一种气置换水的筒型基础地基加固方法,筒型基础的筒顶密封盖板上设由预留管,预留管上和密封盖板上各有一个单向排水口,步骤为:1)首先通过预留管向筒型基础内充气,预留管内水体通过预留管上的单向排水口排出;2)当预留管内气压高于大气压时,停止充气,将预留管与大气连通,基础内的水体在管内外压差的作用下通过筒顶盖板上的单向排水孔排出;3)如此反复对地基进行固结,即可加固浅基础地基。本发明的优点是:该筒型基础地基加固方法,设备简单、施工简便;在地质条件不利区域中作为浅基础的筒型基础沉降,可以提高筒型基础的承载力、稳定性和安全性;尤其是在深水条件下,施工简单、工期短,能有效节约施工成本,经济效益明显。

背景技术
目前在港口、海洋、水利和桥梁工程中,尤其在淤泥质土质上,作为浅基础的筒型基础的沉降问题是筒型基础应用的主要困扰。在这种地质条件不利的区域,筒型基础很难满足承载力和稳定性的要求,本发明就是针对解决这些问题,提高筒型基础的使用安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述存在问题,提供一种气置换水的筒型基础地基加固方法,解决在地质条件不利区域中作为浅基础的筒型基础沉降问题,本发明可以提高筒型基础的承载力和稳定性,加强筒型基础使用中的安全性,尤其是深水条件下,施工简单、工期短,经济效益明显。
本发明的技术方案:
一种气置换水的筒型基础地基加固方法,筒型基础的筒顶密封盖板上设有预留管,两个单向排水口,一个设在预留管上,一个设在密封盖板上,具体步骤如下:1)首先通过预留管向筒型基础内充气,预留管内水体通过预留管上的单向排水口排出;2)当预留管内气压高于大气压时,停止充气,将预留管与大气连通,筒型基础内的水体在管内外压差的作用下通过筒顶盖板上的单向排水孔排出;3)如此反复对地基进行固结,即可加固浅基础地基。

一种气置换水的筒型基础地基加固方法,筒型基础1的筒顶密封盖板2上设有预留管3,预留管3上设有单向排水口4a,顶密封盖板2上设有单向排水口4b,具体步骤如下:1)首先通过预留管3向筒型基础1内充气,预留管3内水体通过预留管3上的单向排水口4a排出;2)当预留管3内气压高于大气压时,停止充气,将预留管3与大气连通,筒型基础1内的水体在管内外压差的作用下通过筒顶盖板2上的单向排水口4b排出;3)如此反复对地基进行固结,即可加固浅基础地基5。
该实施例中,筒型基础为直径15m、高9m、壁厚25mm、顶盖厚50mm的钢制圆筒,水深20m,反复次数为500次。实施结果表明:该方法设备简单、施工方便,,能有效节约施工成本;加固后的浅基础地基明显提高了承载力、稳定性和安全性,经济效果突出。

1.一种气置换水的筒型基础地基加固方法,其特征在于:筒型基础的筒顶密封盖板上设有预留管,两个单向排水口,一个设在预留管上,一个设在密封盖板上,具体步骤如下:1)首先通过预留管向筒型基础内充气,预留管内水体通过预留管上的单向排水口排出;2)当预留管内气压高于大气压时,停止充气,将预留管与大气连通,筒型基础内的水体在管内外压差的作用下通过筒顶盖板上的单向排水孔排出;3)如此反复对地基进行固结,即可加固浅基础地基。
