技术领域:
本发明涉及一种在炉灶中使用,利用炉灶热能进行加热的水箱。
背景技术:
现在许多家庭和餐饮行业中广泛使用的炉灶炉膛周壁都是由防火砖砌成,这种传统的炉膛结构不能很好地利用到热能,在使用一段时间后防火砖经常需要更换,在安装使用上存在许多不便。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种炉头节能热水箱,它不仅结构简单、安装使用方便,而且能够起到节能减排的目的。
本发明炉头节能热水箱,其特征在于:由内、外套体及上、下盖板联接构成,在内、外套体之间形成可用于储水的环行密闭空腔,内、外套体上设有贯穿环行空腔的用于穿设燃气管的孔道。
本发明炉头节能热水箱能够充分利用炉膛中燃烧柄燃烧产生的热量进行水箱的加热,从而无需其它燃料的消耗即可获得热水,节约了能源;另外独立结构的热水箱结构更紧凑,安装使用更加地方便。

具体实施方式:
本发明实施例一的炉头节能热水箱,其特征在于:由内、外套体1、2及上、下盖板3、4联接构成,在内、外套体之间形成可用于储水的环行密闭空腔5,内、外套体上设有贯穿环行空腔的用于穿设燃气管的孔道6,外套体上设有进、出水口7、8。
为了保证刚通入环行密闭空腔内的冷水不会马上从出水口排出,在进、出水口之间设有用于隔离环行密闭空腔内冷、热水的隔板9。
为了保证本发明的安全使用,外套体上设有安全阀门10。
在靠近出水口处的环行密闭空腔内设有电加热器件11,当水箱内的水温不能满足使用要求时,开启该电加热器件加热,从而保证了出水的温度。
另外为了合理设计,内、外套体上还设有贯穿环行空腔的排烟通道12,排烟通道在竖直方向延伸至下盖板,以形成可绕过炉灶排烟管的凹槽道。
本发明实施例二与实施例一的区别在于,实施例二外套体的横截面呈六边形。
本发明实施例三与实施例一的区别在于,实施例三外套体的横截面呈圆形。
本发明实施例四的炉头节能热水箱由左、右两半体13、14组合构成,两半体通过连通管15连接,进、出水口分别在不同的半体上。
本发明炉头节能热水箱内套体的横截面呈圆形。

Claims (5)

1.一种炉头节能热水箱,其特征在于:由内、外套体(1、2)及上、下盖板(3、4)联接构成,在内、外套体之间形成可用于储水的环行密闭空腔(5),内、外套体上设有贯穿环行空腔的用于穿设燃气管的孔道(6),所述外套体上设有进、出水口(7、8),进、出水口之间设有用于隔离环行密闭空腔内冷、热水的隔板(9),所述外套体上设有安全阀门(10),靠近出水口处的环行密闭空腔内设有电加热器件(11),所述内、外套体上还设有贯穿环行空腔的排烟通道(12),所述排烟通道在竖直方向延伸至下盖板,以形成可绕过炉灶排烟管的凹槽道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的炉头节能热水箱,其特征在于:所述外套体的横截面呈圆形、四边形、六边形或八边形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的炉头节能热水箱,其特征在于:所述内套体的横截面呈圆形。
4.根据权利要求3所述的炉头节能热水箱,其特征在于:所述热水箱由左、右两半体组合构成,两半体通过连通管连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的炉头节能热水箱,其特征在于:所述进、出水口分别在不同的半体上。
