Abstract

本发明涉及一种电源插座配件,特别是涉及一种防止儿童触电的插座面板。它由拉杆、弹簧、滑板、面板、滑板插孔、面板插孔、通孔、隔离条、定位块和螺孔构成,面板扣于插座主体表面,面板的表面有多组滑板插孔,每一组面板插孔的背面是一张材料为聚四氟乙烯的矩形的滑板,滑板可水平滑动,每块滑板的表面有与面板的面板插孔高度及大小一致的滑板插孔,滑板的右侧有弹簧将滑板与面板相连,每块滑板左侧有一块定位块。本发明利用滑板和面板的插孔错位来实现插孔的自动封堵,杜绝了儿童将导体伸入插孔内引起触电的可能性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电源插座配件,特别是涉及一种防止儿童触电的插座面板。
背景技术
现有的家庭使用的电源插座面板,其插孔通常为裸露状态。若家庭中的儿童用导电的金属杆件插入电源插座的插孔,极有触电的危险。因此,现有的插孔裸露的插座面板存在着安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术的不足,提供一种在非使用状态下处于关闭状态且只有家长能够将其打开的防止儿童触电的插座面板。
解决本发明技术问题的方案是:防止儿童触电的插座面板由拉杆、弹簧、滑板、面板、滑板插孔、面板插孔、通孔、隔离条、定位块和螺孔构成。面板扣于插座主体表面,面板的表面有多组滑板插孔,竖直相邻的两组滑板插孔之间的面板的内壁有与面板为一整体的、水平的隔离条。每一组面板插孔的背面是一张材料为聚四氟乙烯的矩形的滑板,滑板可在由面板的边框和隔离条以及面板和插座主体围成的矩形空间内水平滑动。每块滑板的表面有与面板的面板插孔高度及大小一致的滑板插孔。每一组面板插孔的左侧的面板的侧壁上有一通孔,每一块滑板的左侧壁与其左侧的通孔相对应的位置有一螺孔。每一块滑板的右侧有一个弹簧将滑板与面板的右侧壁相连。每块滑板左侧有一块定位块,定位块的左侧与面板左侧的内壁粘接。定位块的水平长度等于弹簧在未受力状态下滑板插孔和相对应的面板插孔的水平距离,且此距离大于面板插孔的水平孔宽。拉杆是由圆片形的手柄和端部带有螺纹的圆杆构成。所述圆杆端部的螺纹与螺孔的螺纹相配合。
采用上述方案,能达到以下效果:
当插座处于闲置状态时,在弹簧的拉力下,滑板向右运动直至滑板插孔和面板插孔错开大于面板插孔的水平孔宽的距离。此时面板插孔的内侧被滑板阻隔,儿童无法用物件伸入面板插孔内。
当需要使用插座时,只需由家长手持拉杆,将拉杆的圆杆部分从面板左侧的通孔伸入,并使拉杆的圆杆的端部插入滑板的螺孔内并顺时针旋转,使拉杆与滑板为一个整体,再向左拉动拉杆,直至滑板的左侧与定位块的右侧接触,此时面板插孔和滑板插孔重合,电器的插头即可插入。
由于本发明利用滑板和面板的插孔错位来实现插孔的自动封堵,杜绝了儿童将导体伸入插孔内引起触电的可能性,同时只有家长利用特殊的拉杆才能将被封堵的插孔打开,这就进一步加强了本发明的安全可靠性,防止了意外情况的发生。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
防止儿童触电的插座面板由拉杆1、弹簧2、滑板3、面板4、滑板插孔5、面板插孔6、通孔7、隔离条8、定位块9和螺孔10构成。面板4扣于插座主体表面,面板4的表面有多组滑板插孔5,竖直相邻的两组滑板插孔5之间的面板4的内壁有与面板4为一整体的、水平的隔离条8。每一组面板插孔6的背面是一张材料为聚四氟乙烯的矩形的滑板3,滑板3可在由面板4的边框和隔离条8以及面板4和插座主体围成的矩形空间内水平滑动。每块滑板3的表面有与面板4的面板插孔6高度及大小一致的滑板插孔5。每一组面板插孔6的左侧的面板4的侧壁上有一通孔7,每一块滑板3的左侧壁与其左侧的通孔7相对应的位置有一螺孔10。每一块滑板3的右侧有一个弹簧将滑板3与面板4的右侧壁相连。每块滑板3左侧有一块定位块9,定位块9的左侧与面板4左侧的内壁粘接。定位块9的水平长度等于弹簧在未受力状态下滑板插孔5和相对应的面板插孔6的水平距离,且此距离大于面板插孔6的水平孔宽。拉杆1是由圆片形的手柄和端部带有螺纹的圆杆构成。所述圆杆端部的螺纹与螺孔10的螺纹相配合。

当需要使用插座时,只需由家长手持拉杆1,将拉杆1的圆杆部分从面板4左侧的通孔7伸入,并使拉杆1的圆杆的端部插入滑板3的螺孔10内并顺时针旋转,使拉杆1与滑板3为一个整体,再向左拉动拉杆1,直至滑板3的左侧与定位块9的右侧接触,此时面板插孔6和滑板插孔5重合,电器的插头即可插入。
