Abstract
The invention discloses a method for realizing service cost real-time reminding, which comprises the following steps: a user transmits a service initiation request message to a switching device through the terminal so as to initiate the service; the exchange equipment transmits a service cost inquiry message to a charging device after receiving the service initiation request message; after receiving the service cost inquiry message, the charging device inquires the service cost information of the service initiated by the user and transmits the service cost information to the switching device; and the switching device transmits the received service cost information to the terminal, so that the user determines whether to use the initiated service. When the user initiates the service, the system informs the user of the cost standard to the service initiated by the user, and the user determines whether to continue to use the service, thereby enhancing the transparency for service charging and the service quality of the operators. In addition, the method is easy to realize.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to mobile communication systems, and in particular, to a method and system for realizing real-time service charge reminding.
Background
Currently, when a user uses a communication service provided by a telecommunication operator, the tariff of the service is usually only known when the user handles the service or the user actively consults the operator. In practical use, as the kinds of services increase, it is often difficult for users to clearly remember the tariff standard for each service. For example, for voice call services, the tariff of the user may vary depending on the called number dialed, the specific tariff for the call is usually not known to the user until the number is dialed, and it is only after the call is over that possible to know the tariff.
With the rapid development of communication technology, various communication services are developed endlessly, which also provides soil for a few lawbreakers to deceive users of telephone charges through services unfamiliar to the users, and the lawbreaks cause huge economic losses to the users and cause huge attacks on social integrity.
Therefore, how to enable the user to easily know the charge of each service before using the service becomes a problem to be solved at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a method and a system for realizing real-time reminding of service charge, before a user uses a communication service, the charge standard of the service initiated by the user is informed to the user, so that the user can decide whether to continue to use the service.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a method for realizing real-time reminding of service charge, wherein a user sends a service initiation request message to a switching device through a terminal so as to initiate a service; after receiving the service initiation request message, the switching equipment sends a service charge inquiry message to the charging equipment; after receiving the service charge inquiry message, the charging device inquires the service charge information of the service initiated by the user and sends the service charge information to the switching device, and the switching device forwards the received service charge information to the terminal for the user to determine whether to use the service initiated by the user.
Further, the terminal carries the number of the user in the service initiating request message, and the switching equipment carries the service type of the service initiated by the user and the received number of the user in the service tariff inquiring message; and the charging equipment inquires service charge information according to the number and the service type.
Furthermore, the charging equipment queries the service charge information by adopting the following method, the charging equipment performs number analysis on the number, determines the belonged classification of the user, and queries the service charge information according to the service type from the belonged classification of the user.
Further, when the switching device forwards the service charge information to the terminal, if the terminal and the switching device have a voice communication channel, the switching device plays the service charge information to the terminal in a voice form through the voice communication channel.
Further, when the switching device forwards the service charge information to the terminal, if the terminal and the switching device have a signaling channel, the switching device sends the service charge information to the terminal in a signaling mode through the signaling channel.
Furthermore, after the switching equipment receives the service initiation request message and before the service charge inquiry message is sent to the charging equipment, the switching equipment also prompts the user to decide whether to receive the service charge information; if the user decides to receive the service charge information, the terminal returns a receiving confirmation indication message to the exchange equipment, and after receiving the receiving confirmation indication message, the exchange equipment performs the operation of sending a service charge inquiry message to the charging equipment.
Further, when the switching equipment forwards the service charge information to the terminal, the switching equipment also inquires whether the user uses the service initiated by the user, and if the user decides to use the service, the terminal sends a service use request message to the switching equipment; and after receiving the service use request message, the switching equipment performs normal service connection.
Further, the charging device is an online charging system or an offline charging system.

In summary, when the user initiates the service, the invention notifies the user of the charge standard of the service initiated by the user, and the user determines whether to continue to use the service accordingly, thereby enhancing the transparency of service charge and improving the service quality of the operator.

Detailed Description
When the terminal initiates a service to the exchange device, the exchange device inquires the service charge information of the service initiated by the terminal from the charging device and sends the inquired service charge information to the terminal, so that the user can decide whether to use the service initiated by the user according to the service charge information.
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided with reference to the accompanying drawings:

step 103: after the terminal receives the inquiry message of whether to receive the service charge information, the user decides whether to receive the service charge information, if the user decides to receive the service charge information, the terminal returns a confirmation receiving indication message to the switching equipment, and the step 104 is executed; otherwise, the terminal returns the message of refusing to receive the indication to the user, the switching equipment carries out service connection, and the operation is finished;
step 104: after receiving the receiving confirmation indication message, the switching equipment sends a service charge inquiry message to the charging equipment, requests the charging equipment to send service charge information of the user, and carries the number and the service type of the user in the service charge inquiry message;
the switching equipment judges the service type of the service initiated by the user according to the service initiation request message sent by the terminal.
In this embodiment, the service cost query message carries the number of the calling subscriber, the number of the called subscriber, and the voice call service type.
Step 105: after receiving the service charge inquiry message, the charging equipment carries out number analysis on the number of the user, determines the classification of the user and searches service charge information in the classification to which the user belongs according to the service type;
the service charge information of the user in the charging device is stored in a classified manner, so that the affiliated classification of the user needs to be determined firstly, and then the service charge information is searched from the affiliated classification of the user according to the service type.
In this embodiment, the charging device performs number analysis on the number of the calling subscriber, determines the category to which the calling subscriber belongs, and then searches for service charge information according to the type of the number of the called subscriber in the category to which the calling subscriber belongs.
Step 106: after the charging equipment finds out the service charge information of the service initiated by the user, the charging equipment sends the service charge information to the switching equipment;
step 107: the exchange setting informs the terminal of the received service charge information and inquires whether the terminal continues to use the service or not in a voice or signaling mode;
if the terminal and the switching equipment have a voice communication channel, the switching equipment plays service charge information to the terminal in a voice mode through the voice communication channel; if the terminal and the switching equipment have a signaling channel, the switching equipment sends the service charge information to the terminal in a signaling mode through the signaling channel, and the terminal displays the service charge information to the user through a display interface.
Step 108: after obtaining the service charge information, the user decides whether to continue using the service, if the user decides to use the service, the user selects to use the service on the terminal, the terminal sends a service use request message to the switching device, and step 109 is executed; otherwise, the user terminates the service and ends;
step 109: the switching equipment performs normal service connection.
Fig. 2 is a system for realizing real-time service tariff reminding according to the present invention, which includes: a terminal, a switching device and a charging device; wherein,
the terminal is used for sending a service initiation request message to the switching equipment, requesting to initiate a service, and carrying the number of the user in the service initiation request message;
the switching equipment is used for sending a service charge inquiry message to the charging equipment after receiving the service initiation request message, and carrying the number of the user and the service type of the service initiated by the user in the service charge inquiry message; the received service charge information sent by the charging equipment is forwarded to the terminal;
the charging device is used for inquiring the service charge information of the user according to the number of the user and the service type of the service initiated by the user after receiving the service charge inquiry message, and sending the service charge information to the switching device. The charging apparatus may employ an Online Charging System (OCS) or an offline charging system (OFCS).

Claims (10)
1. A method for realizing real-time reminding of service charge is characterized in that,
a user sends a service initiation request message to switching equipment through a terminal to initiate a service;
after receiving the service initiation request message, the switching equipment sends a service charge inquiry message to charging equipment;
and after receiving the service charge inquiry message, the charging equipment inquires service charge information of the service initiated by the user and sends the service charge information to the switching equipment, and the switching equipment forwards the received service charge information to the terminal so that the user can determine whether to use the service initiated by the user.
2. The method of claim 1,
the terminal carries the number of the user in the service initiation request message, and the switching equipment carries the service type of the service initiated by the user and the received number of the user in the service tariff query message;
and the charging equipment inquires the service charge information according to the number and the service type.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the charging device queries the service tariff information by using a method,
and the charging equipment analyzes the number to determine the belonged classification of the user, and inquires the service charge information from the belonged classification of the user according to the service type.
4. The method of claim 1,
and when the switching equipment forwards the service charge information to the terminal, if a voice communication channel exists between the terminal and the switching equipment, the switching equipment plays the service charge information to the terminal in a voice form through the voice communication channel.
5. The method of claim 1,
and when the switching equipment forwards the service charge information to the terminal, if a signaling channel exists between the terminal and the switching equipment, the switching equipment sends the service charge information to the terminal in a signaling mode through the signaling channel.
6. The method of claim 1,
after the exchange equipment receives the service initiation request message and before sending a service charge inquiry message to the charging equipment, the exchange equipment also prompts the user to decide whether to receive service charge information;
if the user decides to receive the service charge information, the terminal returns a receiving confirmation indication message to the switching equipment, and the switching equipment performs the operation of sending a service charge inquiry message to the charging equipment after receiving the receiving confirmation indication message.
7. The method of claim 1,
when the exchange equipment forwards the service charge information to the terminal, the exchange equipment also inquires whether the user uses the service initiated by the user, and if the user decides to use the service, the terminal sends a service use request message to the exchange equipment;
and after receiving the service use request message, the switching equipment performs normal service connection.

the charging device is an online charging system or an offline charging system.
9. A system for realizing real-time reminding of service charges is characterized by comprising the following components: a terminal, a switching device and a charging device; wherein,
the terminal is used for sending a service initiating request message to the switching equipment so as to initiate a service;
the switching equipment is used for sending a service charge inquiry message to the charging equipment after receiving the service initiation request message; and forwarding the received service charge information to the terminal;
and the charging equipment is used for inquiring the service charge information of the user after receiving the service charge inquiry message and sending the service charge information to the switching equipment.
10. The system of claim 9,
the terminal carries the number of the user in the service initiation request message, and the switching equipment carries the service type of the service initiated by the user and the received number of the user in the service tariff query message;
and the charging equipment inquires the service charge information according to the number and the service type.
