Abstract

本发明涉及一种闪光灯,其包括一个灯体及一个灯管。所述灯管两端各设有一个接线端,用于连接外部电源。所述灯体沿其径向开设一个通孔,所述灯管穿过所述通孔置于所述灯体内。所述灯体由透光材料制成,并具有一个出光面及一个与所述出光面两端相连接的反光面,所述出光面与所述反光面为一体成型结构。所述反光面外部镀设有反射膜。该闪光灯省去了现有闪光灯所必备的灯杯、橡胶座、前窗等构件,因此易于装配、体积小且成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种闪光灯。
背景技术
现有相机、拍照手机等经常需要在自然光源强度太弱的情况下进行拍照,如室内或傍晚等,为补充被摄体所需的光线,闪光灯是必不可少的配件。
请参阅图1,现有的一种闪光灯包括一个灯管10,一个灯杯20,一个将所述灯管10固定於所述灯杯20内的橡胶座30以及一个密封所述灯杯20的前窗40。所述灯杯20内表面上依据一定配光标准设计为曲面,其上镀有反射膜,所述灯管10所发出的光经由所述灯杯20反射从所述前窗40射向被摄物体。
所述灯管10包括一圆柱形管体101,其两端分别设有接线端102,闪光灯通过接线端102施加电场於所述管体101的两端内。
请参阅如图2,所示管体101的横截面为一环形,其内部空间103充有氙气。氙气在外加电场作用下可以发出高强度的白光,起到闪光效果。
现有闪光灯为避免刺眼的闪光和被摄物体与背景间的强烈明暗反差影响拍摄品质,一般需要在灯管10与前窗40之间靠近前窗40处装设一用于使光线更柔和、均匀的散光板。
上述闪光灯,为保证闪光效果,除配备灯管10外还必须同时配备灯杯20、橡胶座30以及前窗40等附件,装配复杂同时会增大闪光灯体积以及提高闪光灯的成本。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种易于装配、体积小且成本低的闪光灯。
一种闪光灯,其包括一个灯体及一个灯管。所述灯管两端各设有一个接线端,用于连接外部电源。所述灯体沿其径向开设一个通孔,所述灯管穿过所述通孔置于所述灯体内。所述灯体由透光材料制成,并具有一个出光面及一个与所述出光面两端相连接的反光面,所述出光面与所述反光面为一体成型结构。所述反光面外部镀设有反射膜。
相对于现有技术,所述闪光灯设计为具有一体成型结构的出光面及反光面的灯体结构,且所述反光面镀有反射膜,可以反射光线,而且省去了灯杯及与灯杯相配合的橡胶座。所述闪光灯之出光面亦可起到现有闪光灯前窗的作用,因而前窗亦不需要,装配时,只需将灯管穿设于灯体内即可,因此,本发明的闪光灯,易于装配、体积小且成本低。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的闪光灯做进一步的说明,举以下实施方式并配合附图进行详细说明如下。
请一并参阅图3、图4及图5,所述闪光灯100包括一个灯体110及一个灯管120,所述灯管120两端各设有一个接线端121,用于连接外部电源。所述灯管120的内部充有可发光气体,本实施方式中所述可发光气体为氙气。
所述灯体110沿其径向开设一个通孔111,所述灯管120穿过所述通孔111置于所述灯体110内,所述灯体110由透光材料制成,本实施方式中,所述灯体110由压克力射出件制成,所述灯体110具有一个出光面112及一个与所述出光面112两端相连接的反光面113,所述出光面112与所述反光面113为一体成型结构。所述出光面112可以为平面或者光纹面。本实施方式中,所述出光面112为平面。所述反光面113上镀设有反射膜114用以反射闪光灯100所发出的光。所述反光面113依据一定配光标准而设计,其能较好地完成配光功能。
所述灯管120与所述出光面112之间构成一个呈凹透镜形状的透光部115(参图5),该透光部115可以起到散光效果,省去了现有的闪光灯为增加散光效果而设置的散光板。
当然,所述出光面112也可依据实际情况设计成其他形状,比如向灯管120凹陷的曲面,并不限于本实施方式所述的形状。
光线在经过反光面113反射以及透光部115散射之后,可以达到闪光的较佳效果。
上述闪光灯设计为具有一体成型结构的出光面及反光面的灯体结构,且所述反光面镀有反射膜,可以反射光线,而且省去了灯杯及与灯杯相配合的橡胶座。所述闪光灯之出光面亦可起到现有闪光灯前窗的作用,因而前窗亦不需要,装配时,只需将灯管穿设于灯体内即可,因此,本发明的闪光灯,易于装配、体积小且成本低。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种闪光灯,其包括一个灯体及一个灯管,所述灯管两端各设有一个接线端,用于连接外部电源,其特征在于:所述灯体沿其径向开设一个通孔,所述灯管穿过所述通孔置于所述灯体内,所述灯体由透光材料制成,并具有一个出光面及一个与所述出光面两端相连接的反光面,所述出光面与所述反光面为一体成型结构,所述反光面外部镀设有反射膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的闪光灯,其特征在于:所述反光面为依据配光标准而设计的配光曲面。
3.如权利要求1所述的闪光灯,其特征在于:所述灯管与所述出光面之间构成一个透光部,所述透光部呈凹透镜形状。
4.如权利要求1所述的闪光灯,其特征在于:所述灯管内部充有氙气。
5.如权利要求1所述的闪光灯,其特征在于:所述出光面为平面或者光纹面。
6.如权利要求1所述的闪光灯,其特征在于:所述灯体由压克力射出件制成。
