Abstract

一种笔记型计算机及其转轴机构。笔记型计算机包括一显示屏幕、一主机及一转轴机构。转轴机构连接于显示屏幕及主机。转轴机构用以使显示屏幕相对主机翻转。转轴机构包括一底板、一枢轴、一网络连接器及一斜侧板。枢轴设置于底板上。枢轴的一端连接于主机。枢轴的另一端连接于显示屏幕。网络连接器设置于底板上。斜侧板设置于底板上并倾斜于枢轴。斜侧板具有一开口。开口暴露网络连接器。

笔记型计算机及其转轴机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种笔记型计算机及其转轴机构,且特别涉及一种显示屏幕及主机相对翻转的笔记型计算机及其转轴机构。
背景技术
随着计算机科技的发展,发展出一种「轻、薄、短、小」的笔记型计算机。在笔记型计算机的功能逐渐增强,已达到可以媲美桌上型计算机时,笔记型计算机已经成为市场上的主流。
笔记型计算机包括显示屏幕、主机及转轴机构,转轴机构设置于显示屏幕及主机之间,用以使显示屏幕可以相对主机翻转。转轴机构的设计将影响到显示屏幕与主机的外观,以及各项组件的配置设计。因此,如何设计出一种适合的转轴机构一直是笔记型计算机的研发重要方向之一。
发明内容
本发明有关于一种笔记型计算机及其转轴机构,其利用转轴机构的结构设计使得各项组件具有适合的配置设计。
根据本发明的一方面,提出一种笔记型计算机。笔记型计算机包括一显示屏幕、一主机及一转轴机构。转轴机构连接于显示屏幕及主机。转轴机构用以使显示屏幕相对主机翻转。转轴机构包括一底板、一枢轴、一网络连接器及一斜侧板。枢轴设置于底板上。枢轴的一端连接于主机。枢轴的另一端连接于显示屏幕。网络连接器设置于底板上。斜侧板设置于底板上并倾斜于枢轴。斜侧板具有一开口。开口暴露网络连接器。
根据本发明的另一方面,提出一种转轴机构。转轴机构连接于一笔记型计算机的一显示屏幕及一主机。转轴机构用以使显示屏幕相对主机翻转。转轴机构包括一底板、一枢轴、一网络连接器及一斜侧板。枢轴设置于底板上。枢轴的一端连接于主机,枢轴的另一端连接于显示屏幕。网络连接器设置于底板上。斜侧板设置于底板上并倾斜于枢轴。斜侧板具有一开口。开口暴露网络连接器。
为让本发明的上述内容能更明显易懂,下文特举一较佳实施例,并配合附图,作详细说明如下:

具体实施方式
以下提出依照本发明的实施例进行详细说明,实施例仅用以作为范例说明,并不会限缩本发明欲保护的范围。此外,实施例的附图中已省略不必要的组件,以清楚显示本发明的技术特点。
请参照图1,其绘示本发明较佳实施例的笔记型计算机100的示意图。笔记型计算机100包括一显示屏幕110、一主机及一转轴机构130(由于主机被显示屏幕110所遮蔽,故未绘示于图1中)。如图1所示,转轴机构130为一梯形结构。转轴机构130连接于显示屏幕110及主机。转轴机构130用以使显示屏幕110相对主机以轴线L为中心翻转。
请参照图2~3,图2绘示转轴机构130的立体图,图3绘示转轴机构130的俯视图。如图2所示,转轴机构130包括一底板131、一枢轴132、一网络连接器133、一斜侧板134、一平行侧板135及一滑轨结构136。枢轴132设置于底板131上。枢轴132的第一端132a连接于主机,枢轴132的第二端132b连接于显示屏幕110。枢轴132的第一端132a固设于底板131上。底板131具有一锁合孔131a,锁合孔131a用以锁合主机及底板131。而枢轴132的第二端132b则锁合于显示屏幕110上。
当枢轴132的第一端132a相对第二端132b转动时,主机及底板131将与第一端132a一起连动,而显示屏幕110将与枢轴132的第二端132b将一起连动。如此一来,显示屏幕110即可相对主机翻转。
平行侧板135设置于底板131上并实质上平行于枢轴132,斜侧板134则设置于底板131上并倾斜于枢轴132且连接于枢轴132与平行侧板135。在本实施例中,倾斜板134与枢轴132的夹角实质上为45度。所以平行侧板135、斜侧板134及枢轴132实质上形成一梯形结构。在本实施例中平行侧板135与底板131为一体成型的结构,而斜侧板134则与底板131为相互分离的结构。
此外,滑轨结构136直立地设置于底板131上,用以设置网络连接器133。在组装过程中,组装人员先将网络连接器133的两个凸块133a垂直地滑入滑轨结构136,而使得网络连接器133可稳固地设置于底板131上。(由于视角的缘故,图2仅可观看到一个凸块133a)
其中,两个滑轨结构136不一定需要设置于对应的位置,也可一个滑轨结构136较靠近斜侧板134,而另一个滑轨结构136较远离斜侧板134。只要网络连接器133的两个凸块133a与两个滑轨结构136位置相互对应,即可确保网络连接器133可以正确地滑入滑轨结构136内。
接着,再将斜侧板134组装于底板131上。此时,斜侧板134的开口134a(绘示于图2)恰好暴露出网络连接器133。使用者即可由转轴机构130的外部插入网络线接头200。
其中,网络连接器133包括一本体部1331及一延伸部1332。本体部1331及延伸部1332由材质与颜色不相同的两种材料一起双料射出成型。当网络连接器133设置于底板131上,且斜侧板134设置于底板131上之后,延伸部1332将凸出于斜侧板134之外。
此外,网络连接器133的电性接点并非直接焊接于电路板上,而是焊接于一线材的一端上。此线材的另一端再焊接于电路板上。使得转轴机构130的设计可以不局限于电路板的配置。
再者,请参照图4,其绘示笔记型计算机100、桌面300及网络线接头200的示意图。由于斜侧板134相对枢轴132(绘示于图2中)倾斜45度,所以当笔记型计算机100放置于矩形桌面300时,斜侧板134与桌面300的转角处将形成一空间S。此空间S恰好可设置网络线接头200,使得使用者可将笔记型计算机100的侧边100a推至矩形桌面300的侧边300a,而发挥了最大的空间利用率。
本发明上述实施例所揭露的笔记型计算机及其转轴机构具有多项优点,以下仅列举部分优点说明如下:
1、当枢轴的第一端相对第二端转动时,主机及底板将与第一端一起连动,而显示屏幕将与枢轴的第二端将一起连动。如此一来,显示屏幕即可相对主机翻转。
2、滑轨结构直立地设置于底板上,用以设置网络连接器。在组装过程中,组装人员先将网络连接器的两个凸块垂直地滑入滑轨结构,而使得网络连接器可稳固地设置于底板上。
3、网络连接器的本体部及延伸部由材质与颜色不相同的两种材料一起双料射出成型。如此一来,不再需要额外组装本体部与延伸部的动作,减少了组装的工时与材料的成本。
4、网络连接器的电性接点并非直接焊接于电路板上,而是焊接于一线材的一端上。此线材的另一端再焊接于电路板上。使得转轴机构的设计可以不局限于电路板的配置。
5、由于斜侧板相对枢轴倾斜45度,所以当笔记型计算机放置于矩形桌面时,斜侧板与桌面的转角处将形成一空间。此空间恰好可设置网络线接头,使得使用者可将笔记型计算机的侧边推至矩形桌面的侧边,而发挥了最大的空间利用率。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以一较佳实施例揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明。本发明所属技术领域中具有通常知识者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作各种的更动与润饰。因此,本发明的保护范围当视后附的权利要求书所界定者为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种笔记型计算机,包括:
一显示屏幕;
一主机;以及
一转轴机构,连接于该显示屏幕及该主机,该转轴机构用以使该显示屏幕相对该主机翻转,该转轴机构包括:
一底板;
一枢轴,设置于该底板上,该枢轴的一端连接于该主机,该枢轴的另一端连接于该显示屏幕;
一网络连接器,设置于该底板上;及
一斜侧板,设置于该底板上并倾斜于该枢轴,该斜侧板具有一开口,该开口暴露该网络连接器。
2.如权利要求1所述的笔记型计算机,其中该转轴机构更包括:
一平行侧板,设置于该底板上并实质上平行于该枢轴。
3.如权利要求1所述的笔记型计算机,其中该转轴机构更包括:
二滑轨结构,设置于该底板上,用以设置该网络连接器。
4.如权利要求3所述的笔记型计算机,其中该些滑轨结构直立于该底板上。
5.如权利要求1所述的笔记型计算机,其中该倾斜板与该枢轴的夹角实质上为45度。
6.如权利要求1所述的笔记型计算机,其中该转轴的一端固设于该底板上,该底板具有一锁合孔,该锁合孔用以锁合该主机及该底板。
7.一种转轴机构,连接于一笔记型计算机的一显示屏幕及一主机,该转轴机构用以使该显示屏幕相对该主机翻转,该转轴机构包括:
一底板;
一枢轴,设置于该底板上,该枢轴的一端连接于该主机,该枢轴的另一端连接于该显示屏幕;
一网络连接器,设置于该底板上;以及
一斜侧板,设置于该底板上并倾斜于该枢轴,该斜侧板具有一开口,该开口暴露该网络连接器。
8.如权利要求7所述的转轴机构,更包括:
一平行侧板,设置于该底板上并实质上平行于该枢轴。
9.如权利要求7所述的转轴机构,更包括:
二滑轨结构,设置于该底板上,用以设置该网络连接器。
10.如权利要求7所述的转轴机构,其中该转轴的一端固设于该底板上,该底板具有一锁合孔,该锁合孔用以锁合该主机及该底板。
