Abstract
本发明公开了一种电子卡连接器,具有卡收容空间,其包括:绝缘本体、若干导电端子、遮蔽壳体以及退卡机构,所述导电端子收容于绝缘本体上,所述绝缘本体位于遮蔽壳体的前端,且遮蔽壳体遮蔽于绝缘本体上,所述退卡机构位于绝缘本体一侧,所述退卡机构包括基座、沿插卡方向做往复滑动的退卡件、弹簧以及止动件,其中,基座上组装有一金属片,金属片与基座之间构成供上述退卡件滑移的滑槽,该滑槽之外侧壁与底壁均由该金属片构成。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电子卡连接器,尤其涉及一种具有退卡机构的电子卡连接器。
【背景技术】
笔记本电脑通常会配设有Expresscard连接器,用于实现笔记本电脑与Expresscard之间的电性连接,以便进行数据存储及传输。为了便于退出Expresscard,Expresscard连接器通常会设置有一退卡机构。
传统卡连接器一般包括有绝缘本体,收容于绝缘本体上的若干导电端子,遮蔽绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体以及退卡机构。所述退卡机构位于绝缘本体一侧,且收容于由遮蔽壳体形成的收容部内,其包括基座、弹簧、止动件及退卡件,其中,所述退卡件具有滑动部及由滑动部端延伸出的退卡部,该退卡部可与电子卡一侧相抵触。退卡机构工作时,退卡件的滑动部会沿着基座上设置的槽道滑动,通常基座由塑胶制成而退卡件由金属材质制成,在退卡件的滑动部滑动过程中与基座的槽道产生摩擦,从而使槽道逐渐被磨损。这样,退卡机构在工作中会出现不稳定的状况。
因此,有必要提出一种新型电子卡连接器,以解决上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有退卡机构的电子卡连接器,该退卡机构的结构较牢固。
实现本发明的目的的技术方案为:一种电子卡连接器,具有卡收容空间,其包括:绝缘本体、若干导电端子、遮蔽壳体以及退卡机构,所述导电端子收容于绝缘本体上,所述绝缘本体位于遮蔽壳体的前端,且遮蔽壳体遮蔽于绝缘本体上,所述退卡机构位于绝缘本体一侧,所述退卡机构包括基座、沿插卡方向做往复滑动的退卡件、弹簧以及止动件,其中,基座上组装有一金属片,金属片与基座之间构成供上述退卡件滑移的滑槽,该滑槽之外侧壁与底壁均由该金属片构成。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:借助金属材质构成的滑槽不容易磨损,且与退卡件之间的摩擦系数也比较小,使退卡件的滑移更加稳定可靠。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图2所示,本发明电子卡连接器100包括有绝缘本体10、收容于绝缘本体10的导电端子20、覆盖在绝缘本体10上的遮蔽壳体30、安装于遮蔽壳体30上的底板40以及退卡机构50。
请参阅图2所示,所述绝缘本体10位于遮蔽壳体30的前端,其包括一基部11、可与相应电子卡(未图示)对接的舌板12及自基座11两侧向前凸伸的安装部13。所述导电端子20收容于舌板12上并延伸出绝缘本体10前端用以焊接到一印刷电路板(未图示)上。
遮蔽壳体30遮蔽于绝缘本体10上,以此共同形成一个电子卡收容空间(未标号)。所述遮蔽壳体30包括一水平延伸的主体部31及若干自主体部31侧边向下延伸的侧壁32。主体部31前端一侧具有一安装部33,上述退卡机构50安装在该安装部33上,安装部33设置有第一扣持片330与第二扣持片331,第一扣持片330与第二扣持片331之间的主体部31上还设置有一狭槽332。
底板40安装固定于遮蔽壳体30的两侧壁32上,这样,底板40充当上述电子卡收容空间的底壁。
退卡机构50安装于绝缘本体10的一侧,其包括一基座51,一弹簧52,一退卡件53及一选择性的定位所述退卡件53与基座51相对位置的止动件54。所述基座51紧靠绝缘本体10的外侧,第一扣持片330与第二扣持片331将基座51稳定固持,包括有基部510,基部510上设置有心型槽511以及与心型槽511并列设置的滑槽512,基部510上设置有缺口513,缺口513用以收容一U型金属片514,U型金属片514组装到缺口513后与基部510之间构成与上述滑槽512连接之第二滑槽515,滑槽512与第二滑槽515呈前后排列构成一完整滑槽,第二滑槽515在前滑槽512在后。第二滑槽515之底面(未标号)与外侧(未标号)边由上述U型金属片514构成,而其另一侧边由基部510的一侧面充当,其为塑胶材质。
所述退卡件53安装于基座51上,且可沿电子卡插拔方向往复运动,其包括一水平部532、自水平部532一侧弯折延伸形成的定位部531及自水平部532另一端弯折延伸的退卡部533,定位部531上还设置有一卡持片535;所述定位部531可滑动的收容于基座51的滑槽512与第二滑槽515内,而卡持片535可滑动的收容于狭槽332内,退卡部533越过基座51后延伸入电子卡收容空间(未标号)内。所述止动件54一端可动的收容于基部51的心型槽511内,而另一端固定于定位部531上形成的销孔535内。弹簧52一端扣持基座51上,另一端扣持于止动件54上。
当一电子卡(未图示)插入电子卡连接器100时,所述退卡部533抵顶于电子卡的一侧而使其受到一向前的推力,而此推力将使退卡件533的水平部532作用产生一扭矩使其变形,这样,退卡件53的定位部531在滑槽512与第二滑槽515内滑动时,滑槽512与第二滑槽515内的外侧内壁与底壁与定位部531之间所产生的摩擦力相对较大,容易磨损掉。且随着定位部531继续向前滑动,弹簧52所产生的弹力持续加大,这样定位部531与基座51之间的摩擦力必然持续加大,基座51的前端显然比后端容易磨损。所以,由金属材质制成的U型金属片514设置在基座51的前端,其与基座51构成的第二滑槽515因主要受力区为金属材质而不容易磨损。而滑槽512设置于基座51的后端,因其受力较小仍然可以为塑胶材质。
上述U型金属片514除上述所说的不容易磨损外,还可以降低与定位部531之间的摩擦系数,这样使退卡机构50在工作过程中更加稳定和可靠。
Claims (9)
1.一种电子卡连接器,具有卡收容空间,其包括:绝缘本体、若干导电端子、遮蔽壳体以及退卡机构,所述导电端子收容于绝缘本体上,所述绝缘本体位于遮蔽壳体的前端,且遮蔽壳体遮蔽于绝缘本体上,所述退卡机构位于绝缘本体一侧,所述退卡机构包括基座、沿插卡方向做往复滑动的退卡件、弹簧以及止动件,其特征在于:基座上组装有一金属片,金属片与基座之间构成供上述退卡件滑移的滑槽,该滑槽之外侧壁与底壁均由该金属片构成。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述基座前端上设置有一缺口,上述金属片为U型金属片,该U型金属片收容于该缺口内。
3.如权利要求2所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述退卡件包括有定位部与退卡部,定位部在上述滑槽内滑动,退卡部延伸入卡收容空间。
4.如权利要求3所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述定位部上设置有一卡持片,遮蔽壳体上设置有一可收容该卡持片之狭槽,卡持片随着退卡件在狭槽内往复滑动。
5.如权利要求1所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:基座上设置有心型槽,止动件一端设置心型槽内,另一端设置在退卡件上。
6.如权利要求5所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:止动件可沿基座上的心型槽滑动,弹簧一端设置在止动件上,另一端设置在基座上,以此提供退卡件回复力。
7.如权利要求6所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体上设置有第一扣持片与第二扣持片,第一扣持片与第二扣持片固持基座。
8.如权利要求7所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述第一扣持片与第二扣持片相互垂直。
9.如权利要求1所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体上还覆盖有一底板。
