Abstract

本发明涉及一种微生物生产设备,是一种用于光合菌及植物细胞培养的光合反应设备,特别是一种LED光源光生物反应器。该项生物反应器包括有罐体和插在罐体中的发光管,所述发光管包括有下端封闭的透明玻璃管壳及插在透明玻璃管壳内的管状的LED支架,透明玻璃管壳上端固定在罐体的顶盖上,在LED支架的管壁上分布有多个LED安装孔,在LED安装孔中安置有发光二极管。本发明光源体积小、易于调节、光源内置于培养罐内、工作时发热小、散热能力强、光源利用率高、能耗低、使用寿命长。

LED光源光生物反应器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种微生物生产设备,是一种用于光合菌及植物细胞培养的光合反应设备,特别是一种LED光源光生物反应器。
背景技术
传统的用于光合菌及植物细胞培养的生物反应器,普遍采用白炽灯或日光灯作为光源。不可避免的问题是:1)体积较大,占较大空间,通常只能做外置,难做到内置于培养罐内,光线利用率低;2)工作时发热量大,散热能力差,对光合菌的培养温度有较大的影响;3)一般只能进行敞开式培养,无法进行密封无菌条件培养;4)能源消耗大;5)灯泡、灯管使用寿命短;6)无法控制适合微生物培养光源的色光和光波长。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种光源体积小、易于调节、光源内置于培养罐内、工作时发热小、散热能力强、光源利用率高、能耗低、使用寿命长的LED光源光生物反应器。
本发明的LED光源光生物反应器包括有罐体和插在罐体中的发光管,所述发光管包括有下端封闭的透明玻璃管壳及插在透明玻璃管壳内的管状的LED支架,透明玻璃管壳上端固定在罐体的顶盖上,在LED支架的管壁上分布有多个LED安装孔,在LED安装孔中安置有发光二极管。
所述LED支架的主体为一个金属管件,在金属管件的管壁基体内开有贯通其上、下端面的多个冷却孔,同时在金属管件的上、下端面上开有能够沟通相邻冷却孔孔口的连通槽,连通槽使各冷却孔首尾串联构成一条完整的冷却液通道,连通槽的顶部敞开部分由盖在金属管件的上、下端面上的密封垫封闭,密封垫分别由顶压板和底压板压紧,顶压板上设置有与冷却液通的首、尾相连通的进液管和出液管。
本发明与现有的光合反应器相比,具有以下优点。
(1)LED光源体积小、亮度高,可实现光合反应器中内置光源,提高设备利用率;
(2)采用强制水冷结构,克服了内置光源的散热问题,散热效果好,保证的培养环境的稳定;
(3)LED波长窄,可选择范围广,可根据光合菌对光源特性的要求,即光照强度、光源波长等影响因素,选择合适的LED光源组合,以此大幅提高光合微生物的产量。
(4)LED单位功耗亮度高,加上体积小,可实现光源内置,因此本发明装置的电能消耗远低于传统外置FL光源的光合反应器,根据LED的特性白光固体发光器件,其色温为6500K,效率达每瓦7.5流明。对于相同发光亮度的白炽灯和LED固体照明灯来说,后者的功耗只占前者的10%~20%,白炽灯的寿命一般不超过2000小时,而LED灯的寿命长达数万小,因此在相同光照强度,500W的LED集成模块,可实现传统外置FL光源3KW的光源强度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,该生物反应器包括有罐体1和插在罐体中的发光管2,发光管包括有下端封闭的透明玻璃管壳21及插在透明玻璃管壳内的管状的LED支架22,透明玻璃管壳上端固定在罐体的顶盖上,在LED支架的管壁上分布有多个LED安装孔221,在LED安装孔中安置有发光二极管3。
如图2所示,LED支架22的主体为一个金属管件,在金属管件的管壁基体内开有贯通其上、下端面的多个冷却孔222,同时在金属管件的上、下端面上开有能够沟通相邻冷却孔孔口的连通槽223,连通槽使各冷却孔222首尾串联构成一条完整的冷却液通道,连通槽223的顶部敞开部分由盖在金属管件的上、下端面上的密封垫224封闭,密封垫224分别由顶压板225和底压板226压紧,顶压板上设置有与冷却液通道的首、尾相连通的进液管227和出液管228。工作过程中,冷却水经过进液管和出液管在冷却通道内流动,保证整个发光管具有较低的温升。

Claims (2)

1、一种LED光源光生物反应器,包括有罐体(1)和插在罐体中的发光管(2),其特征是:发光管包括有下端封闭的透明玻璃管壳(21)及插在透明玻璃管壳内的管状的LED支架(22),透明玻璃管壳上端固定在罐体的顶盖上,在LED支架的管壁上分布有多个LED安装孔(221),在LED安装孔中安置有发光二极管(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的LED光源光生物反应器,其特征是:所述LED支架(22)的主体为一个金属管件,在金属管件的管壁基体内开有贯通其上、下端面的多个冷却孔(222),同时在金属管件的上、下端面上开有能够沟通相邻冷却孔孔口的连通槽(223),连通槽使各冷却孔(222)首尾串联构成一条完整的冷却液通道,连通槽(223)的顶部敞开部分由盖在金属管件的上、下端面上的密封垫(224)封闭,密封垫(224)分别由顶压板(225)和底压板(226)压紧,顶压板上设置有与冷却液通道的首、尾相连通的进液管(227)和出液管(228)。
