本发明所述高温气体直溢加热技术是提供,一种将燃料燃烧后产生的热能直接注入到水中,即燃料燃烧后的高温烟气与液态介质直接混合换热,进行热能转换的加热技术,利用高温气体直溢加热设备进行热能转换,由于没有金属换热面,不会产生水垢,加热设备运行时也不需要增加化学除垢剂和水处理设备,降低了运营成本,减少了环境污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型加热技术,尤其是一种不通过金属换热面进行热能转换的加热技术。
技术背景
传统的燃料加热设备:如锅炉,多采用锅壳式结构,燃料燃烧后所产生的热能在给冷水加热时,都须通过金属换热面将热能传导给水,把水加热,由于加热设备加热时是通过金属换热面进行热能转换的,使金属换热面的水侧容易产生水垢,造成加热设备加热效率降低,能耗增加,为了清除水垢,又必须加入化学除垢剂,进行加热设备除垢,并需要增加水质处理设备,这不但造成加热设备的运营成本上升,除垢后产生的污水也严重污染环境,这是传统加热设备无法改变的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明所述高温气体直溢加热技术是提供,一种将燃料燃烧后产生的热能直接注入到水中,即燃料燃烧后的高温烟气与液态介质直接混合换热,进行热能转换的加热技术,利用高温气体直溢加热设备进行热能转换,由于没有金属换热面,不会产生水垢,加热设备运行时也不需要增加化学除垢剂和水处理设备,降低了运营成本,减少了环境污染。
具体施实方式
本发明的第一实施例可见附图。空气从进气口1进入燃烧室3,燃料在燃烧室3燃烧后产生的热能进入热交换箱体4,由回水分配集箱5供水的喷淋管6向下喷水与进入热交换箱体4一回程交换室7的热能混合,进行热能交换,热能交换后产生的热水流入集水槽8,进行热能的均合,集水槽8在热交换箱体4的上1/3处,将热交换箱体4分成一回程交换室7和二程交换室9,热能在一回程交换室7进行初次热能交换后,剩余的热能通过集体水槽左侧通道,进入二回程交换室9,二回程交换室9内的喷淋管10向上喷水与进入二回程交换室9的热能进行二次热能交换。在一回程交换室7进行热能交换流入集水槽8的热水和在二回程交换室9热能交换产生的热水,均流入储液沉降槽11,储液沉降槽11内有出水口12和排渣口13。
完成热能交换的气体从排烟道14排出,排烟道14上有空气预热器2,用排出热交换箱体4的剩余热能,给进入燃烧室3空气预热,以达到节能的目的。

Claims (3)

1.高温气体直溢加热技术由一个独立的燃烧室和一个注有水的热交换室组成。其特征在于:将气相燃料燃烧后产生的热能直接注入到有水的热交换室,完成燃烧后的热能与液态介质的混合换热,进行热能的转热。是一种不通过金属换热面进行热能转换的加热技术。
2.如权力要求1所述热交换室是两回程换热形式,在一回程序交换设有向下喷水的喷淋管,在二回程序交换室设有向上喷水的喷淋管,底部为沉槽并设有出水口和排渣口。
3.如权力要求1所述燃烧室与排烟道和空气预热器是相连结构。
