本发明提供一种薄膜扬声器,包括连接端子、压电薄膜及导电层,该导电层涂覆在该压电薄膜的表面上,该连接端子电连接于该导电层上,该压电薄膜形成有一空腔。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种扬声器,尤其是涉及一种薄膜扬声器。
背景技术
传统的扬声器是锥形扬声器,该锥形扬声器包括一个含有震动片的锥体和一个共鸣室。然而此种锥形扬声器存在体积大及重量大的问题。如此,薄膜扬声器应运而生。
现有的薄膜扬声器具有一压电薄膜。该压电薄膜具有压电性,即在通电的情况下会震动而发声。薄膜扬声器由于结构比较简单,成本较低而被广泛应用。
然而,所述薄膜扬声器装配于其它电子产品上时,需于该电子产品上预留一震动空间以便该压电薄膜震动发声。如此一来,则大大限制了薄膜扬声器的应用范围。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种自带震动空间的薄膜扬声器。
一种薄膜扬声器,包括连接端子、压电薄膜及导电层,该导电层涂覆在该压电薄膜的表面上,该连接端子电连接于该导电层上,该压电薄膜形成有一空腔。
与现有技术相比,所述薄膜扬声器由于其自身具有空腔作为震动空间,使得薄膜扬声器装配于其它电子产品上时,不需于该电子产品上预留一震动空间。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1所示的本发明薄膜扬声器较佳实施方式,该薄膜扬声器10包括二连接端子11、二压电薄膜12及一导电层13。
所述连接端子11一端电连接于该压电薄膜12,另一端电连接于驱动该薄膜扬声器10的外置设备(图未示)。
所述压电薄膜12是对一聚偏氟乙烯等树脂薄膜经过等离子表面处理而制成。该压电薄膜12具有压电性。该二压电薄膜12的边缘粘接在一起,其中部形成一空腔121。该空腔121用于提供压电薄膜12的震动空间,而且每一压电薄膜12直接产生的声音与另一压电薄膜12反射的声音进行有时差的干涉,从而产生了共鸣现象,进一步提高压电薄膜12的发声响度。
所述导电层13可以为金属或其它导电材质,其均匀涂覆在压电薄膜12的表面上,以便该连接端子11电连接于该压电薄膜12。
可以理解,该空腔121也可以由一压电薄膜12的周缘粘连在一起而围成。
所述薄膜扬声器10由于其自身具有空腔121作为震动空间,使得薄膜扬声器10装配于其它电子产品上时,不需于该电子产品上预留一震动空间,另外,该空腔121进一步提高压电薄膜12的发声响度。

Claims (4)

1.一种薄膜扬声器,包括连接端子、压电薄膜及导电层,该导电层涂覆在该压电薄膜的表面上,该连接端子电连接于该导电层上,其特征在于:该压电薄膜形成有一空腔。
2.如权利要求1所述的薄膜扬声器,其特征在于:所述压电薄膜的数量为两个,该二压电薄膜的边缘粘接在一起而围成该空腔。
3.如权利要求1所述的薄膜扬声器,其特征在于:所述压电薄膜的数量为一个,该压电薄膜的周缘粘连在一起而围成该空腔。
4.如权利要求1所述的薄膜扬声器,其特征在于:所述压电薄膜是对一聚偏氟乙烯经过等离子表面处理而制成。
