Claims (10)

1. A method for realizing data update of intelligent household appliances is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring and storing the updating data;
sending a communication request to the intelligent household appliance according to the user requirement;
and after receiving a response that the intelligent household appliance agrees to the communication, sending the information indicating the upgrading task and the updating data required by the intelligent household appliance for data updating.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining update data comprises:
establishing a contact with the address of a website server of the intelligent household appliance manufacturer in advance, and receiving the update data sent by the website server; or,
and sending an update data request to a website server of the intelligent household appliance manufacturer, and receiving the update data from the server under the condition that the website server agrees.
3. A method for realizing data update of intelligent household appliances is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a communication request sent by communication equipment;
sending a response message to the communication device to determine establishment of the communication link;
and determining an upgrading task according to the instruction of the communication equipment, and executing the upgrading task by using the updating data provided by the communication equipment.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the upgrade task is a data upgrade or a program upgrade, and when the upgrade task is a program upgrade, performing the upgrade task using the update data comprises:
setting a flag bit to indicate entering an upgrade state and requesting restart from the communication device;
when an instruction which is sent by the communication equipment after the user agrees is received, the intelligent household appliance is restarted;
in the restarting process, loading and executing a Boot program of a preset area, under the instruction of the Boot program, clearing the mark when detecting the upgrade state mark, and instructing to load the upgrade program;
and sending an updating data request to the communication equipment under the instruction of the upgrading program, and upgrading the program by using the updating data.

the bootstrap unit is used for clearing the zone bit and sending an upgrading instruction when the zone bit is detected in the process of restarting the intelligent household appliance;
and the upgrading program unit is used for acquiring the updating data through the second communication unit after receiving the upgrading instruction and upgrading the program by using the updating data.
