Abstract

技术领域
本装置涉及食品工业,具体涉及酿酒业。本发明旨在用于在消费者饮用从瓶子(容器)内倒出的每一份液体产品(伏特加)前对其进行单独处理和净化。
背景技术
现有一种用于处理与净化液体产品的装置(见2001年2月27日的美国专利No.6193886),所述装置包括具有与瓶子的颈部连接的本体和位于其中的过滤器的过滤筒以及供气装置。
现有装置的缺陷是所用的过滤筒的效率低和不能使用具有刚性本体的瓶子,其中所述效率低的原因是由于推动具有不同净化级别的液体产品穿过过滤筒而造成的。
发明内容
本发明所实现的技术效果是,通过创造一种用于提供装有液体产品的瓶子的内部容积中所要求的额外空气压力的更舒适和简单的机构,以及将过滤器沿过滤筒本体的整个横截面布置,来消除所述缺陷。
本发明的目的还在于创造一种用以将外部压缩空气供应到装有液体的容器的内部容积中的简单组件。
所述结果通过将过滤器固定在瓶中液体的最高液面的上方且在用于处理和净化液体产品的装置的本体的内表面上来达到,所述装置包括容器、过滤筒和供气装置,所述过滤筒包括与瓶子的颈部连接的本体并容纳有过滤器,并由此供气装置包括固定在瓶上、且与连接于供气单元的管连接的手动泵。供气单元可由形成于过滤筒的本体中的贯穿通道和管形成。或利用设置在过滤筒本体和瓶子颈部之间的、气密性地连接到所述管的密封环元件和通道形成,所述通道形成于过滤筒的本体中位于其内表面上且受到瓶子颈部的外表面的限制。过滤筒的本体可充满下述顺序布置的过滤器部分:粗滤材料;吸附剂或其混合物;以及精滤材料。为了防止喷溅,本体的出口孔装配有散布件(spreader)。用于将过滤筒本体连接到瓶子颈部的组件可制成为具有采用在本体布置部位的内表面上的环突片的形式的密封保持件,以将其固定在瓶子颈部的外表面上的环轴上。过滤筒由装饰性盖盖住,该装饰性盖通过具有防盗盖的螺纹或者通过形成在借助于密封元件紧密连接到管的瓶子中的孔而连接于过滤筒的本体。过滤筒本体可借助于具有定向内螺纹或配合件(即连接结构)的布置部位而密封地与瓶子颈部连接,确保在通过机器安装过滤筒时,将总是使得贯穿通道装配到瓶上的特定位置来进行安装。所述气泵可制成空容器的形式,该空容器由弹性气密材料制成并且具有配合的进气阀和出气阀的。所述泵固定在瓶子的外表面上。

具体实施方式
除容器外,所述装置包括三个主部件:处理与净化组件;供气单元和具有用于形成容器内额外压力的机构的供气装置。
处理与净化组件包括:装饰性密封盖1,该装饰性密封盖1具有用于旋到过滤筒的本体3上的内螺纹2;在两种形式的所述装置中由弹性塑料制成的密封元件4;过滤筒,所述过滤筒的本体具有用于布置在瓶颈上的部位5、具有流动通道的限制散布件6、位于外侧用于旋拧密封盖的螺纹2和腔室,在所述腔室中顺序放置粗滤材料7、吸附剂8或其混合物以及精滤材料9。
具有用于形成瓶内部中所需压力的机构的供气装置包括具有进气阀11和出气阀12、由塑料制成的容器10,即压力气泵。所述泵位于瓶内,并依照产品的设计有机地匹配瓶的构造。
供气单元包括供气管13和位于过滤筒的本体中且密封地连接到所述管的通道14。经过供气管13和通道14,外部压缩空气由气泵经由释放阀进入到瓶15的内部中。
图1和图2所示的装置如下操作。
把一瓶密封的伏特加拿在手中,通过旋开装饰性的盖1而打开密封瓶,并倒置在饮酒容器上方。瓶中容纳的伏特加经由密封元件4中的孔倒出到粗滤材料7,其中的一部分伏特加在重力的作用下穿过粗滤材料7而进入充满了吸附剂8或其混合物的过滤筒中的空间,其中吸附剂8或其混合物提供要求级别的伏特加处理。由于瓶15内空气变稀薄而使其内部的空气压力减小,并由于过滤材料7、9和吸附剂8的很强的总阻力,所以伏特加在已经穿过吸附剂8后仅在重力的作用下不能穿过精滤材料9。为推动伏特加穿过过滤材料和吸附剂,消费者挤压气泵的在其初始状态时具有很大容积的容器。在气泵容器内的压力的作用下,进气阀11关闭,出气阀12打开,结果,空气自泵经过管13、过滤筒本体中的供气通道14以及密封元件中的孔而被供应到瓶的内部中。使用者继续挤压气泵的容器,直到瓶内的压力足以推动伏特加穿过过滤材料和吸附剂,并且达到所需要的速度或倒出。在处理过的伏特加已经填满饮酒容器后,消费者停止挤压气泵的容器,并翻转瓶子使其颈部朝上。瓶中的额外空气压力将推动一部分伏特加自填满吸附剂的空间穿过精滤材料9而进入到精滤材料9上方的过滤筒本体中的空间中,受到限制散布件6的限制,同时残余压力通过在过滤筒的限制散布件中的伏特加流动通道而释放到外面。限制散布件构造防止因压力释放而产生的伏特加喷溅。释放阀关闭,因而限制空气进入到瓶中。装饰性的密封盖利用螺纹连接旋拧到过滤筒本体上,并封住瓶子。剩余的伏特加在重力作用下自过滤筒逐步流回瓶中。需要时可重复上述操作。
所述装置实施的第二实例示于图3和图4。
在第二种形式中,供气单元包括供气管13、环密封件16以及与之连接的空气通道17。通道形成于过滤筒本体的内表面的元件中,并沿着瓶15的颈部的外表面,经过该通道,来自压力气泵的容器的外部压缩空气被供应到瓶15的内部中。
图3和图4所示的装置类似于第一种形式进行操作。
装置实施的第三示例示于图5和图6。
第三种变型中供给空气的节点包括借助于密封元件18紧密地连接到导气管13的位于瓶子上的特别地形成的孔。环境空气在压力的作用下自压力气泵的空间通过导气管13到达瓶15的内部腔室中。
图5和图6所示的装置的操作类似于前两个变型进行。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于处理与净化位于瓶中的液体产品的装置,包括过滤筒和供气装置,所述过滤筒包括能够与瓶子颈部连接的本体和位于所述本体内的过滤器,其特征在于,所述过滤器固定在所述本体的内表面上,所述供气装置包括与管连接的手动气泵,所述管与形成在所述过滤筒本体中的贯穿通道气密性地连接,或利用对齐的密封元件与通道密封地连接,所述通道形成于所述过滤筒本体的内表面上且由瓶子颈部的外表面限定。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,供给空气的节点由在紧密地连接于管的瓶子上实施的额外的孔形成。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述过滤器由顺序布置的粗滤材料、吸附剂或其混合物以及精滤材料形成。

7.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,将所述本体连接到所述瓶子颈部的装置以锁持件的形式制成。
8.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置具有密封地安装到所述本体上的装饰性盖。
9.如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述盖使用具有防盗盖的螺纹装配到所述本体上。
10.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述手动气泵采用由弹性气密塑料制成、且嵌有进气阀和出气阀的空容器的形式制成,所述手动气泵固定在所述瓶子的外表面上。
