Abstract

本发明涉及一种设置标记或符号的透明薄膜及其制造方法。该透明薄膜(F)用于在医疗器械或病人身体表面(K)固定标记(M)或符号(S)。薄膜(F)的第一表面(01)尽可能平滑且耐清洁剂。在与第一表面(01)相对的第二表面(02)上印有标记(M)或符号(S),并且该第二表面在印刷过程后配置一粘接层(KS)。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在医疗器械或病人体表上设置标记或符号的透明薄膜及其制造方法。
背景技术
在各种技术领域或其日常应用领域中,需要在仪器表面或例如为了检查目的需要在病人身体表面设置标记或符号。在乳房X光摄影中通常使用带有一些孔的压板,在X射线拍摄之后,可以穿过这些孔借助于组织切片针从检查的乳房获取组织试样。为此,穿过压板上的孔将组织切片针刺入乳房的组织中。
在这里至关重要的是,在检查及其评估过程中能够参照在乳房X光摄影的影像中所示的组织部分尽可能精确地配置所述孔的位置。例如为了唯一地标示压板上的45个孔,通常在类似的乳房X光摄影中采用一蚀刻在钢板上的坐标系。该坐标系通常粘接在压板上。只能很困难地清除该坐标系上的污物,用于清洁的消毒剂的残余易于粘留在坐标系蚀刻的标记中。
在此,由于图像产生和图像处理存在的特殊性,数字乳房X光摄影禁止使用钢。因此,在数字乳房X光摄影中使用的压板通常没有孔的标记。在此,使用者必须通过计算确定组织切片针必需放置的孔的行列,这样做既繁琐又费时,并且按照经验会出现错误。
在其它技术领域有类似的任务要求。此外,在医疗技术领域出现的技术问题是在病人身体表面设置标记或符号。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题。
上述目的首先通过一种用于在医疗器械或病人身体表面上设置标记或符号的透明薄膜来实现,其中,所述薄膜的第一表面这样地配置,即,该第一表面尽可能平滑并且耐清洁剂;与所述第一表面相对的第二表面印有标记或符号,并且在印刷过程之后配置一粘接层。
按照本发明的薄膜的一有利设计,它具有包含磷颗粒的标记或符号。按照另一扩展设计,按照本发明的薄膜可带有表示坐标系的标记。所述薄膜还优选带有生物兼容的粘接层。
在按照本发明的用于制造上述薄膜的方法中,包括以下步骤:首先,在透明薄膜的、与其尽可能平滑且耐清洁剂的第一表面相对的第二表面上印上标记或符号;接着在所述第二表面上配置一粘接层。
按照本发明方法的一有利设计,还给所述粘接层覆盖一保护膜。
按照本发明方法的另一有利设计,在所述第二表面上印上包含磷颗粒的标记或符号,和/或印上显示坐标系的标记或符号。
按照本发明方法的又一扩展设计,其中,给所述第二表面配备生物兼容的粘接层。

具体实施方式
根据本发明,按本发明的薄膜F的第一表面01配置为,即,该第一表面尽可能平滑并且耐清洁剂。与该第一表面相对的第二表面02印有标记M或符号S,并且在印刷过程之后配置一粘接层KS。
必要的坐标系或其它标记或符号作为底片地印在优选抹不掉的薄膜的背面。印刷颜料中优选充分填充磷颗粒。印刷的层厚优选为50μm或更大。随后,敷设一粘接层,借助该粘接层将薄膜设置在例如压板上。薄膜系统的总厚度优选小于0.5mm。
例如一种市场上常见的、由聚碳酸酯制成的薄膜适合用作薄膜材料;这种薄膜可以尤其透明的形式(“玻璃般透明的”)获得。如果标记或符号是由尽可能强吸收的材料制成的尽可能厚的层,并优选按丝网印刷法印刷而成,那么在X射线图像中可尤其好地看见该标记或符号。实验证明由磷(绿色)制成的有效颜料是合适的。
如图1所示,为了存放薄膜可用一保护膜SF覆盖粘接层,该保护膜在使用前能轻易地去掉。
因为薄膜表面在外面保持平滑,印刷如上所述地在背面进行,所以可以无限制地清洁薄膜。通过该在X射线图像中呈现的坐标系,使用者能够快速方便的找出孔的行列BL,以便进行组织切片检查。
利用这种技术可以将任何形式的标记,标尺或符号设置在透射装置或其它装置表面,以便之后能在X射线图像中看见这些标记、标尺或符号。
此外,也可以在待检查的身体部位设置身体标记和标尺。所述身体标记和标尺优选配设“生物兼容”的胶粘剂(例如创伤膏药上使用的那种胶粘剂)。检查之后可以没有问题地处理掉这种“一次性标尺”。标尺在X射线图像中可见,并且该标尺帮助定位检查对象。
如图4所示,按本发明的薄膜也适用于在待检查的病人的身体表面设置标记或符号。例如按上述方式将坐标系或标尺印制在按本发明的薄膜F上,并且该薄膜接着被设置在暴露在X射线源XS的X射线XB中的病人UO的身体表面上,然后在X射线图像IM中获得了检查对象UO连同印在薄膜上的标记的图像KM。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于在医疗器械(G)或病人身体表面(K)上设置标记(M)或符号(S)的透明薄膜(F),具有以下特征:
a)所述薄膜的第一表面(01)这样地配置,即,该第一表面尽可能平滑并且耐清洁剂;
b)与所述第一表面(01)相对的第二表面(02)印有标记(M)或符号(S),并且在印刷过程之后
c)配置一粘接层(KS)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的薄膜,其特征在于,具有包含磷颗粒的标记或符号。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的薄膜,其特征在于,带有表示坐标系的标记。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的薄膜,其特征在于,带有生物兼容的粘接层(KS)。
5.一种用于制造按照权利要求1至4之一所述的薄膜的方法,包括以下步骤:
a)在一透明薄膜(F)的、与其尽可能平滑且耐清洁剂的第一表面(01)相对的第二表面(02)上印上标记(M)或符号(S);
b)接着给所述第二表面(02)配置一粘接层(KS)。
6.按照权利要求5所述的方法,其中,给所述粘接层(KS)覆盖一保护膜(SF)。
7.按照权利要求5或6所述的方法,其中,印上包含磷颗粒的标记或符号。
8.按照权利要求5至7之一所述的方法,其中,印上显示坐标系的标记或符号。
9.按照权利要求5至8之一所述的方法,其中,给所述第二表面(02)配备生物兼容的粘接层(KS)。
