Abstract

本发明涉及纺织机械,具体地说是喷气织机主喷嘴的螺旋导纱器,也称为螺旋喷针。按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述螺旋导纱器,包括由安装座体段、整流段与喷管段一体连接形成的导纱器,整流段设置在安装座体段前端,喷管段设置在整流段前端,导纱器的轴向开设有主喷孔,主喷孔贯穿安装座体段、整流段与喷管段,主喷孔的前段为喷出段,主喷孔的后段为引导段,引导段孔径由后端向前端逐渐收缩,在整流段上开设有整流槽,所述引导段前端与喷出段后端孔径一致且相接,所述整流槽呈涡流状。本发明工作时,压缩空气经涡流状的整流槽整流后进入主喷管螺旋前进,阻止了纬纱的退捻,提高了织物的品质。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织机械,具体地说是喷气织机主喷嘴的螺旋导纱器,也称为螺旋喷针。
背景技术
现有喷气织机的引纬系统一般是由主喷嘴、辅喷嘴等组成。现有主喷嘴的结构如图1所示。主喷嘴的喷针旋入主喷体中,由并帽使其固定。压缩空气进入主喷体的进气孔后,在喷针的整流槽的作用下,沿着主喷管喷出。纬纱穿过喷针的中心孔后,在引纬气流的带动下高速飞行,由于纬纱处于自由飞行状态,而其本身又具有一定的捻度,而整流槽又是直槽状,所以其在飞行状态下存在退捻现象,且随着引纬长度的加长,退捻现象越严重;严重时,会造成织物在幅宽方向存在风格差异、色差等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种可减少喷气引纬过程中纬纱的退捻现象、可提高织物品质的螺旋导纱器。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述螺旋导纱器,包括由安装座体段、整流段与喷管段一体连接形成的导纱器,整流段设置在安装座体段前端,喷管段设置在整流段前端,导纱器的轴向开设有主喷孔,主喷孔贯穿安装座体段、整流段与喷管段,主喷孔的前段为喷出段,主喷孔的后段为引导段,引导段孔径由后端向前端逐渐收缩,在整流段上开设有整流槽,所述引导段前端与喷出段后端孔径一致且相接,所述整流槽呈涡流状。
所述整流槽呈顺时针旋转或者逆时针旋转的涡流状。所述整流段外径由后端向前端逐渐收缩的圆锥状。
本发明工作时,压缩空气经涡流状的整流槽整流后进入主喷管螺旋前进,阻止了纬纱的退捻,提高了织物的品质。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图所示:该螺旋导纱器,包括由安装座体段1、整流段2与喷管段3一体连接形成的导纱器,整流段2设置在安装座体段1前端,喷管段3设置在整流段2前端,导纱器的轴向开设有主喷孔,主喷孔贯穿安装座体段1、整流段2与喷管段3,主喷孔的前段为喷出段4b,主喷孔的后段为引导段4a,引导段4a孔径由后端向前端逐渐收缩,在整流段2上开设有整流槽2a,所述引导段4b前端与喷出段4a后端孔径一致且相接,所述整流槽1a呈涡流状。
所述整流槽2a呈顺时针旋转(如图2所示)或者逆时针旋转(如图4所示)的涡流状。所述整流段2外径由后端向前端逐渐收缩的圆锥状。
工作时,导纱器的安装座体段1旋入主喷体中,由并帽使其固定,压缩空气由主喷体的进气孔进入后,经整流段2的涡流状整流槽2a整流后,沿着喷管段3前部的主喷管快速螺旋前进,对纬纱有一定的加捻作用。从而,阻止纬纱退捻。

Claims (2)

1.一种螺旋导纱器,包括由安装座体段(1)、整流段(2)与喷管段(3)一体连接形成的导纱器,整流段(2)设置在安装座体段(1)前端,喷管段(3)设置在整流段(2)前端,导纱器的轴向开设有主喷孔,主喷孔贯穿安装座体段(1)、整流段(2)与喷管段(3),主喷孔的前段为喷出段(4b),主喷孔的后段为引导段(4a),引导段(4a)孔径由后端向前端逐渐收缩,在整流段(2)上开设有整流槽(2a),所述引导段(4a)前端与喷出段(4b)后端孔径一致且相接,其特征是:所述整流槽(2a)呈涡流状;
所述整流槽(2a)呈顺时针旋转或者逆时针旋转的涡流状。
2.如权利要求1所述的螺旋导纱器,其特征是:所述整流段(2)外径由后端向前端逐渐收缩的圆锥状。
