用于支撑吊顶和顶棚安装设备的网格系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于吊顶的网格系统,本发明具体地涉及一种具有带有管道(raceway)的网格元件的网格系统,在所述管道中可以运载线。
背景技术
在很多类商业建筑中,支撑设备的吊顶是常见的。用在芯片制造和医院的洁净室使用顶棚以支撑风扇过滤器单元、灯和其它设备。此设备具有提供电力(高压线)和控制系统(低压线)的布线。此布线位于顶棚上方,并且典型地放置在管道中以保护线并且容纳所述线。分开的管道通常用于高压和低压布线。
设备贯穿顶棚安装,因而管道必须纵向和横向延伸。因此,管道在顶棚上方占用相当大的空间,这防止该空间被充分利用以容纳其它部件,并且使使工人自所述空间内工作维修安装在顶棚中的设备变得困难。另外,由于管道和布线必须现场安装,在顶棚系统安装以后,布线的安装昂贵,并且增加用于构造空间所需的全部时间。另外,布线容易被空间中工作的技术人员弄乱。
现有技术的顶棚网格系统已经包括在顶棚网格元件中以减少混乱程度并且使线更好组织的管道。这些网格元件包括单管道并且管道已经位于网格元件的底部。因此,管道不能同时运载高压和低压线,并且必须从顶棚的下方接近。因而,分开的管道必须仍然放置在吊顶上方,并且在顶棚系统位于合适位置以后,布线的至少一部分必须现场安装。因此,现有技术的顶棚网格系统没有完全解决具有这类吊顶系统的上述布线问题。
发明内容
本发明通过提供以正交网格图案的方式相交的多个网格元件而克服现有技术吊顶系统的限制和缺点。上管道位于网格元件的上部处。上管道具有并排侧壁和底部,并且能够从网格系统的上方接近。
结合附图依据本发明的以下详细的说明更容易理解本发明的上述目的和其它的目的、特征和优点。

具体实施方式
参照附图中的图6,用于吊顶的网格系统10包括以正交网格图案彼此连接的多个网格元件12。典型地,纵向网格元件12(a)在并排列中跨过被限定的间隔纵向延伸,而横向网格元件12(b)以间隔开的间隔在相邻纵向网格元件12(a)之间延伸。横向网格元件12(b)通过诸如L形夹子14的连接器连接到纵向网格元件12(a)。网格元件一起限定具有多个并排的矩形开口20的网格。还是参照图1,从网格元件的每一侧水平向外延伸到开口内的凸缘16可移动地支撑在开口中的诸如图示的配套的(self-contained)风扇过滤器单元18的装置。吊架22用于将网格元件悬吊在空间的顶部下方。在很多情况下,通道(未显示)位于网格系统上面和空间顶部的下方,以允许从上方接近风扇过滤器单元18。向上开口的第一腔24位于每个网格元件12的上端处。如果期望,定位突出部(tab)26可以放置在第一腔24的相对侧壁27的中部,以通过插入板28将第一腔分成上部24(a)和下部24(b),所述板28被构造成接合突出部26并卡扣到适当位置。当第一腔被分成上部和下部时,开口30以间隔开的间隔位于腔侧壁27中,以提供到下部的通路。接合顶板36的一对向内面对的钩住部34位于第一腔的上端处,顶板36允许网格元件连接到吊架22。

在使用中,在线被包含在作为网格元件的一部分的管道中的情况下,网格系统提供多种方式以运载通过吊顶系统的线。而且,管道在系统位于的空间中纵向和横向延伸,这允许如何布置线的灵活性。另外,可以通过或者使线通过图5所示的管56或者通过图2所示的第一和第二腔中的孔30、41使线在向上面对的管道和向下面对的管道之间通过。
系统最小化或取消了对顶棚网格上方的空间内的电缆托架或电缆引下线(cable drop)的需要。这清除空间,并且允许用于维修活动的更容易的接近,和允许空间用于诸如通风道的其它应用。另外,由于线可以在将网格系统放置到空间之前被安装,从而允许技术人员在铺板标高处工作而不是在头顶上工作,所以系统最小化用于安装和重构布线的成本。另外,网格系统通过在网格系统安装在空间内之前允许在工厂中安装大多数布线而减少成本和施工进度。网格系统可以用于为在网格系统中或在网格系统上的诸如嵌入式照明、机构单元、标记等部件提供电力,并且可被用于为没有连接到网格的部件提供电力。

Claims (28)

1.一种用于支撑吊顶和顶棚安装设备的网格系统,包括:
(a)多个网格元件,所述多个网格元件以正交网格图案的方式相互连接;
(b)所述网格元件具有在所述网格元件下部处的支撑凸缘;
(c)每一个所述网格元件具有在所述网格元件上部处的上线腔;其中:
(d)所述上腔具有并排侧壁和底壁,并且能够从所述网格系统上方接近。
2.根据权利要求1所述的网格系统,其中所述网格元件具有在所述上部和下部中间的腹板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的网格系统,其中所述网格元件通过所述腹板连接到交叉的网格元件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的网格系统,其中所述上腔包括连接机构,所述连接机构将所述网格元件能够释放地连接到支撑所述网格系统的吊架。
5.根据权利要求4所述的网格系统,其中所述上腔具有开口顶部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的网格系统,其中所述连接机构包括向内和向下地面对的指状部,所述指状部位于所述上腔侧壁的上端处。
7.根据权利要求1所述的网格系统,包括板,所述板能够释放地连接到所述上腔侧壁,以将所述上腔分成上部和下部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的网格系统,其中所述上腔侧壁具有开口,所述开口限定在所述上腔侧壁中以提供到所述下部内的通路。

(a)多个网格元件,所述多个网格元件以正交网格图案的方式相互连接;
(b)所述网格元件具有在所述网格元件下部处的支撑凸缘;
(c)所述网格元件具有在所述网格元件上部处的上腔;
(d)所述上腔具有并排侧壁和底壁,并且能够从上方接近。
(e)所述网格元件具有在所述网格元件下部处的下腔;
(f)所述下腔具有并排侧壁,并且能够从所述顶棚的下方接近;其中:
(g)所述上腔和所述下腔通过腹板相互连接。
17.根据权利要求16所述的网格系统,其中所述网格元件通过所述腹板连接到交叉的网格元件。
18.根据权利要求16所述的网格系统,其中所述上腔包括连接机构,所述连接结构将所述网格元件能释放地连接到支撑所述网格系统的吊架。
19.根据权利要求18所述的网格系统,其中所述上腔具有开口顶部。
20.根据权利要求19所述的网格系统,其中所述连接机构包括向内和向下面对的指状部,所述指状部位于所述上腔侧壁的上端处。
