Abstract
本发明涉及一种蓄电池包,包括壳体(11)和设置在壳体(11)上的电的接触元件(18),在该壳体中设置蓄电池(12)。具有储气罐(15)和通过压力管(16)与储气罐(15)连接的用于气体的输出端口(19)。本发明还涉及一种带有这样的蓄电池包的手持式工具机。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种按在权利要求1的前序部分中所述的形式的蓄电池包。另外这种蓄电池包应用在电力运行的手持式工具机例如电力运行的打入装置中。另外本发明涉及一种按在并列独立权利要求的前序部分中所述形式的手持式工具机。这种手持式工具机涉及至少暂时来自蓄电池包的必需的电的运行能量。
背景技术
同类的蓄电池包例如由DE 10212750A1已知,它具有多个设置在壳体中的单元。在壳体的一侧上设置接触元件,通过所述接触元件可建立在蓄电池包与手持式工具机的电驱动装置之间的电连接。设置在壳体上的止动元件用于使蓄电池包固定在手持式工具机的壳体上。
由DE 19629762A1已知一种构成为电力运行的打入装置的手持式工具机,它具有以气体弹簧形式的用于动能的中间蓄能器。存储在气体弹簧中的能量用于使打入装置的打入推杆冲击地加速。为了加载气体弹簧采用在打入过程之前张紧气体弹簧的电的驱动装置。为了能够总是重新补偿在气体弹簧中的气体由于不可避免的泄漏而存在的损失,在打入装置中设置储气罐。为了储气罐包含用于打入装置的寿命的足够的气体,一方面气筒必须是相对大的并且另一方面气体在存储罐中必须或者是液化的或者是在过临界状态中。另外在打入装置上还设置用于蓄电池包的接纳部,该蓄电池包提供用于电驱动装置的电能。
在这种打入装置中不利的是,一方面该打入装置非常大地构成并且另一方面在打入装置的寿命结束之前排空储气罐的情况中该储气罐的更换是非常耗费且昂贵的。
发明内容
本发明的目的一方面在于,发展一种上述方式的蓄电池包,该蓄电池包对于与手持式工具机一起的使用优化地适配,所述手持式工具机不仅需要电的运行能量而且也需要用于运行的处于压力下的气体。另一目的在于实现一种手持式工具机,该手持式工具机对于与按本发明的蓄电池包一起的运行适配。
在按本发明的蓄电池包中该目的通过在权利要求中提出的措施解决。因此蓄电池包具有储气罐和通过压力管与储气罐连接的用于气体的输出端口。
通过这种措施不仅电能而且处于压力下的气体(例如压力空气)可由蓄电池包提供。由蓄电池包提供的处于压力下的气体在手持式工具机例如具有气体弹簧的电力运行的打入装置中例如可以用于补偿气体弹簧的由泄漏引起的气体损失。在蓄电池包中的储气罐可以相对小地构成,因为该储气罐随着每个充电过程同样又可以进行填充。所以蓄电池充电器这样构成,使得该充电器除了用于对蓄电池包的各电池充电的电的接触位置之外也具有用于输出端口的连接位置,以便并行于充电过程地又用气体填充储气罐。
有利地储气罐设置在壳体内,使得蓄电池包在视觉上与传统的蓄电池包并没有不同并且保护气体存储器防止污染或湿气的进入或者冲击影响。
另外有利的是,接触元件和输送端口设置在一个共同的连接端口上,使得在蓄电池包安装到器械例如手持式工具机或充电器上时接触元件和输出端口同时与器械侧的对应接触件和连接构件连接。
也有利的是,设置电子装置,它具有温度传感器,使得一方面可以实现蓄电池的温度监控并且另一方面也可间接实现储气罐的监控(例如在强烈冷却的情况中)。此外电子装置还可与用于监控在储压罐中的压力的压力传感器或者与构成为安全阀的过压阀连接。
在手持式工具机方面该目的如下解决,即在用于蓄电池包的接纳部上设置连接构件用于蓄电池包的储气罐的输出端口,其中连接构件与装置(例如气体弹簧)气动连接。按这样的方式在手持式工具机与蓄电池包之间不仅可以实现电连接而且可以实现气动连接。
有利地电的对应接触元件和连接构件设置在一个共同的对应连接端口上,使得在蓄电池包安装到手持式工具机上时,接触元件和输出端口同时与工具机侧的对应接触件和连接元件连接。

具体实施方式
在图1中描述按本发明的蓄电池包10,它具有壳体11和一些设置在壳体11中的并且彼此电连接的蓄电池12。在此蓄电池包可以构成为锂钛蓄电池、镍镉蓄电池、镍金属氢化物蓄电池、锂离子蓄电池、锂聚合物蓄电池或锂铁蓄电池。
另外蓄电池包10具有构成为控制电子装置的电子装置13,该电子装置与蓄电池12电连接并且对其进行监控并且通过电线14与电的接触元件18连接,该接触元件设置在壳体11上。接触元件18设置在连接端口17上,该连接端口可与手持式工具机30(见图2)、充电器或类似物的对应连接端口37连接。另外电子装置13与温度传感器21例如NTC(负温度系数热敏电阻)连接,因此允许蓄电池12的温度监控。
另外在蓄电池包10的壳体11内还设置一个构成为压力容器的、用于处于压力下的气态介质例如压力空气的储气罐15。在此储气罐15通过压力管16与输出端口19连接,该输出端口相邻于在连接端口17上的接触元件18地设置在壳体11外部上。在压力管16中在输出端口19附近还设置阀20,该阀未操作时阻止气体或气态介质由储气罐15流出。
在图2中蓄电池包10固定在构成为电打入装置的手持式工具机30上。手持式工具机30具有电负载,例如电的驱动马达32和控制电子装置33。另外手持式工具机还具有构成为气体弹簧的装置35。驱动马达32设计成使打入推杆34从其在图2中描述的初始位置转移到克服气体压力弹簧或装置35张紧的位置中。
气体弹簧/装置35通过管36与用于蓄电池包10输出端口19的连接构件39气动连接,在该管中中间连接可通过控制电子装置33调节的阀机构40。在此连接构件39与在用于蓄电池包10连接端口17的对应连接端口37上的对应接触元件38一起设置在用于蓄电池包10的手持式工具机30的接纳部31的区域中。在蓄电池包10插塞到手持式工具机30的接纳部31上时,连接端口17与对应连接端口37耦联并且同时不仅引起在接触元件18与对应接触元件38之间的电连接而且引起在输出端口19与连接构件39之间的气动连接。构成为芯轴的在连接构件39上的调节元件41在此导致阀20的打开,使得气体流动仅与受控的阀机构40有关,该调节元件在输出端口19与连接构件39联接之后伸入到输出端口中。
Claims (6)
1.蓄电池包,包括壳体(11)和设置在壳体(11)上的电的接触元件(18),在该壳体中设置多个蓄电池(12),其特征在于:具有储气罐(15)和通过压力管(16)与储气罐(15)连接的用于气体的输出端口(19)。
2.按权利要求1所述的蓄电池包,其特征在于:储气罐(15)设置在壳体(11)的内部。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的蓄电池包,其特征在于:接触元件(18)和输出端口(19)设置在一个共同的连接端口(17)上。
4.按权利要求1至3任一项所述的蓄电池包,其特征在于:设置具有温度传感器(31)的电子装置(13)。
5.手持式工具机,包括:至少一个电负载;用于蓄电池包(10)的接纳部(31),该接纳部具有用于蓄电池包(10)接触元件(18)的电的对应接触元件(38);以及至少一个装置(35),该装置使用处于压力下的气体,其特征在于:在用于蓄电池包(10)的接纳部(31)上设置连接构件(39),用于蓄电池包(10)的储气罐(15)的输出端口(19),该连接构件(39)与装置(35)气动连接。
6.按权利要求5所述的手持式工具机,其特征在于:电的对应接触元件(38)与连接构件(39)设置在一个共同的对应连接端口(37)上。
