Abstract

一种枢纽器,其包括一轴套及一枢轴,所述轴套包括一套筒,所述枢轴包括一轴杆,所述轴杆枢转收容于所述套筒,所述枢纽器还包括一固定设置于所述套筒与所述轴杆之间的弹簧;所述枢纽器利用所述枢轴或套筒相对所述弹簧转动时产生的摩擦力,用来定位所述枢轴的转动角度,因而减少了所述枢轴与所述轴套的转动接触面积,从而减少了摩擦损耗,提高了所述枢纽器的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种枢纽器。
背景技术
枢纽器一般装设于翻盖装置的上盖及底座间,以使上盖相对底座开启及闭合。一般来说,枢纽器包括一轴杆及一轴套,该轴杆及轴套分别与上盖及底座相固定,该轴杆转动套设于该轴套,使得上盖可相对于底座旋转。轴套与轴杆之间的摩擦力可使上盖随意定位于所需要的位置。
然而,在频繁开启或者关闭该电子装置的屏幕时,所述轴套和轴杆易磨损,降低了所述枢纽器的使用寿命。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种减少磨损的枢纽器。
一种枢纽器,其包括一轴套及一枢轴,所述轴套包括一套筒,所述枢轴包括一轴杆,所述轴杆枢转收容于所述套筒,所述枢纽器还包括一固定设置于所述套筒与所述轴杆之间的弹簧。
相较现有技术,本发明枢纽器主要利用所述枢轴或套筒相对所述弹簧转动时产生的摩擦力,来定位所述枢轴的转动角度,因而减少了所述枢轴与所述轴套的转动接触面积,从而减少了摩擦损耗,提高了所述枢纽器的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明枢纽器较佳实施方式包括一枢轴10、一套设于枢轴10的弹簧30及一轴套50。所述枢轴10枢转地安装于所述轴套50,所述弹簧30固定于所述轴套50。
枢轴10包括一位于所述枢轴10的中部尺寸较大的圆柱状的冠部16及一自所述冠部16轴向延伸的呈圆柱状的轴杆14。轴杆14邻近冠部16的位置凸设成型一环形的卡环144。
弹簧30为螺旋弹簧,其中部横向设有一使枢轴10的轴杆14穿设的通孔32。弹簧30的两端分别沿径向引出一卡脚34,所述卡脚34位于同一平面上。
轴套50包括一与枢轴10的轴杆14配合的柱状套筒52。所述套筒52的侧壁轴向开设有一通槽520。所述通槽520可增加套筒52的弹性变形量,以便于所述弹簧30及轴杆14插入所述套筒52。请同时参照图3,所述套筒52的内壁于靠近外端处凹陷成型有一收容所述枢轴10的卡环144的卡槽522。
请结合参照图2和图3,组装时,将弹簧30置入轴套50的套筒52内,使弹簧30的两卡脚34均卡合于轴套50的通槽520,从而弹簧30被固定于轴套50内。枢轴10的轴杆14插入弹簧30的通孔32,直至枢轴10的卡环144卡合于卡槽522,防止枢轴10自轴套50内脱落,此时,枢轴10的冠部16抵顶于套筒52的外端。
在枢纽器转动过程中,主要是由枢轴10相对弹簧30转动产生的摩擦力,来定位枢轴10的转动角度,因而减少了枢轴10与轴套50在转动过程中的接触面积,有效降低了磨损。同时,所述弹簧30、套筒52内壁及轴杆14之间的空间可以用来容纳润滑油,且润滑油可顺着弹簧30的绕圈流动以对轴杆14进行充分润滑,从而减少了轴套50和轴杆14之间的磨损,提高了枢纽器的使用寿命。
显而易见的,作为其它的实施方式,弹簧30也可以固定套设于该轴杆14。

Claims (6)

1.一种枢纽器,其包括一轴套及一枢轴,所述轴套包括一套筒,所述枢轴包括一轴杆,所述轴杆枢转收容于所述套筒,其特征在于:所述枢纽器还包括一固定设置于所述套筒与所述轴杆之间的弹簧。
2.如权利要求1所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述套筒的侧壁轴向设有一通槽,所述弹簧的两端分别引出一卡脚,所述卡脚均卡合于所述通槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述套筒的内壁凹陷成型有一卡槽,所述轴杆凸设成型一卡合于所述卡槽的卡环。
4.如权利要求1所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述枢轴还包括一与所述轴杆连接的冠部,所述冠部抵顶于所述套筒的一端。
5.如权利要求4所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述轴杆凸设一邻近所述冠部的卡环,所述套筒的内壁凹陷成型有一与该卡环相卡合的卡槽。
6.如权利要求1所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述弹簧固定套设于所述轴杆。
