背景技术
风力涡轮机是一种用于将风的动能转换为机械能的机械。如果机械能直接由机器所使用,例如用于抽水或用于磨小麦,则该风力涡轮机可称为风车(windmill)。类似地,如果机械能被转换为电,则该机械也可称为风力发电机(wind generator)或风力发电站(wind powerplant)。
风力涡轮机典型地根据叶片绕其旋转的垂直的或水平的轴线而分类。一种所谓的水平轴线式风力发电机示意性地示出在图1中且可从通用电气公司获得。这种用于风力涡轮机2的特定构造包括支撑着包围传动系统(drive train)8的外罩(nacelle)6的塔筒(tower)4。叶片10布置在轮毂上以便在外罩6外、在传动系统8的一端处形成“转子”。旋转的叶片10驱动连接至连同接收来自风速计18的输入的控制系统16一起、布置在外罩6内的传动系统8的另一端处的发电机14的齿轮箱(gearbox)12。

具体实施方式
图3是舱门止动件30的正视图。在本文所示的示例中,舱门止动件30成E形,带有彼此连接的第一叉股32、第二叉股34和第三叉股36。E形同样包括两个由叉股32至36中的任何两个及其间的连接部所形成的成U形的、成C形的,或成V形的部分。叉股32至36中的一个或多个可比其它的短些。例如,舱门止动件30同样可为成F形的,带有较短的第二叉股32和/或不带第三叉股36。
如图4中所示,当舱口20完全敞开时,舱门止动件30的一部分布置在舱门22的外表面和毂锥壳体7的外表面之间。尤其地,第一叉股32被楔入(wedge)舱门22的外部表面和毂锥7的外部表面之间。另外的叉股34和36则提供支撑结构以用于将舱门止动件30保持就位(keep in place)。但是,同样可以其它方式(例如利用可移除的紧固件和/或粘合剂)来固定舱门止动件30。虽然叉股32至36之间的连接部在此显示成由与叉股本身一样的刚性材料所制成,但是同样可使用其它的刚性的和/或柔性的材料。
在本文所示的示例中,第一叉股32在舱门22的外表面和毂锥壳体7的外表面之间延伸。第二叉股34连接到第一叉股32上且布置成支靠着(against)舱门22的内表面。第三叉股36同样连接至第一叉股32和第二叉股34且布置成支靠着毂锥壳体7的内表面。但是,各个叉股32至36可以带有或不带有其它叉股的各种其它的构造和顺序而布置。例如,第一叉股32可布置成支靠着毂锥壳体7的内表面,并且,第二叉股34可布置成顶靠着舱门22的内表面。舱口止动件30可类似地连同在风力涡轮机2的其它区域(例如外罩6)中的舱口20一起被使用。
上文所描述的舱门止动件30提供了优于传统的螺纹C形夹的各种优点。例如,舱门止动件30可更容易且更快地被安装和移除。舱门止动件30还较不易于出现操作者错误,因为其不需要被拧成与毂锥壳体7和/或舱门22的表面相接合。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于打开的舱门的止动件,该打开的舱门以铰链的方式连接到壳体,所述止动件包括:
延伸越过所述舱门的外表面与所述壳体的外表面之间的间隙的连接部;
从所述连接部的中间区段延伸到所述壳体的外表面与所述舱门的外表面之间的所述间隙中的第一叉股;
从所述连接部的一端沿所述第一叉股的方向延伸而靠着所述舱门的内表面搁置的第二叉股;以及
从所述连接部的相对端沿所述第一叉股的方向延伸且布置成支靠着所述壳体的内表面的第三叉股;
所述第二叉股和第三叉股提供支撑结构,以便将所述止动件保持就位;
所述第一叉股在平行于延伸越过所述间隙的所述连接部的方向上具有一定宽度,所述宽度足以使所述第一叉股能够楔入所述舱门的外表面与所述壳体的外表面之间的所述间隙中;以及
所述连接部在平行于延伸到所述间隙中的所述第一叉股的方向上的宽度显著大于所述连接部在基本平行于所述铰链与闩锁之间的相对旋转的中心线的方向上的厚度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于打开的舱门的止动件,其特征在于,所述第一叉股在平行于延伸越过所述间隙的所述连接部的方向上的宽度显著大于所述第一叉股在基本平行于所述铰链与闩锁之间的相对旋转的中心线的方向上的厚度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于打开的舱门的止动件,其特征在于,所述第二叉股在平行于所述连接部的方向上的宽度显著大于所述第二叉股在基本平行于所述铰链与闩锁之间的相对旋转的中心线的方向上的厚度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于打开的舱门的止动件,其特征在于,所述第三叉股在平行于所述连接部的方向上的宽度显著大于所述第三叉股在基本平行于所述铰链与闩锁之间的相对旋转的中心线的方向上的厚度。
5.一种用于打开的舱门的止动件,该打开的舱门以铰链的方式连接到壳体,所述止动件包括:
连接第一叉股、第二叉股以及第三叉股的连接部;
所述第一叉股从所述连接部的中间延伸到所述舱门的外表面与所述壳体的外表面之间的间隙中,其中,所述第一叉股在平行于延伸越过所述间隙的所述连接部的方向上的宽度足以使所述第一叉股能够楔入所述舱门的外表面与所述壳体的外表面之间的间隙,且显著大于所述第一叉股在基本平行于所述铰链与闩锁之间的相对旋转的中心线的方向上的厚度;
所述第二叉股从所述连接部的一端沿基本平行于所述第一叉股的方向延伸而靠着所述舱门的内表面搁置;以及
所述第三叉股从所述连接部的与所述第二叉股相对的另一端沿基本平行于所述第一叉股的方向延伸,且布置成支靠着所述壳体的内表面,所述第二叉股和第三叉股提供支撑结构,以便将所述止动件保持就位。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于打开的舱门的止动件,其特征在于,所述第二叉股在平行于所述连接部的方向上的宽度显著大于所述第二叉股在基本平行于所述铰链与闩锁之间的相对旋转的中心线的方向上的厚度。
7.根据权利要求5所述的用于打开的舱门的止动件,其特征在于,所述第三叉股在平行于所述连接部的方向上的宽度显著大于所述第三叉股在基本平行于所述铰链与闩锁之间的相对旋转的中心线的方向上的厚度。
8.根据权利要求6所述的用于打开的舱门的止动件,其特征在于,所述第三叉股在平行于所述连接部的方向上的宽度显著大于所述第三叉股在基本平行于所述铰链与闩锁之间的相对旋转的中心线的方向上的厚度。
