Abstract
太阳能热空气加热装置。其特征在于半球形采集罩上固定有菲涅尔透镜,采集罩盖在一个圆柱形加热室的上沿上,加热室内安装一个球形加热釜,采集罩底部圆周上有齿环,一个动力装置的输出轮与齿环啮合带动采集罩在加热室上沿上转动,加热室有进气口和热气输出口。菲涅尔透镜将太阳光线聚集在加热釜上将加热室内的温度升高,加热室内聚集的高热量空气通过流动由输出管输出。输出的热空气可用于加热工业原料,也可用于给沼气池、农业生产的大棚、温室、畜舍加热。本发明结构简单,成本低,制造安装方便,使用范围广泛,具有较好的经济效益的社会效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能加热装置。
背景技术
太阳能的利用具有广阔的发展前景。目前太阳能利用主要有两种形式较为成功,一是太阳能热水器;二是太阳能电池。前者主要用于民居,在城市受到安装场地的限制;后者由于成本较高,主要用于一些特殊行业,难以大范围使用。而一种成本低,适用广泛的太阳能利用装置尚未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种太阳能热空气加热装置,其产生的热空气可广泛用于工业和农业。本发明的技术方案如附图所示,包括一个半球形的可转动的太阳能跟踪采集罩,其特征在于半球形采集罩上固定有菲涅尔透镜,采集罩盖在一个圆柱形的加热室的上沿上,加热室内安装一个球形加热釜,采集罩底部圆周上有齿环,一个动力装置的输出轮与齿环啮合带动采集罩在加热室上沿上转动,加热室有进气口和热气输出口。通过控制动力装置的转速,可使本发明的太阳能跟踪采集罩随太阳转动,保证菲涅尔透镜始终对准太阳光,菲涅尔透镜具有优良的聚焦效果,可以将其焦距做得很短,使得阳光斜照时能量也能相对集中。菲涅尔透镜将太阳光线聚集在加热釜上,加热釜将加热室内的温度升高,加热室内聚集的高热量空气通过流动由输出管输出。输出的热空气可用于加热工业原料,如矿石,从而节约能源;也可用于给沼气池加热,提高产气量;也可用于给农业的大棚、温室、畜舍加热。本发明结构简单,成本低,制造安装方便,使用范围广泛,可为使用者节约大量能源,带来较好的经济效益。

具体实施方式
加热室为砖和水泥砌成圆周形墙体,墙体的上沿上安装有滑槽,半球形太阳能跟踪采集罩由轻体钢性材料制成,采集罩上有透空的骨架,菲涅尔透镜的外形呈矩形和半圆形板状,由塑料或玻璃制成,边长可在300毫米以上,多个矩形菲涅尔透镜固定在透空的骨架上组成透镜阵列,菲涅尔透镜由采集罩底部向上排布并越过采集罩顶部中心,透镜所占面积为采集罩面积的三分之一。采集罩底部圆周上有齿环,动力装置由调速电机和减速齿轮箱组成,齿轮箱的输出轮与采集罩上的齿环啮合带动采集罩转动。加热室内的球形金属加热釜固定在一个空腔金属箱体上,加热室有一个与大气连通的进气管,热空气输出管由加热室内引出,附图1将热空气输出管接入矿石加热室。
Claims (3)
1.太阳能热空气加热装置,包括一个半球形的可转动的太阳能跟踪采集罩,其特征在于半球形采集罩上固定有菲涅尔透镜,采集罩盖在一个圆柱形的加热室的上沿上,加热室内安装一个球形金属加热釜,采集罩底部圆周上有齿环,一个动力装置的输出轮与齿环啮合带动采集罩在加热室上沿上转动,加热室有进气口和热气输出口,加热室为砖和水泥砌成圆周形墙体,墙体的上沿上安装有滑槽,半球形太阳能跟踪采集罩由轻体钢性材料制成,采集罩上有透空的骨架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热空气加热装置,其特征在于多个矩形菲涅尔透镜固定在采集罩透空的骨架上组成透镜阵列,菲涅尔透镜由采集罩底部向上排布并越过采集罩顶部中心。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能热空气加热装置,其特征在于球形金属加热釜固定在一个空腔金属箱体上。
