本发明涉及一种门。
背景技术
实木门以其深沉、典雅、高档、耐用等特质已越来越多的应用于家庭办公等场所，现有实木门多由门框板、门芯板构成，制造的时候，门芯板通过乳胶与门框板相连，或者门芯板嵌设在门框板内，但是由于季节的变化，实木门交替受潮和干燥，其连接处内部产生内应力，致使门芯板与门框板连接处发生变形或开裂，从而导致实木门无法使用或损坏或外观极不雅观。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种防开裂从而经久耐用的门。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种门，包括多块门框板、用于形成装饰的实木肋条以及门芯板，所述的多块门框板相固定连接形成至少具有一个开口的门骨架，所述的实木肋条粘设在门骨架开口周圈的门框板上，所述的门芯板夹设在周圈的实木肋条之间，所述的实木肋条与相应的门框板连接处开设有工艺槽。
更进一步地，所述的工艺槽槽口宽度为2～5mm、槽深为2～5mm。
所述的工艺槽的横切形状包括“∨”型、“∪”型、

所述的实木肋条与门芯板之间还留置有空隙。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：由于在门框板与肋条胶合处开设有工艺槽，门框板与肋条之间产生的应力可通过该工艺槽释放出来，从而防止连接处开裂，保证了门的经久耐用性，而且，工艺槽的开设可达到更加美观的效果。

下面结合附图、举例详细说明本发明的具体内容：
如图1至图3所示的实木门，其主要有门框板1、门芯板3以及实木肋条2构成，其中，门框板1用于形成门骨架，即多条门框板1相固定连接形成门骨架，通常为了达到美观的效果，门框板1可进行多样化连接，从而形成多个开口的门骨架。
在本实施例中，如图1所示，门骨架具有三个开口，每个开口通过实木肋条2与门芯板3进行填充，从而形成整个实木门。其中，实木肋条2与相应开口周圈的门框板1相粘结，实木肋条2可根据美观的效果制作出不同的流线和图案效果，门芯板3夹设在实木肋条2之间，为了与门框板1连接处产生开裂，在门框板1与实木肋条2连接处开设有工艺槽4，工艺槽4的造型可选择“∨”型、“∪”型、

中的一种，其槽宽可设定在2～5mm之间、槽深设定在2～5mm之间，同时为了进一步防止开裂，门芯板3与实木肋条2之间还留有空隙5。

1.一种门，包括多块门框板(1)、用于形成装饰的实木肋条(2)以及门芯板(3)，所述的多块门框板(1)相固定连接形成至少具有一个开口的门骨架，所述的实木肋条(2)粘设在门骨架开口周圈的门框板(1)上，所述的门芯板(3)夹设在周圈的实木肋条(2)之间，其特征在于：所述的实木肋条(2)与相应的门框板(1)连接处开设有工艺槽(4)，所述的工艺槽(4)槽口宽度为2～5mm、槽深为2～5mm，且所述的实木肋条(2)与门芯板(3)之间还留置有空隙(5)。
