Abstract

本发明公开一种抗震型锚栓,由螺母、螺杆及至少二个膨胀件组成;螺杆的外端具有螺纹段而里端具有螺栓头;数个膨胀件逐一套置在螺杆的螺纹段上;螺母旋拧在螺杆的螺纹段上;其中,膨胀件是由一片材冲压后卷曲而成的管件,相邻两个膨胀件的相对端形成相互交叉的长齿片和短齿片,且长齿片的端部向外折弯。此结构简单,抓紧力强,具有良好的锚固功效,抗震性强,且加工制作方便。

Description

一种抗震型锚栓
技术领域
本发明属于建筑锚栓的技术领域,特别涉及一种抗震型锚栓。
背景技术
传统的建筑锚栓如图1所示,由螺母100、螺杆200及膨胀件300组成,螺杆200的里端具有楔形头201,膨胀件300呈管状且里端具有齿片301,膨胀件300套在螺杆200上,其齿片301抵在楔形头201上,螺母100螺套在螺杆200的外端。
安装时,将套有膨胀件300的螺杆200插入钻好的墙孔中,再将外挂物挂置在螺杆200的外端,然后,将螺母100螺套在螺杆200上,通过旋拧螺母100向墙孔内推挤膨胀件300,使膨胀件300的里端齿片301在楔形头201的导引下胀开,紧紧抓住墙孔的内壁,而令整个锚栓固定在墙孔中,达到将外挂物固定在建筑上的目的。
经分析,上述锚栓存在诸多缺陷:因为膨胀件300的齿片301个数少,与墙孔的接触面小,抓紧力不足;而且,膨胀件300的齿片301是由螺杆200里端的楔形头201导引而胀开,胀开慢,胀开后的角度小,也导致抓紧力不足。所以,现有建筑锚栓的抓紧力不足,锚固功效差,抗震性差。
有鉴于此,本发明人对建筑锚栓的结构加以改进,遂有本案产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗震型锚栓,其抓紧力强,具有良好的锚固功效,抗震性强,且结构简单,加工制作方便。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种抗震型锚栓,由螺母、螺杆及至少二个膨胀件组成;螺杆的外端具有螺纹段而里端具有螺栓头;数个膨胀件逐一套置在螺杆的螺纹段上;螺母旋拧在螺杆的螺纹段上;其中,膨胀件是由一片材冲压后卷曲而成的管件,相邻两个膨胀件的相对端形成相互交叉的长齿片和短齿片,且长齿片的端部向外折弯。
所述靠螺栓头的膨胀件里端延伸形成定位条,定位条弯折形成定位钩,此定位钩勾在螺杆的螺栓头上。
所述螺杆的螺栓头侧壁上对应膨胀件的定位条和定位钩开有定位槽,定位条和定位钩处于定位槽中。
所述螺杆的螺纹段上先套置一个垫圈再旋拧螺母。
所述螺栓头一体成型在螺杆上。
所述螺栓头与螺杆分体成型,螺栓头固定在螺杆上。
采用上述结构后,本发明安装时,在墙体上钻孔,将膨胀件套在螺杆上,再将螺杆的螺栓头朝里插在预先钻好的墙孔中,然后,将外挂物挂置在螺杆上,最后,将螺母旋在螺杆的螺纹段上,使数膨胀件受挤,沿螺杆轴线方向的间距压缩,导致长齿片在短齿片面上滑动,滑动过程中产生两种位移,一是沿螺杆轴线方向的位移,使得相邻膨胀件之间的间距压缩,二是沿螺杆径线方向的位移,使得长齿片的曲面外径不断加大,长齿片不断地切入墙体中,因为相邻的膨胀件的长齿片和短齿片交叉对插,所以就形成了相对切底的效果,使得锚栓沿螺杆的轴线双向受力,抗震性能大大提高。
本发明因为有至少两个膨胀件,每个膨胀件都有长齿片,使膨胀件与墙孔的接触面倍增,抓紧力大大提高,所以,固定效果好。而且,本发明结构简单,加工生产时膨胀件由一片材冲压后卷曲而成,十分方便。

具体实施方式
如图2和图3A、图3所示,是本发明的较佳实施例。一种抗震型锚栓,由螺母1、螺杆2及至少二个膨胀件3(本文仅以二个为例)组成。
螺杆2的外端具有螺纹段21而里端具有螺栓头22。螺栓头22可以是一体成型在螺杆2上,或者与螺杆2分体成型后再固定在螺杆2上。
数个膨胀件3逐一套置在螺杆1的螺纹段21上。膨胀件3是由一片材冲压后卷曲而成的管件,其中,靠近螺栓头22的膨胀件3是由图5和图6所示片材制成,另一膨胀件3是由图7和图8所示片材制成。相邻两个膨胀件3的相对端形成相互交叉的长齿片31和短齿片32,且长齿片31的端部向外折弯。为了使膨胀件3受挤压后能够迅速膨胀,避免膨胀件3与螺杆2相对转动,图5和图6所示膨胀件3的里端还延伸形成定位条33,定位条33弯折形成定位钩34,此定位钩34勾在螺杆2的螺栓头22上。此实施例在螺杆2的螺栓头22侧壁上对应膨胀件3的定位条33和定位钩34还开有定位槽23,定位条33和定位钩34处于定位槽23中,使膨胀件3的里端与螺杆2的螺栓头22固定,膨胀效果更好。
螺母1旋拧在螺杆2的螺纹段21上,且抵在图7和图8所示膨胀件3的外端上。为了组装更可靠,此实施例在螺纹段21上先套置垫圈4再旋拧螺母1。
本发明安装时,在墙体上钻孔,先将膨胀件3套在螺杆2上,再将螺杆2的螺栓头22朝里插在预先钻好的墙孔中,然后,将外挂物挂置在螺杆2上,将垫圈4套置在螺杆2上,最后,将螺母1旋在螺杆2的螺纹段21上。
如图4所示,旋紧螺杆2,膨胀件3受挤压,各膨胀件3之间沿螺杆2轴线方向的间距压缩,长齿片31在短齿片32面上滑动,使得长齿片31的曲面外径不断加大,长齿片31切入墙体中,相邻的膨胀件3的两组长齿片31形成了相对切底的效果,使得锚栓沿螺杆2的轴线双向受力,抓紧力大大增强,锚固更牢固,抗震性能大大提高。
以上所述仅为本发明的一个实施例,并非对本案设计的限制,凡依本案的设计关键所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种抗震型锚栓,由螺母、螺杆及至少二个膨胀件组成;螺杆的外端具有螺纹段而里端具有螺栓头;数个膨胀件逐一套置在螺杆的螺纹段上;螺母旋拧在螺杆的螺纹段上;其特征在于:膨胀件是由一片材冲压后卷曲而成的管件,相邻两个膨胀件的相对端形成相互交叉的长齿片和短齿片,且长齿片的端部向外折弯。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗震型锚栓,其特征在于:靠螺栓头的膨胀件里端延伸形成定位条,定位条弯折形成定位钩,此定位钩勾在螺杆的螺栓头上。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种抗震型锚栓,其特征在于:螺杆的螺栓头侧壁上对应膨胀件的定位条和定位钩开有定位槽,定位条和定位钩处于定位槽中。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种抗震型锚栓,其特征在于:螺杆的螺纹段上先套置一个垫圈再旋拧螺母。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种抗震型锚栓,其特征在于:螺栓头一体成型在螺杆上。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种抗震型锚栓,其特征在于:螺栓头与螺杆分体成型,螺栓头固定在螺杆上。
