Abstract

一种墙壁遥控插座,设有面板(3),装在面板上的带插孔(21)的插座组件(2),面板和插座组件固定在支架(4)前侧,支架后侧固定有底盖(11),底盖内固定有对着插座组件上插孔的N极电极(6)、L极电极(7)以及前端延伸到插座组件内的E极接地片(5),其特征在于:在底盖(11)内,还固定有设有遥控开关电路的PCB电路板(10),遥控开关电路与固定在底盖内的继电器(13)的控制线圈连接,底盖内设有接线端子(14),接线端子通过继电器(13)的开关触头与电极(6,7)电连接。本发明在切断电源时,插座里的电极即不带电,提高了插座的安全性,而且具有结构紧凑,可以实现遥控墙壁插座电源通断的优点。

一种墙壁遥控插座
技术领域
本发明属一种电子电气设备,具体涉及一种墙壁遥控插座。
背景技术
在家用电器应用场合,人们常需要在墙壁上设置电源插座,将电器的电源插头插入电源插座,即可为电器提供电源。为切断电源,通常家用电器上设有切断电源的开关,关闭开关,电器上的电源被切断,但电源线和插座上还带电,将电源插头拔下,可使电源线不带电,但插座还带电,因此存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种提供一种能提高安全性、结构简单紧凑、并能无线遥控的墙壁遥控插座。
解决上述问题的技术方案是:本发明设有面板(3),装在面板上的带插孔(21)的插座组件(2),面板和插座组件固定在支架(4)前侧,支架后侧固定有底盖(11),底盖内固定有对着插座组件上插孔的N极电极(6)、L极电极(7)以及前端延伸到插座组件内的E极接地片(5),其特征在于:在底盖(11)内,还固定有设有遥控开关电路的PCB电路板(10),遥控开关电路与固定在底盖内的继电器(13)的控制线圈连接,底盖内设有接线端子(14),接线端子通过继电器(13)的开关触头与N极电极(6)和L极电极(7)电连接。
将本发明的底盖(11)装在墙体内的安装盒内,并将埋在墙体里的电源线与底盖内的接线端子电连接,将底盖前侧装有面板的支架固定在墙壁上,即可将电器的电源线插入面板上的插座组件(2)使用,使用中,由底盖内的遥控开关电路控制电源的通断,遥控开关电路根据接收到的遥控开关信号,控制继电器的通断,达到使电极—N极电极(6)和L极电极(7)与接线端子电源接通或关断的目的,当切断电源时,插座的电极即不带电。
本发明在切断电源时,插座里的电极即不带电,提高了插座的安全性,而且具有结构紧凑,可以实现遥控墙壁插座电源通断的优点。

具体实施方式
实施例1
参见图1、2,本例设有面板3,插座组件2嵌在面板3前板面的凹槽31内,插座组件的插座体23插入面板凹槽内的中心通孔32;
面板后侧设有塑料材质的支架4,支架后侧固定有塑料材质的底盖11,底盖内的N极电极6和L极电极7固定在极片座8上,U形E极接地片5嵌在极片座上,其前端穿过插座体23的底面,构成插座体内的接地片,N极电极6和L极电极7分别对着前部插座体的两个插座孔21。
螺钉1从前部穿过插座组件2的插座体底面和面板,以及支架4、E极接地片5、极片座8,与从后侧插入极片座8的铆钉9螺纹配合连接,将这几个部件相对固定连为一体,PCB电路板通过3个螺钉固定在底盖内的三个螺柱111上,极片座后部穿过PCB电路板的通孔101,极片座8后壁面上设有3个螺柱81(见图3),通过穿过底盖11的螺钉与底盖固定连接。
PCB电路板10上设有遥控开关电路,并装有由遥控开关电路控制的继电器13,与墙体内电源线连接的接线端子14也固定在电路板上,接线端子14通过继电路的开关触头与电极电连接。
参见图4,遥控开关电路设有遥控信号接收电路,遥控信号接收电路与解码电路连接、解码电路与开关控制电路连接,继电器14的控制线圈接在开关控制电路里,交流电源输入端通过继电器开关触头与插座电极电连接,具体是:接线端子的火线通过继电器13的开关触头与火线L极电极7电连接,接线端子的零线与零线N极电极6电连接。
用于接收基带信号的遥控信号接收电路采用高频信号接收模块JSMK,其具体电路见图6,该接收模块设有依次连接的超再生检波电路、低通滤波电路、基带信号放大电路和脉冲整形电路,输入电路是由三极管G1组成的超再生检波电路,其输出端通过低通滤波电路接基带信号放大电路。低通滤波电路是由串联电阻R4与并联电容C5,以及串联电阻R6与并联电容C8组成的两节RC滤波电路,所述的基带信号放大电路由运算放大器IC1A及外围电路组成,其输出端接脉冲整形电路,本例脉冲整形电路由运算放大器IC1B,和接在其输入端的钳位偏置电路组成,
参见图5,高频信号接收模块JSMK接收遥控发射器发出的高频信号后,从B端输出基带信号(数字脉冲串)经C9滤去残余高频信号经R9输入到解码电路。
解码电路由专用解码集成电路HX2272(IC1)、编码器BM1和外围电路组成。当IC1的第14脚输入端输入的遥控信号中的地址码与编码器预置的地址码符合时,IC1从第13输出相应的控制信号,输出至开关控制电路。
开关控制电路由驱动开关三极管Q1(2N5551)组成,继电器13(电路图中的JD1)接在开关三极管Q1输出回路里。
交流电源输入零端J1与电源插座零线N极电极连接,交流电源输入火线J2通过继电器JD1的开关触头与受控电源插座火线L极电极J4电连接,实施电源通断控制,继电器JD1受三极管Q1驱动使常开触点闭合,交流电源输入火线J2端与插座火线L极电极J4接通,受控电源插座J3、J4得到供电;当“关断”控制信号到达时,Q1无工作电流,JD1触点脱开而使插座火线L极电极片J4断电。
遥控开关控制电路的编码器15(电路图中的BM1)固定在PCB电路板后板面上,对着底盖后壁面设置的窗口113,窗口部位设有其一角通过螺钉与底盖铰接的编码器挡盖12,编码挡盖通过铰接点外的螺钉与底盖相对固定,拧下该螺钉,即可将一点铰接的编码器挡盖转动打开窗口,方便地调整本插座的编码。
接线端子14固定在PCB电路板后板面上,对着底盖侧壁面的窗口114,便于与埋在墙体内的电源线接线连接。
本实施例可以遥控墙壁插座电源的通断,而且具有结构紧凑、体积小、安全性好、便于安装调整的优点。

Claims (7)

1.一种墙壁遥控插座,设有面板(3),装在面板上的带插孔(21)的插座组件(2),面板和插座组件固定在支架(4)前侧,支架后侧固定有底盖(11),底盖内固定有对着插座组件上插孔的N极电极(6)、L极电极(7)以及前端延伸到插座组件内的E极接地片(5),其特征在于:在底盖(11)内,还固定有设有遥控开关电路的PCB电路板(10),遥控开关电路与固定在底盖内的继电器(13)的控制线圈连接,底盖内设有用于与墙体内电源线连接的接线端子(14),接线端子的火线输入端(J2)通过继电器(13)的开关触头与火线L极电极(7)电连接,接线端子的零线输入端(J1)与零线N极电极(6)电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的墙壁遥控插座,其特征在于:面板(3)后侧设有塑料材质的所述支架(4),支架后侧固定有塑料材质的所述底盖(11),底盖内的N极电极(6)和L极电极(7)固定在极片座(8)上,U形E极接地片(5)嵌在极片座上,其前端伸进插座组件的插座体(23)内,构成插座体内的接地片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的墙壁遥控插座,其特征在于:螺钉(1)从前部穿过插座组件的插座体(23)底面和面板,以及支架(4)、E极接地片(5)、极片座(8),与从后侧插入极片座(8)的铆钉(9)螺纹配合连接,将这几个部件相对固定连为一体。
4.根据权利要求2所述的墙壁遥控插座,其特征在于:所述的PCB电路板(10)通过螺钉固定在底盖内的螺柱(111)上,极片座后部穿过PCB电路板的通孔(101),极片座(8)后壁面上设有螺柱(81),通过穿过底盖(11)的螺钉与底盖(11)固定连接。
5.根据权利要求2所述的墙壁遥控插座,其特征在于:所述的遥控开关电路设有遥控信号接收电路,遥控信号接收电路与解码电路连接,解码电路与开关控制电路连接,继电器(13)的控制线圈接在开关控制电路里,接线端子的火线通过继电器(13)的开关触头与L极电极(7)电连接,接线端子的零线与N极电极(6)电连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的墙壁遥控插座,其特征在于:遥控开关电路里解码电路的编码器(15)固定在PCB电路板(10)后板面上,编码器对着底盖后壁面设置的窗口(113),窗口部位设有通过螺钉与底盖连接的编码器挡盖(12)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的墙壁遥控插座,其特征在于:所述的接线端子(14)固定在PCB电路板(10)后板面上,并对着底盖侧壁面的窗口(114)。
