本发明涉及一种医疗器械,特别是涉及一种螺纹式吻合支架。
背景技术
专利号为200820087089.X的“肠吻合支架”公开了一种用于将肠道的两端口固定在一起的支架,它包括一人体可接受并可降解材料制成的通管,所述的通管的中部呈管状,两端为逐渐扩口的喇叭状开口,所述的管状中部与喇叭状开口的连接部有凸环。此方案具有以下两点缺陷:
1.肠吻合支架的凸环为闭合环形体,在用线捆扎后,肠道壁内的血管在纵向被线整圈压迫,致使两凸环之间的肠道壁供血不足,延长了伤口愈合的时间。
2.其喇叭状开口由于没有导向措施,使得肠道在往通管上套时,操作不方便。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术的不足,提供一种既能用线将肠道与通管固定,又无需将肠道壁内的血管整圈压迫,同时使用十分方便的螺纹式吻合支架。
解决本发明技术问题的方案是:螺纹式吻合支架由导向扩张头、螺旋槽和通管构成。导向扩张头为两端开口的球面体,通管为圆筒形,两个导向扩张头分别处于通管的两端并与通管为一个整体且相通。通管的外壁上有螺旋槽,螺旋槽的横截面为两边凸起中间凹进的槽状。导向扩张头中部的外直径大于通管的外直径。捆扎线缠绕在螺旋槽的凹槽内。
采用上述方案,能达到以下效果:
在将肠道的端口往通管上套的过程中,由于导向扩张头的外口直径小于导向扩张头中部直径,在导向扩张头的球面的导向作用下,肠道可顺利地容纳导向扩张头并套在通管上,而由于导向扩张头中部的外直径大于通管的外直径,又仍然起到了支撑作用。
由于捆扎线沿着螺旋槽缠绕,这就保证了肠道壁在纵向有连续的、不被压迫的部分存在,这就避免了因环扎而导致的血脉不通,为伤口的愈合提供了良好的养分供给条件。

螺纹式吻合支架由导向扩张头1、螺旋槽2和通管3构成。导向扩张头1为两端开口的球面体,通管3为圆筒形,两个导向扩张头1分别处于通管3的两端并与通管3为一个整体且相通。通管3的外壁上有螺旋槽2,螺旋槽2的横截面为两边凸起中间凹进的槽状。捆扎线缠绕在螺旋槽2的凹槽内。导向扩张头1中部的外直径大于通管的外直径1。

1.一种螺纹式吻合支架,由导向扩张头、螺旋槽和通管构成,其特征是:导向扩张头为两端开口的球面体,通管为圆筒形,两个导向扩张头分别处于通管的两端并与通管为一个整体且相通,通管的外壁上有螺旋槽,螺旋槽的横截面为两边凸起中间凹进的槽状,导向扩张头中部的外直径大于通管的外直径,捆扎线缠绕在螺旋槽的凹槽内。
