Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于对滚珠丝杠外径进行支撑的螺旋滚动轴承,由轴承外套、壁侧设有多圈螺旋滚道槽的滚珠丝杠以及装在滚珠丝杠螺旋滚道槽内的钢球组成,轴承外套为一带有内孔的长套,滚珠丝杠的一端套穿在轴承外套的内孔中,在滚珠丝杠侧壁上装有一个或多个回珠返向器,在回珠返向器的内壁上设有近“S”型钢球回珠槽,该回珠槽的两端分别与滚珠丝杠上两相邻圈螺旋滚道槽连通,钢球沿滚珠丝杠螺旋滚道槽滚动,外部依靠轴承外套支撑,并通过返向器形成回路。本发明的结构简单、性能可靠,采用螺旋滚动轴承支撑使滚珠丝杠副动行平稳,轴承与螺母具有一致的同步性,使用寿命长,安装方便,产品主要应用在螺母固定、丝杠旋转且丝杠移动的场合。

技术领域
本发明属于机械传动部件技术领域,涉及一种用于对滚珠丝杠外径进行支撑的螺旋滚动轴承。
背景技术
目前在使用滚珠丝杠副的有些领域,有时会采用固定螺母而旋转丝杠的方式让丝杠移动工作,这样就造成滚珠丝杠两端悬空,在工作时丝杠会产生摆动,从而对滚珠螺母造成严重损伤,导致滚珠丝杠副的使用寿命下降。为解决上述问题,有的生产厂家采用了在滚珠丝杠上端进行滑动支撑的方式,也就是通过在滚珠丝杠上端安装一个滑动套,以对滚珠丝杠外径进行支撑,丝杠工作时,丝杠外径可在滑动套内滑动上下移动。但这种支撑方式的不足是丝杠来回滑动时阻力大,且滑套极易拉伤损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术特别是上述滑动支撑技术存在的不足,提供一种结构合理、性能可靠、安装方便、有助于使滚珠丝杠副运行平稳从而提高滚珠丝杠副的螺旋滚动轴承。
用于实现上述发明目的的技术解决方案是这样的:所提供的螺旋滚动轴承由轴承外套、壁侧设有多圈螺旋滚道槽的滚珠丝杠以及装在滚珠丝杠螺旋滚道槽内的钢球组成,轴承外套为一带有内孔的长套,滚珠丝杠的一端套穿在轴承外套的内孔中,在滚珠丝杠侧壁上装有一个或多个回珠返向器,在回珠返向器的内壁上设有近“S”型钢球回珠槽,该回珠槽的两端分别与滚珠丝杠上两相邻圈螺旋滚道槽连通,钢球沿滚珠丝杠螺旋滚道槽滚动,外部依靠轴承外套支撑,并通过返向器形成回路。具体解决方案中,在回珠返向器上所设的钢球回珠槽为一个相对回珠返向器几何中心点轴对称的近“S”型滚道槽,以回珠返向器几何中心点O为直角x-y坐标系的原点,在回珠返向器长向线AB与y轴夹角(反向器角度)为θ2时,该滚道槽位于的中心点O上半部分的轨槽为一个直线段槽OC与一个半径为R的过渡圆弧槽CF的结合轨槽(直线OC与圆弧线CF相切连接),其槽形轨迹曲线满足以下方程:
OC段: y = x tg θ 1 ,

CF段: y = y O 2 - R 2 - ( x O 2 - x ) 2 ,

式中:θ1为线段OC与y轴的夹角(曲线反向角),θ1<θ2,dO为丝杠中径,O2为过渡圆弧线CF的圆心坐标点,R为圆弧CF的半径,R≥2倍钢球直径。位于的中心点O下半部分的轨槽相对上半部分的轨槽沿O点中心轴(z轴)对称。
实际工作中,采用上述解决方案设计的螺旋滚动支撑方式(螺旋滚动轴承),以滚珠丝杠螺旋滚道作为轴承内圈滚动槽,轴承外圈为一光滑长套(轴承外套),将回珠返向器置于丝杠上,使钢球在丝杠螺旋滚动槽内滚动时通过回珠返向器首尾相连形成一个滚动链,当滚珠丝杠旋转着上下移动时,轴承内钢球与螺母内钢球都沿着丝杠滚道滚动,两者速度一致,即具有一致的同步性,这样在螺旋滚动轴承的支撑下,滚珠丝杠副得以做平稳的上下移动,提高了滚珠丝杠副的使用寿命。
与现有技术相比,本发明的结构简单、性能可靠,采用螺旋滚动轴承支撑,使滚珠丝杠副动行平稳,轴承与螺母具有一致的同步性,阻力小,使用寿命长,安装方便,产品主要应用在螺母固定、丝杠旋转且丝杠移动的场合。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图和实施例对本发明内容做进一步说明,但本发明的实际制作结构并不仅限于下述的实施例。
参见图1,本发明所述的螺旋滚动轴承由轴承外套2、滚珠丝杠4、钢球3以及回珠返向器1组成。轴承外套2为一长套,套的长度视丝杠4的移动距离定制,内孔表面粗糙度Ra0.4,硬度HRC58~60,同滚珠丝母一样具有很好的耐磨性。该轴承的内圈为滚珠丝杠4,在滚珠丝杠4的外壁侧设有螺旋滚道槽。回珠返向器1设在滚珠丝杠4上,在回珠返向器1的内壁上设有近“S”型钢球回珠槽,回珠槽的两端分别与滚珠丝杠4上两相邻圈螺旋滚道槽连通,构成一个封闭的钢球循环链。钢球3装在滚珠丝杠4的螺旋滚道槽内,钢球3沿滚珠丝杠4的螺旋滚道槽滚动,外部依靠轴承外(长)套支撑,通过返向器1进杆循环,形成回路。
回珠返向器上回珠槽的槽形轨迹曲线形状采用图2所示的相对回珠返向器几何中心点轴对称的近“S”型曲线。图2中以回珠返向器几何中心点O为原点建立直角x-y坐标系,在回珠返向器长向线AB与y轴夹角(反向器角度)为θ2时,该滚道槽位于的中心点O上半部分的轨槽为一个直线段槽OC与一个半径为R的过渡圆弧槽CF的结合轨槽(位于的中心点O下半部分的轨槽相对下半部分的轨槽沿0点中心轴对称),其槽形轨迹曲线满足以下方程:
OC段: y = x tg θ 1 ,

CF段: y = y O 2 - R 2 - ( x O 2 - x ) 2 ,

式中:θ1为线段OC与y轴的夹角(曲线反向角),为了得到较大圆弧的CF,取θ1<θ2,dO为丝杠中径,O2为过渡圆弧线CF的圆心坐标点,R为圆弧CF的半径,R≥2倍钢球直径。
图2中的PF段为丝杠螺纹段,P点为下工时下刀点,F点为曲线与回珠返向器交点,M点为圆弧CF上切线PF和OC的交点,O1为PF切线延长线与回珠返向器长向线DE的交点,L0为回珠返向器长,B为回珠返向器宽。PF段的曲线方程为:
y = L 2 ( 1 - 1 π arcsin 2 x do ) ,
z = do 2 cos ( arcsin 2 x do ) ,
式中L为丝杠导程。
图3是该螺旋滚动轴承的应用示例图,图中标号5为螺母。该图所示工作示例中,固定螺母外法兰在螺母座上,旋转滚珠丝杠4,使丝杠4上下移动,当丝杠旋转着上下移动时,轴承内钢球与螺母内钢球都沿着丝杠滚道滚动,两者速度一致,这样就保证了丝杠的受力均匀和传动的稳定性,进而也保证了整个进给系统的工作稳定性,提高了设备的使用寿命。

1.一种螺旋滚动轴承,其特征在于它由轴承外套(2)、壁侧设有多圈螺旋滚道槽的滚珠丝杠(4)以及装在滚珠丝杠螺旋滚道槽内的钢球(3)组成,轴承外套(2)为一带有内孔的长套,滚珠丝杠(4)的一端套穿在轴承外套(2)的内孔中,在滚珠丝杠(4)侧壁上装有一个或多个回珠返向器(1),在回珠返向器(1)的内壁上设有近“S”型钢球回珠槽,所说回珠槽的两端分别与滚珠丝杠(4)上两相邻圈螺旋滚道槽连通,钢球(3)沿滚珠丝杠螺旋滚道槽滚动,外部依靠轴承外套(2)支撑,并通过返向器(1)形成回路。
