In the present embodiment, multiple second diffusion point 3205a is formed on the 3rd basement membrane 3205.Such as, the second diffusion point 3205a can strengthen the luminance uniformity of the lower surface incidence from the 3rd basement membrane 3205, and the 3rd basement membrane 3205 can be protected from from the physical impact in outside and scraping.
When the prism pattern of optical sheet is exposed, need the boundary belt of high cost to protect prism pattern in transportation.Especially, when boundary belt is attached at the both sides of optical sheet, transportation cost significantly increases.In addition, can easily boundary belt be separated from optical sheet in the assembling process of backlight assembly, thus due to electrostatic, external impact etc., this optical sheet can be damaged.But, in the present embodiment, protect the first temporary transient adhesive coating 3260 and the second temporary transient adhesive coating 3270 respectively by the first basement membrane 3201 and the 3rd basement membrane 3205, thus can when there is no supplementary protection band easily delivery of optical sheet.In addition, due to the existence of the first dot pattern 3201a and second point pattern 3205a, the resistibility for outside scraping can be enhanced.
In the present embodiment, the density of the first dot pattern 3201e is less than the density of second point pattern 3205e.Alternatively, the density of the first dot pattern 3201a is equal to or greater than the density of second point pattern 3205e.
And when optical sheet only comprises a basement membrane, the thickness of basement membrane increases to protect optical sheet from the impact of external impact.Thus, when use comprises the prism assemblies of multiple optical sheet, the thickness of each optical sheet increases thus the thickness of whole optical sheet component can increase.But, multiple basement membrane 3201,3204 and 3205 stacked with the optical sheet formed according to the present embodiment, even if the thickness of basement membrane 3201,3204 and 3205 increases, but due to the complex function of basement membrane 3201,3204 and 3205, also can be enhanced to the resistivity of external impact.Therefore the integral thickness of optical sheet can reduce.
As mentioned above, according to the present invention, optical sheet comprises temporary transient adhesive coating, thus the defect caused due to external impact can easily be repaired.In addition, temporary transient adhesion pattern according to the present invention keeps active bonding state, thus can be strengthened the resistibility of external impact.
In addition, optical sheet comprises diffused section or air bag, thus the luminance uniformity of LCD device can strengthen.
In addition, the display quality of display device can be improved by the brightness, visual angle etc. strengthened, and the thickness of backlight assembly or LCD device can reduce, thus display device can manufacture thinner.
In addition, the manufacturing process with the optical sheet of complex function can become simple, thus the defect rate of optical sheet can reduce, and thus the manufacturing cost of optical sheet can reduce.
