Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗急性胃肠炎的中药。
背景技术
急性胃肠炎是夏秋季的常见病、多发病。多由于细菌及病毒等感染所致。主要表现为上消化道病状及程度不等的腹泻和腹部不适，随后出现电解质和液体的丢失。本病属于中医“呕吐、腹痛、泻泄”等病痛范畴。
主要表现为恶心、呕吐、腹泻、发热等，严重者可致脱水、电解质紊乱、休克等。病人多表现为恶心、呕吐在先，继以腹泻、发热、全身酸痛等症状。
中医以清热化湿、理气止泻、散寒除湿、种中止泻为治则。
中国专利号为2005100213776的发明专利公开了一种《防治急性胃肠炎药食兼用品及制造方法》，以党参、黄芪、赤茯苓等中药材制成药食兼用品，治疗急性胃肠炎。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗成本低廉，疗效良好的中药，用于治疗急性胃肠炎。
本发明选取的原料药及其重量组份分别是：木香10份、砂仁12份、焦三仙各10份、陈皮12份、半夏12份、黄芩10份、干姜10份、厚朴12份、枳实12份、知母12份、泽泻12份、柴胡12份、吴茱萸10份；其制剂包括运用现代制剂工艺或传统制剂工艺制成的丸剂、散剂、片剂、口服液制剂。
本发明选取的原料药材中，木香：行气，调中，止痛。砂仁：化温行气、温中止泻，安胎。焦三仙：消食化积，活血散瘀，消食和胃。陈皮：理气，调中，燥湿，化痰。半夏：燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结。黄芩：清热燥湿，泻火解毒，止血，安胎。干姜：温中，回阳，温肺化饮。厚朴：燥湿，行气消积，平喘。枳实：破气消积，化痰除痞。知母：清热泻火，滋阴润燥。泽泻：利水渗湿，泄热。柴胡：解表退热，疏肝解郁，升举阳气。吴茱萸：散寒止痛，疏肝下气，燥湿止泻。
本发明选取的原料药材共奏消食和胃、降逆止呕、行气消积、疏肝下气之功效。针对各种原因引起的急性胃肠炎均具有良好的疗效。应用本发明临床收治患者298人，治愈260人。经临床应用发现，本发明耐受性好、无任何毒副作用、治愈后无复发。本发明选用的原料药均为纯中药材，具有原料治疗成本低廉，疗效确切，治愈无复发的有益效果。

1.一种治疗急性胃肠炎的中药，其特征在于：选取的原料药及其重量组份分别是：木香10份、砂仁12份、焦三仙各10份、陈皮12份、半夏12份、黄芩10份、干姜10份、厚朴12份、枳实12份、知母12份、泽泻12份、柴胡12份、吴茱萸10份；其制剂包括运用现代制剂工艺或传统制剂工艺制成的丸剂、散剂、片剂、口服液制剂。
