Abstract
本发明涉及一种超长U型管的弯管装置，包括：一个由驱动机构(4)带动的弯管机的转动机构(2)；在所述的转动机构(2)上固定一个悬挂长臂(3)；所述的悬挂长臂(3)的臂身上侧还连接几根斜拉钢丝(6)的一端，斜拉钢丝(6)的另一端与安置在转动机构(2)上的塔杆(1)相接；在悬挂长臂(3)的臂身下侧装有数个分布均匀的挂钩(5)；本发明的有益效果是：保证了弯制U型管时，管脚在弯曲平面上平稳旋转移动；避免了弯制长U形管时直管管脚容易造成损坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种U型管的弯管装置，尤其涉及该弯管装置的机械结构。
背景技术
现有技术中的弯管装置，特别是弯制U型管时一般长度不会超过2米，但对大型热交换器来说U型管的管脚大都在4米以上，目前最长的达到15米，U型管展开长度可达30米以上。对如此长管脚的U型管弯制，如果没有一个悬挂转动装置，要保持U型管直管管脚在弯曲平面上平稳旋转移动，几乎不可能，而且很容易在外力因素下变形。U型管直管管脚的任何弯曲变形，都不符合大型热交换器的质量要求。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供了一种超长U型管的弯管装置，旨在解决上述的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
本发明包括：一个由驱动机构带动的弯管机的转动机构；在所述的转动机构上固定一个悬挂长臂；所述的悬挂长臂的臂身上侧还连接几根斜拉钢丝的一端，斜拉钢丝的另一端与安置在转动机构上的塔杆相接；在悬挂长臂的臂身下侧装有数个分布均匀的挂钩。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：保证了弯制U型管时，管脚在弯曲平面上平稳旋转移动；避免了弯制长U形管时直管管脚容易造成损坏。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述：
由图1、图2可见：本发明包括：一个由驱动机构4带动的弯管机的转动机构2；在所述的转动机构2上固定一个悬挂长臂3；所述的悬挂长臂3的臂身上侧还连接几根斜拉钢丝6的一端，斜拉钢丝6的另一端与安置在转动机构2上的塔杆1相接；在悬挂长臂3的臂身下侧装有数个分布均匀的挂钩5。
本发明是通过一个驱动机构驱动转动机构，从而带动悬挂长臂。驱动机构是由微处理器控制与弯管机同步。工作时，将待弯制的钢管管脚挂在悬挂长臂上的挂钩上，弯管机启动弯管后，驱动机构在微处理器控制下与弯管机同步旋转，以确保弯管时，长长的直管管脚在空中平稳的随弯管机旋转。
本发明中悬挂长臂是桁架结构的轻装置，一端固定在转动机构上，并利用钢丝斜拉悬挂在塔杆上，以保持桁架的稳定和强度；转动机构是一个圆柱形结构，在驱动机构的驱动下带动悬挂长臂作平稳的圆周转动。
本发明结构简单且易操作，有效的解决了弯制超长U型管时，直管管脚在空间平稳旋转，不受外力影响。

1.一种超长U型管的弯管装置，包括：一个由驱动机构(4)带动的弯管机的转动机构(2)；其特征在于：在所述的转动机构(2)上固定一个悬挂长臂(3)；所述的悬挂长臂(3)的臂身上侧还连接几根斜拉钢丝(6)的一端，斜拉钢丝(6)的另一端与安置在转动机构(2)上的塔杆(1)相接；在悬挂长臂(3)的臂身下侧装有数个分布均匀的挂钩(5)。
