Abstract

一种电子装置,其包括一壳体、一电路板及一吸附体。所述壳体装设于所述电路板上方位置处,并与该电路板之间形成一容置空间。所述吸附体贴附于所述壳体的朝向电路板一侧的内表面上,该吸附体上预设有保养物质。所述电子装置在使用过程中,其吸附体上的保养物质挥发并散发至电子装置内的各个角落空间,对该电子装置内的各电子元件进行保养。

电子装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子装置,尤其涉及一种可对电子装置进行定期保养的电子装置。
背景技术
随着无线通信技术、信息处理技术的迅速发展以及人们生活水平的日益提高,移动电话、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置竞相涌现,进入到千家万户,使消费者可随时随地享受到高科技带来的种种便利,使得这些便携式电子装置已成为现代人日常生活不可缺少的一部分。
这些便携式电子装置长时间使用后如果得不到定期保养的话,装设于该便携式电子装置内的某些电子元器件如装设于电路板上的屏蔽罩、接地组件、天线、等电子元件以及焊点容易被氧化而影响到使用寿命或降低便携式电子装置的性能。例如:所述天线被氧化后将会使便携式电子装置的接收信号变弱甚至无信号,从而给用户的使用带来很大的不便,影响了该便携式电子装置的使用性能。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可对电子装置进行定期保养的电子装置。
一种电子装置,其包括一壳体及一电路板,该壳体装设于所述电路板上方位置处,并与该电路板之间形成一容置空间;所述电子装置还包括至少一吸附体,其贴附于所述壳体的朝向电路板一侧的内表面上;该吸附体上预设有保养物质。
相较于现有技术,所述电子装置可在电子装置使用过程中对电子装置进行定期保养,其结构简单、实用性很强,有效防止了电子装置内的各电子元件在长时间的使用过程被氧化,大大增强了电子装置的使用性能。

具体实施方式
本发明具自动保养的电子装置可以为一移动电话、个人数字助理(personal digitalassistant,PDA)或电脑等电子装置,下面以移动电话为例加以说明。
请参阅图1及图2,所述移动电话包括一壳体10、至少一吸附体20及一电路板30。请一并参阅图3及图4,所述壳体10大致呈矩形板状,其装设于所述电路板30上方位置处,并与所述电路板30之间形成一容置空间。所述壳体10上贯通开设有至少一通孔12,在本实施例中,所述通孔12为二个,其相对贯通开设于该壳体10的二相对角落位置处,以用于滴入易挥发的保养物质,例如:挥发性抗氧化剂。所述吸附体20大致呈平板状,其由具吸附性材质制成,例如导热泡棉制成。在本实施例中,所述吸附体20为二个,其分别对应地贴附于所述壳体10的朝向电路板30一侧的内表面上,并遮盖住所述壳体10上的通孔12,以用于吸附从通孔12滴入的保养物质。
所述电路板30上布设有若干电子元件33(例如:功率放大器、集成电路芯片等),该电子元件33的上方对应罩设有一屏蔽罩35,并对应位于所述吸附体20的下方位置处。该电子元件及屏蔽罩35位于电路板30与壳体10形成的容置空间内。所述电子元件33在工作时会散发出大量的热量,散发出来的热量可使所述吸附于吸附体20上的保养物质挥发并散发至移动电话内电路板30的各个角落空间,对电路板30上的各电子元件33及屏蔽罩35进行保养,以防止其被氧化。
所述移动电话在使用过程中,通过在所述壳体10的通孔12内滴入易挥发的保养物质;该保养物质吸附于所述吸附体20上,通过移动电话内的各电子元件33工作时散发出的热量将该吸附于吸附体20上的保养物质挥发并散发至移动电话内的各个角落空间,对移动电话内的电路板30上的各电子元件33及屏蔽罩35进行保养。
可以理解,所述保养物质可采用易挥发的抗氧化剂或香水等物质。
可以理解,所述壳体10上的通孔12也可以省略,而在所述吸附体20上预先设有保养物质,即,该吸附体20可以为一固体保养物质。
所述电子装置可在电子装置使用过程中对电子装置进行定期保养,其结构简单、实用性很强,有效防止了电子装置内的各电子元件在长时间的使用过程被氧化,大大增强了电子装置的使用性能。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其他形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种电子装置,其包括一壳体及一电路板,该壳体装设于所述电路板上方位置处,并与该电路板之间形成一容置空间;其特征在于:所述电子装置还包括至少一吸附体,其贴附于所述壳体的朝向电路板一侧的内表面上;该吸附体上预设有保养物质。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述壳体呈矩形板状,其上贯通开设有至少一通孔,以用于滴入易挥发的保养物质;所述吸附体遮盖住该壳体上的通孔,以用于吸附所述从通孔滴入的保养物质。
3.如权利要求2所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述电路板上于所述容置空间布设有若干电子元件,该电子元件上方对应罩设有一屏蔽罩,并对应位于所述吸附体的下方位置处。
4.如权利要求3所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述通孔为二个,其相对贯通开设于该壳体的二相对角落位置处。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述保养物质为易挥发的抗氧化剂或香水。
6.如权利要求5所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述吸附体为一导热泡棉。
7.如权利要求5所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述吸附体为一易挥发的固体保养物质。
8.如权利要求7所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述电子装置可以为一移动电话、个人数字助理或电脑。
