本发明公开了一种轻型浮放设备隔震支座,包括两对称设置的限位板一和限位板二以及设置在所述限位板一和限位板二之间的高弹体,所述高弹体的内部镶嵌有多个高阻尼体和一个夹层钢板,且所述高弹体的上下两端均设置有均匀分布的吸附介质;所述限位板一和限位板二的上端均设置有伸缩体和支撑板,且所述限位板一和限位板二均与所述高弹体固定连接。本发明结构紧凑、无需安装,隔震减振效果好以及限位效果好。

轻型浮放设备隔震支座
技术领域
本发明属于隔震支座技术领域,具体涉及一种轻型浮放设备隔震支座。
背景技术
轻型浮放设备的隔震减振是目前设备专家和使用者较棘手的问题,尤其对于精密仪器以及测量仪器更需要做好防震措施,因为多数轻型浮放设备的自身结构决定了他们本身不能增加强度,且不能增加可控制整个设备强度的部件。当这些设备遭到强烈震动时,设备上的某些部件可能导致精度丧失,而不是通常意义上的破坏,且通常不借助专门的设备不能辨别部件的破坏失效程度;同时,也可能会破坏设备中强度储备较低的部件,则局部的损坏会导致整个浮放设备结构的解体。目前,现有隔震装置的隔震效果还不能满足轻型浮放设备的隔震减振需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种结构紧凑、无需安装且隔震限位效果好的轻型浮放设备隔震支座。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种轻型浮放设备隔震支座,其特征在于:包括两对称设置的限位板一和限位板二以及设置在所述限位板一和限位板二之间的高弹体,所述高弹体的内部镶嵌有多个高阻尼体和一个夹层钢板,且所述高弹体的上下两端均设置有均匀分布的吸附介质;所述限位板一和限位板二的上端均设置有伸缩体和支撑板,且所述限位板一和限位板二均与所述高弹体固定连接。
所述高弹体的内部设置有均匀分布的中心通孔,且所述高阻尼体设置在所述中心通孔内。
所述夹层钢板设置在高弹体的中部,且所述夹层钢板上均匀设置有高阻尼体穿过的通孔。
所述伸缩体设置在支撑板的上部,且所述伸缩体的一端与限位板连接,伸缩体的另一端与浮放设备的外壁紧靠。
所述限位板一和限位板二均与高弹体铰链连接。
所述高弹体为合成橡胶。
所述吸附介质为硅烷偶联剂和纳米磁性颗粒的混合物,且所述混合物中纳米磁性颗粒的质量百分比为5%~10%。
所述伸缩体为弹簧或拉伸机构。
所述高阻尼体为铅芯。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、结构紧凑,通过设置在高弹体上下两端的吸附介质,来实现支座与浮放设备和基础面之间的固定,无需专门安装。
2、力学性能好、隔震减振效果好,在两限位板之间设置具有一定弹性模量及水平刚度的高弹体,并在其内部镶嵌有夹层钢板和高阻尼体,且高阻尼体吸收来自不同方向的振动,增加阻尼并延长振动周期。
3、限位效果好,本发明通过限位板与高弹体铰接连接,使得限位板可以前后及水平方向上转动,从而使伸缩体始终在支撑板上和浮放设备中间移动,当浮放设备产生滑动时伸缩体将给浮放设备一定压缩力,限制了浮放设备的滑动。
下面通过附图和实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。

具体实施方式
如图1,本发明一种轻型浮放设备隔震支座,包括两对称设置的限位板一3-1和限位板二3-2以及设置在限位板一3-1和限位板二3-2之间的高弹体7,高弹体7的内部镶嵌有多个高阻尼体6和一个夹层钢板4,且高弹体7的上下两端均设置有均匀分布的吸附介质5。其中,高弹体7具有一定弹性模量及水平刚度,从而保证了支座的力学性能和弹性性能,且高阻尼体6吸收来自不同方向的振动,增加阻尼并延长振动周期。另一方面,为了限位效果好,限位板一3-1和限位板二3-2的上端均设置有伸缩体1和支撑板2,下端均设置有铰接板9,且限位板一3-1和限位板二3-2均与高弹体7铰链连接。其中,伸缩体1设置在支撑板2的上部,且伸缩体1的一端与限位板连接,另一端与浮放设备8的外壁紧靠。当限位板由于振动在前后及水平方向上转动时,伸缩体1始终在支撑板2上和浮放设备中间移动,并给浮放设备一定的压缩力,限制了浮放设备的滑动。
在本实施例中,为保证支座具有一定的竖向刚度,高弹体7的内部设置有均匀分布的中心通孔,且高阻尼体6设置在中心通孔内,同时,夹层钢板4设置在高弹体7的中部,且夹层钢板4上均匀设置有高阻尼体6穿过的通孔。其中,伸缩体1为弹簧或拉伸机构,高阻尼体6为铅芯。在实际使用中,通过设置在高弹体7上下两端的吸附介质5来实现隔震支座与浮放设备8和基础面之间的固定,尤其对于表面光滑的基础面吸附介质5将产生较强的吸附力,无需专门安装。其中,高弹体7为合成橡胶,其使用寿命长,具有一定的强力与伸长率,同时耐磨、抗老化性能好;吸附介质5为硅烷偶联剂和纳米磁性颗粒的混合物,且所述混合物中纳米磁性颗粒的质量百分比为5%~10%。

Claims (9)

1、一种轻型浮放设备隔震支座,其特征在于:包括两对称设置的限位板一(3-1)和限位板二(3-2)以及设置在所述限位板一(3-1)和限位板二(3-2)之间的高弹体(7),所述高弹体(7)的内部镶嵌有多个高阻尼体(6)和一个夹层钢板(4),且所述高弹体(7)的上下两端均设置有均匀分布的吸附介质(5);所述限位板一(3-1)和限位板二(3-2)的上端均设置有伸缩体(1)和支撑板(2),且所述限位板一(3-1)和限位板二(3-2)均与所述高弹体(7)固定连接。
2、按照权利要求1所述的轻型浮放设备隔震支座,其特征在于:所述高弹体(7)的内部设置有均匀分布的中心通孔,且所述高阻尼体(6)设置在所述中心通孔内。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述的轻型浮放设备隔震支座,其特征在于:所述夹层钢板(4)设置在高弹体(7)的中部,且所述夹层钢板(4)上均匀设置有高阻尼体(6)穿过的通孔。
4、按照权利要求1所述的轻型浮放设备隔震支座,其特征在于:所述伸缩体(1)设置在支撑板(2)的上部,且所述伸缩体(1)的一端与限位板连接,伸缩体(1)的另一端与浮放设备(8)的外壁紧靠。
5、按照权利要求1或2所述的轻型浮放设备隔震支座,其特征在于:所述限位板一(3-1)和限位板二(3-2)均与高弹体(7)铰链连接。
6、按照权利要求1或2所述的轻型浮放设备隔震支座,其特征在于:所述高弹体(7)为合成橡胶。
7、按照权利要求1所述的轻型浮放设备隔震支座,其特征在于:所述吸附介质(5)为硅烷偶联剂和纳米磁性颗粒的混合物,且所述混合物中纳米磁性颗粒的质量百分比为5%~10%。
8、按照权利要求1所述的轻型浮放设备隔震支座,其特征在于:所述伸缩体(1)为弹簧。
9、按照权利要求1或2所述的轻型浮放设备隔震支座,其特征在于:所述高阻尼体(6)为铅芯。
