C1来建立。模式之间的变换发生在转子32A的速度为零时,并且齿圈58的速度也为零(由于离合器C1的接合),使得变换可在没有转矩扰动的情况下发生。
固定前进速比通过接合C1和C2两者来建立。第二实施例

Claims (1)

1.一种用于车辆的电动可变传动装置,包括:
输入构件;
输出构件;
固定构件;
第一和第二行星齿轮组,每个行星齿轮组都具有太阳齿轮、转动地支承小齿轮的架构件、和齿圈,所述小齿轮与所述太阳齿轮构件和所述齿圈构件啮合;
第一和第二电动机/发电机;
第一转矩传递装置,所述第一转矩传递装置选择地接合以使所述第二行星齿轮组的所述齿圈固接到所述固定构件;
第二转矩传递装置,所述第二转矩传递装置选择地接合以使所述第一行星齿轮组的所述太阳齿轮连接于所述第二行星齿轮组的所述齿圈;其中所述传动装置被构造成具有最小数目的互连所述行星齿轮组、电动机/发电机、转矩传递装置和输入与输出构件的轴向延伸转动构件。
