Description
SEQ IDNO:1、SEQ ID NO:2、SEQ ID NO:12或SEQ ID NO:13或其变体或盐的肽;并还包括甘露醇和泊洛沙姆188,其中肽与甘露醇和泊洛沙姆188的重量比范围在1∶5∶1.5到1∶8∶2.2之间(含)。
SEQ IDNO:1、SEQ ID NO:2、SEQ ID NO:12或SEQ ID NO:13或其变体或盐的肽;并还包括甘露醇和吐温其中肽与甘露醇和吐温的重量比范围在1∶2∶1.5到1∶8∶2.2之间(含)。
在其它优选实施例中,该药物组合物包括由SEQ ID NO:1和/或SEQ ID NO:2的氨基酸序列组成的肽,以及至少一个由SEQ ID NO:3至SEQ ID NO:10中的任意一个氨基酸序列组成的肽。
在其它优选实施例中,该药物组合物包括由SEQ ID NO:12和/或SEQ ID NO:13的氨基酸序列组成的肽,以及至少一个由SEQ ID NO:14至SEQ ID NO:23中的任意一个氨基酸序列组成的肽。
Mologen(德国柏林)生产的dSLIM(双干环免疫调节剂)是一种CpG TLR9拮抗剂,它是本发明的药物组合物的优选组分。

相同度=100[I-(C/R)]
(iii)参考序列中每个对准的碱基或氨基酸与被比较序列中一个对准的碱基或氨基酸不同时构成一个差异;
Cellular mucins:targets forimmunotherapy。Crit Rev.Immunol.14:293-309(1994);Finn OJ、Jerome KR、Henderson RA、Pecher G、Domenech N、Magarian-Blander J和Barratt-Boyes SM。MUC-1 epithelial tumormucin-based immunity and cancer vaccines。Immunol.
周期蛋白起到CDKs(周期蛋白依赖激酶)调节子的作用。
CSPG4(硫酸软骨素蛋白多糖)代表了一种膜内在硫酸软骨素蛋白多糖。
可用于这一组合物的许多赋形剂清单可取自例如A.Kibbe所著的American Pharmaceutical Association and pharmaceutical press出版的《药学赋形剂手册》(Handbook of Pharmaceutical Excipients)2000年第三版。
SEQ ID NO:22、SEQ ID NO:11至SEQ ID NO:23、SEQ ID NO:12至SEQ ID NO:22或SEQ ID NO:12至SEQ ID NO:23的肽,其中成一定比的甘露醇和泊洛沙姆188使得组合物易溶解。

Strickley Robert G.,Pharm.Res.,21,NO:2,201-230(2004)。

制剂1:不含任何赋形剂的肽;
制剂1:不含任何赋形剂的肽;
比较含和不含泊洛沙姆188(Lutrol(16.5mg/ml))和甘露醇(41.3mg/ml)的注射液。 阳性对照组用含有经classic(Sigma-Aldrich)乳化的CpG的肽溶液进行皮下免疫。
