技术领域
本发明属于高压输电设备的制造设备，涉及一种用来组装真空断路器部件的真空灭弧室与分闸簧座组装夹具。
背景技术
普通的真空断路器中，其真空灭弧室内部动端均设置动触头、金属波纹管等活动部件，组装时需要与导电夹等、分闸簧座等部件进行连接，倘若没有夹具定位，在组装过程中极易导致金属波纹管受力损伤，大大降低了真空灭弧室的使用寿命，甚至直接导至真空灭弧室报废；此外，在对分闸簧座与动触头后端进行连接时需要施加较大的外力压缩套在分闸簧座外围的分闸簧，假如不使用合适的工具极易造成真空灭弧室的玻璃或陶瓷外壳的损坏、报废。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种结构简单、使用方便、可防止真空灭弧室部件损伤的真空灭弧室与分闸簧座组装夹具。
本发明的真空灭弧室与分闸簧座组装夹具包括有一个底座，在底座前后两端分别固定有竖起的前支架和后支架，前支架和后支架两侧对称设置有两对导向套；底座的中部具有一个可安置真空灭弧室的灭弧室座，底座的后部具有一个可安置导电夹的导电夹座；在所述前支架前方设置有一个气缸，气缸的活塞杆端部连接在前支架上，气缸的缸体两侧固定有两根水平的导杆，导杆穿过上述位于两侧的两对导向套并可在导向套的导向下前后移动；导杆后端连接有一个可随导杆前后移动的后挡板，在后挡板中心开有一个用来穿过扳手的通孔。
本发明结构简单、制造方便；通过气缸驱动动作，操作方便、动作可靠；组装过程中可以对灭弧室的易损部件进行可靠定位，减少了外力损伤，保证了组装质量。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，该真空灭弧室与分闸簧座组装夹具包括有一个底座1，在底座前后两端分别固定有竖起的前支架11和后支架12，前支架和后支架两侧对称设置有两对导向套13；底座的中部具有一个可安置真空灭弧室的灭弧室座14，底座的后部具有一个可安置导电夹的导电夹座15；在前支架11前方设置有一个气缸2，气缸的活塞杆21端部连接在前支架上，气缸的缸体两侧固定有两根水平的导杆22，导杆穿过位于两侧的两对导向套13并可在导向套的导向下前后移动；导杆后端连接有一个可随导杆前后移动的后挡板23，在后挡板中心开有一个用来穿过扳手的通孔24。
如图2所示，在本发明的装置上进行灭弧室与分闸簧座的组装过程是：将已安装了导电夹的真空灭弧室3定位安置在灭弧室座14和导电夹座15中；然后将套有分闸簧4的分闸簧座5同轴置于灭弧室后方，启动气缸，驱动后挡板23向前移动并压动分闸簧座5克服弹簧力向前移动并接近灭弧室动触头后端的螺纹孔，这时可从挡板23上的通孔24穿入内六角螺栓和扳手对分闸簧座与灭弧室进行连接。

1.一种真空灭弧室与分闸簧座组装夹具，其特征是：它包括有一个底座(1)，在底座前后两端分别固定有竖起的前支架(11)和后支架(12)，前支架和后支架两侧对称设置有两对导向套(13)；底座的中部具有一个可安置真空灭弧室的灭弧室座(14)，底座的后部具有一个可安置导电夹的导电夹座(15)；在前支架(11)前方设置有一个气缸(2)，气缸的活塞杆(21)端部连接在前支架上，气缸的缸体两侧固定有两根水平的导杆(22)，导杆穿过位于两侧的两对导向套(13)并可在导向套的导向下前后移动；导杆后端连接有一个可随导杆前后移动的后挡板(23)，在后挡板中心开有一个用来穿过扳手的通孔(24)。
