Abstract

本发明涉及一种飞机的螺旋桨,本发明之多组式叶片螺旋桨由桨毂、叶片、径向幅条、非径向幅条、连接环等组成。把具有相同的旋转半径范围的数个叶片作为一组,本发明由两组以上旋转叶片组成。叶片与桨毂之间有径向幅条和非径向幅条相连接。其优点是结构轻,推动力大。本发明可用于展翼直升飞机和人力直升飞行器。

多组式叶片螺旋桨
本发明涉及一种飞机的螺旋桨。
本发明的目的是提供一种结构轻,在一定的转速下以较小的旋转半径而获得较大推拉力的螺旋桨。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:本发明之螺旋桨有桨毂、叶片、径向幅条、非径向幅条、连接环等组成。我们把具有相同长度、相同的旋转半径范围的数个螺旋桨叶片作为同一组的螺旋桨片,那么我们的设计方案是多组式叶片螺旋桨。
桨叶通过径向幅条与桨毂相连接,本发明之螺旋桨具有两组(包含两组)以上的螺旋桨叶片。离旋转中心偏远的桨叶组其叶片数多。螺旋桨最外边缘可设置连接环。具有链接环的多组式叶片螺旋桨其桨叶片、桨毂、链接环三者通过径向幅条和非径向幅条相连接。幅条和桨片可采用柔性材料(如线、布)构成。链接环的截面型状可以有多种选择。旋转叶片的形状沿径向方向扩大(扇形扩展)。
本发明的优点,在一定的旋转半径范围之内装有较多的桨叶,另外每组旋叶都具有所需要的螺旋桨升角。从而得到更大的推力,另外材料的力学性能得到科学的充分发挥。
下边结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。

图2中:1、连接环,2、6叶片,3、径向幅条,4、非径向幅条,5、桨毂本发明的缺点:工艺性较繁杂。
本发明的优点:推拉力大、效率高、省油。

Claims (3)

1.本发明涉及一种飞机的螺旋桨,它由桨毂、叶片、径向幅条、非径向幅条、连接环等组成,其特征是:把具有相同的旋转半径范围的数个叶片列为一组,它由两组(包含两组)以上旋转叶片组成,叶片与桨毂之间由径向幅条和非径向幅条相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋桨,其特点是螺旋桨最外边缘设置一个连接环,桨毂、叶片、连接环之间用径向幅条和非径向幅条相连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的螺旋桨其特征是它的径向幅条,非径向幅条可以是线材(金属丝、尼龙线等柔性材料)叶片是薄的材料做成。
