Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有近场通信功能的手机,该手机兼具基于芯片连接和基于集成SIM卡两种近场通信模式。该手机包括手机处理器、NFC控制芯片、S IM卡、天线匹配单元和NFC天线;其中,所述NFC控制芯片一端通过HCI协议连接所述手机处理器,另一端通过swp协议连接所述SIM卡;所述天线匹配单元两端分别接所述NFC控制芯片和所述NFC天线;所述SIM卡通过7816协议与所述手机处理器相连;所述SIM卡具有C4,C8管脚,且其C4,C8管脚与所述NFC天线相连。所述手机处理器向所述SIM卡发出切换指令,所述SIM卡根据该切换指令选择近场通信模式。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于移动通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有NFC(Near FieldCommunication,近场通信)功能的手机。
背景技术
目前应用最多的NFC通信方案有基于集成SIM(Subscriber Identity Model,客户识别模块)卡方式和基于芯片连接方式两种。SIM卡又称为智能卡、用户身份识别卡。在NFC方案中,该集成SIM卡又称为双界面SIM卡,既可以作为普通的SIM卡用于通信的鉴权,又可以作为非接触式IC卡使用,完成NFC近场通信的卡模拟功能。图1是基于SIM卡的NFC方案,手机中不需要增加NFC控制芯片,直接利用SIM卡的C4,C8空余管脚接一个绕线线圈,作为天线。该方案不需要修改手机主板电路,也不需要更换手机。
基于芯片的NFC方案需要修改手机主板,同时增加NFC天线,也就是需要对手机重新设计。图2是基于NFC控制芯片的NFC方案,NFC天线经过匹配电路连接到NFC控制芯片上,SIM卡的C4,C8没有占用,SIM卡的C6管脚作为SWP(Single Wire Protocol,单线连接)单线协议和NFC控制芯片连接。
作为手机厂商,则希望在同一款手机上能够兼容以上两种近场通信方式,这样能够减少重复设计,使产品的适用范围更广。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有近场通信功能的手机,该手机兼具基于芯片连接和基于集成SIM卡两种近场通信模式。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明具有近场通信功能的手机包括:
手机处理器、NFC控制芯片、SIM卡、天线匹配单元和NFC天线;
其中,所述NFC控制芯片通过HCI(Human-Computer Interaction,人机交互)协议连接所述手机处理器,所述天线匹配单元两端分别接所述NFC控制芯片和所述NFC天线,所述SIM卡还通过7816协议与所述手机处理器连接,所述SIM卡具有C4,C8管脚,且所述SIM卡通过其C4,C8管脚与所述NFC天线相连。
进一步地,所述SIM卡还通过swp协议与所述NFC控制芯片连接。
更进一步地,本发明具有近场通信功能的手机中,近场通信模式的切换是通过所述手机处理器向所述SIM卡发出切换指令来实现的,所述SIM卡根据该切换指令选择近场通信模式。
再进一步地,供所述SIM卡选择的两种切换模式,其中一种为通过该SIM卡的C4,C8管脚与所述NFC天线相连的线路来实现近场通信,另一种为通过该SIM卡采用swp协议与所述NFC控制芯片相连的线路来实现近场通信。
又进一步地,所述NFC天线在手机上的形式可以为PCB(Printed CircuitBoard,印刷电路板)主板直接走线形式,也可以为后盖形式,还可以为电池封装形式。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明具有近场通信功能的手机兼具基于芯片连接和基于集成SIM卡两种近场通信模式,实际应用时能够任选其中一种模式实现近场通信功能。本发明手机结构简单,成本低廉,便于大规模推广使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
图1为现有技术中基于SIM卡的NFC方案原理示意图,如图所示,手机中不需要增加NFC控制芯片,直接利用SIM卡的C4,C8空余管脚接一个绕线线圈作为天线。该方案不需要修改手机主板电路,也不需要更换手机。
图2为现有技术中基于NFC控制芯片的NFC方案原理示意图,如图所示,NFC天线经过天线匹配电路连接到NFC控制芯片上,SIM卡的C4,C8管脚没有占用,SIM卡的C6管脚作为SWP单线协议和NFC控制芯片连接。该方案需要修改手机主板电路,也就是用户需要使用NFC应用时,必须更换手机。
图3为本发明具有近场通信功能的手机采用的NFC方案原理示意图,如图所示,本发明在图2近场通信方案的基础上,将SIM卡的C4,C8管脚与NFC天线连接起来,这样该具有近场通信功能的手机便兼容了图1所示的近场通信方案,实际应用时能够根据需要选择这两种方案之一实现近场通信功能。
本发明提供了以下两个具体实施例:
第一个实施例中,在图2所示NFC方案的基础上,本发明对图2中的SIM卡进行了替换,替换后的SIM卡不再通过SWP单线协议和NFC控制芯片连接,而是通过其C4,C8管脚与NFC天线连接。这样通过替换手机中的SIM卡,即能够实现由基于控制芯片的NFC模式向基于SIM卡的NFC模式的转换。此时若需要将NFC模式再转换回基于控制芯片的模式,则再换回图2所示的SIM卡即可。
第二个实施例中,本发明采用了具有三个接口的SIM卡,即该SIM卡保持图2所示的通过7816协议与手机处理器连接,同时该SIM卡通过SWP单线协议和NFC控制芯片连接,并且该SIM卡还通过其C4,C8管脚与NFC天线连接。
第二个实施例中,近场通信模式的切换是通过手机处理器向SIM卡发出切换指令来实现的,SIM卡根据该切换指令选择近场通信模式。供SIM卡选择的两种切换模式,一种为通过该SIM卡的C4,C8管脚与NFC天线相连的线路来实现近场通信,另一种为通过该SIM卡采用swp协议与NFC控制芯片相连的线路来实现近场通信。
采用图3的方案需要对NFC天线进行重新设计。NFC天线的物理特性就是一组绕线电感线圈,如果将SIM卡的C4,C8直接接到天线,则需要在图2所示结构中再增加一个绕线线圈,直接连接到SIM卡的C4,C8上。
如图3所示,本发明具有近场通信功能的手机具体包括手机处理器、NFC控制芯片、SIM卡、天线匹配单元和NFC天线。其中,NFC控制芯片的一端通过HCI协议连接手机处理器,另一端通过swp协议连接SIM卡;同时,SIM卡通过7816协议与手机处理器连接。天线匹配单元用于调整天线的性能,两端分别连接NFC控制芯片和天线。SIM卡的C4,C8管脚与NFC天线相连。
如果SIM卡更换成2.4G SIM卡,NFC天线集成在SIM卡封装中,本发明方案同样适用。
NFC天线在手机上的形式可以是PCB主板直接走线,或者后盖形式、电池封装形式。
同时应当理解的是,本发明请求保护范围阐明于所附权利要求书中,而不能以说明书的上述描述作为限制,凡是在本发明的宗旨之内的显而易见的修改亦应归于本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种具有近场通信功能的手机,包括手机处理器、近场通信控制芯片、SIM卡、天线匹配单元和近场通信天线,其中,所述NFC控制芯片通过人机交互协议连接所述手机处理器,所述天线匹配单元两端分别接所述NFC控制芯片和所述NFC天线,其特征在于:
所述SIM卡具有C4,C8管脚,且所述SIM卡通过其C4,C8管脚与所述NFC天线相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有近场通信功能的手机,其特征在于:
所述SIM卡还通过单线协议与所述NFC控制芯片连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有近场通信功能的手机,其特征在于:
所述手机处理器向所述SIM卡发出近场通信模式切换指令,所述SIM卡根据该切换指令选择近场通信模式。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有近场通信功能的手机,其特征在于:
供所述SIM卡选择的两种切换模式,其中一种为通过该SIM卡的C4,C8管脚与所述NFC天线相连的线路来实现近场通信;
另一种为通过该SIM卡采用单线协议与所述NFC控制芯片相连的线路来实现近场通信。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的具有近场通信功能的手机,其特征在于:
