技术领域
本发明涉及放线滑车,尤其涉及七轮放线滑车。
背景技术
目前,电力线线路使用的放线滑车存在着比较明显的缺陷,对施工的进度造成了影响,而市面上又没有合适的产品可以替代,所以我们开发了适用于工程实际情况的七轮放线滑车。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简单的七轮放线滑车。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:七轮放线滑车,其特征在于,该滑车包括连板、手柄、中间轮、包胶轮、主轴、支撑架、小滑轮、小滑轮架,所述的连板设在支撑架上方,其中一侧与支撑架一立柱轴连接,另一侧设有手柄,与支撑架另一立柱卡合连接,所述的包胶轮包括六个,平均设在中间轮两侧,且与中间轮轴线重合,所述的主轴设在包胶轮与中间轮的轴线上,两端分别与支撑架两立柱固定连接,所述的小滑轮由小滑轮架固定设置在支撑架底部,且与中间轮咬合连接。
还包括隔轮套、边隔套,所述的隔轮套设在中间轮与包胶轮之间、包胶轮与包胶轮之间,所述的边隔套设在包胶轮与支撑架之间。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于结构简单、操作方便,非常适合于工程实施使用。

如图1所示,七轮放线滑车,该滑车包括连板1、手柄2、中间轮3、包胶轮4、主轴7、支撑架8、小滑轮9、小滑轮架10,所述的连板1设在支撑架8上方,其中一侧与支撑架8一立柱轴连接,另一侧设有手柄2,与支撑架8另一立柱卡合连接,所述的包胶轮4包括六个,平均设在中间轮3两侧,且与中间轮3轴线重合,所述的主轴7设在包胶轮4与中间轮3的轴线上,两端分别与支撑架8两立柱固定连接,所述的小滑轮9由小滑轮架10固定设置在支撑架8底部,且与中间轮3咬合连接。还包括隔轮套5、边隔套6,所述的隔轮套5设在中间轮3与包胶轮4之间、包胶轮4与包胶轮4之间,所述的边隔套6设在包胶轮4与支撑架8之间。
