Abstract

本发明公开了一种隧道路面用无卤环保阻燃沥青,其组分包括沥青、改性剂和阻燃剂,其中阻燃剂为无卤阻燃剂,其重量占产品总重量的3~20%,该阻燃剂的各组分的质量百分比为:氮系阻燃剂50~75%、氢氧化镁20~40%、偶联剂3~10%、抑烟剂0.5~5%。本发明不含卤素,在燃烧过程中不会产生大量的烟雾和卤化氢有毒有害气体(HCl或HBr等),在提高隧道沥青路面的阻燃性,减少火灾产生的烟雾,延缓火势的同时,为人们争取更多的逃生时间,降低了抢险救灾工作的困难,最大限度地保障人民的生命财产安全。

隧道路面用无卤环保阻燃沥青的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种沥青组合物的制备方法,具体地讲,是一种隧道路面用无卤环保阻燃沥青的制备方法。 
背景技术
伴随着我国高速公路的迅猛发展,公路隧道的数量也在不断增加。目前,国内大多数隧道路面普遍采用水泥混凝土或沥青进行铺装,相对于水泥混凝土路面,沥青混凝土路面具有行车舒适、行车噪音低、抗滑性好和易维修等特点。因此,沥青混凝土在路面及桥面铺装中逐渐代替水泥混凝土是一种趋势。但沥青作为一种有机类混合物,在一定的条件下具有可燃性,一旦发生车辆火灾,沥青路面也会同时起火或生成浓烟,从而在无形之中加重了抢险救灾和人员逃生的难度。 
现有技术采取在沥青混凝土中添加阻燃添加剂,通过其和沥青中可燃有机化合物燃烧时所分解产生物质发生反应,从而减缓或终止燃烧的链式反应,达到阻燃的目的。如中国专利CN1580129公开的一种“阻燃改性沥青混合料”,由阻燃改性沥青和碎石矿粉混合料两部分组成。其中,阻燃改性沥青包括:改性沥青、卤系阻燃剂、含磷的无机化合物、金属氧化物的水合物、含氮的氨基阻燃以及抑烟剂等。然而,由于卤系阻燃剂在燃烧时产生大量的烟雾和卤化氢气体(HCl或HBr等),这些有毒有害卤化氢气体在隧道中久久不能散去,加重了 抢险救灾和人员逃生的难度。 
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种环保、无毒无害的隧道路面用无卤环保阻燃沥青。 
为了解决上述问题,本发明的隧道路面用无卤环保阻燃沥青,其组分包括沥青、改性剂和阻燃剂,其中阻燃剂为无卤阻燃剂,其重量占产品总重量的3~20%,该阻燃剂的各组分的质量百分比为: 
氮系阻燃剂                50~75% 
氢氧化镁                  20~40% 
偶联剂                    3~10% 
抑烟剂                    0.5~5% 
所述氮系阻燃剂选自三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐、三聚氰胺膦酸盐和聚磷酸铵中的一种或多种混合; 
所述抑烟剂选自钼类化合物、钒类化合物或硅类化合物中的一种或多种混合。 
本发明的阻燃剂不含卤素,在燃烧过程中不会产生大量的烟雾和卤化氢气体(HCl或HBr等),给抢险救灾和人员逃生的争取了宝贵的时间。 
上述技术方案中,偶联剂的作用是为了使阻燃剂更换的分散在沥青中,偶联剂优选自KH-550、KH-570中的一种。 
上述技术方案中,改性剂可采用所有沥青改性剂,优选为SBS,SBS改性剂性能好,在铺设路面时不会释放有毒有害气体,以利于在隧道施工。其重量占产品总重量的2~7%。 
上述技术方案中,沥青为中海70号石油沥青,其重量占产品总重量的75~90%。 
作为上述技术方案的优选实施例,氢氧化镁为粒度为1250~5000目的粉末。 
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种隧道路面用无卤环保阻燃沥青的制备方法,按如下步骤进行: 
步骤(1):将沥青贮存罐里的沥青通过循环加热油的加热方式升温至100~120℃,并恒温20~50分钟进行脱水; 
步骤(2):升温至160~180℃,在900~1100r/min速度下搅拌剪切,同时加入改性剂,待改性剂全部浸没于沥青后,剪切速度升至3500~4000r/min,恒温剪切30~50min; 
步骤(3):降温至150~170℃,在900~1100r/min速度搅拌剪切的同时加入无卤阻燃剂,继续搅拌剪切直至无卤阻燃剂均匀分散于沥青中,得无卤环保阻燃沥青。 
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明不含卤素,在燃烧过程中不会产生大量的烟雾和卤化氢有毒有害气体(HCl或HBr等),在提高隧道沥青路面的阻燃性,减少火灾产生的烟雾,延缓火势的同时,为人们争取更多的逃生时间,降低了抢险救灾工作的困难,最大限度地保障人民的生命财产安全。 
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例进一步对本发明加以说明。 
实施例1 
组分配比如下: 
组分                    质量百分比为(%) 
中海70号沥青            91 
SBS改性剂               6 
无卤阻燃剂              3 
其中,阻燃剂各组分的质量百分比为:

三聚氰胺膦酸盐          50 
氢氧化镁                40 
KH-570                  9.5 
三氧化钼                0.5 
按上述原料配比,按照下列工艺制备: 
步骤1:将沥青贮存罐里的中海70号沥青通过循环加热油加热的方式升温至110℃,并恒温50分钟进行脱水。 
步骤2:升温至170℃,在1000r/min速度下搅拌剪切,同时加入SBS改性剂。待SBS改性剂全部浸没于沥青后,搅拌速度升至4000r/min,恒温剪切50min。 
步骤3:降温至160℃,在1000r/min速度下搅拌的同时加入无卤阻燃剂,继续搅拌直至无卤阻燃剂均匀分散于沥青中,得无卤环保阻燃沥青。 
实施例2

制备方法与实施例1相同。 
将上述制得的沥青与普通SBS改性沥青的各项性能进行对比实验,结果见表1:

从以上测试结果可以看出,本发明的氧指数(衡量阻燃性优劣指标)比普通改性沥青材料有明显增大。而本发明的其他指标与普通改性沥青材料则基本接近。因此说明本发明的阻燃改性沥青材料既具有优良的阻燃性,又具有优良的高、低温性能和抗老化性能,适合隧道路面铺装。 

Claims (7)

1.一种隧道路面用无卤环保阻燃沥青的制备方法,其特征在于按如下步骤进行:
步骤(1):将沥青贮存罐里的沥青通过循环加热油的加热方式升温至100~120℃,并恒温20~50分钟进行脱水;
步骤(2):升温至160~180℃,在900~1100r/min速度下搅拌剪切,同时加入改性剂,待改性剂全部浸没于沥青后,剪切速度升至3500~4000r/min,恒温剪切30~50min;
步骤(3):降温至150~170℃,在900~1100r/min速度搅拌剪切的同时加入无卤阻燃剂,继续搅拌剪切直至无卤阻燃剂均匀分散于沥青中,得无卤环保阻燃沥青;
所得到的无卤环保阻燃沥青的组分包括沥青、改性剂和阻燃剂,所述阻燃剂为无卤阻燃剂,其重量占产品总重量的3~20%,该阻燃剂的各组分的质量百分比为:
氮系阻燃剂    50~75%
氢氧化镁      20~40%
偶联剂        3~10%
抑烟剂        0.5~5%
所述氮系阻燃剂选自三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐、三聚氰胺膦酸盐和聚磷酸铵中的一种或多种混合;
所述抑烟剂选自钼类化合物、钒类化合物或硅类化合物中的一种或多种混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隧道路面用无卤环保阻燃沥青的制备方法,其特征在于:所述偶联剂选自KH-550、KH-570中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隧道路面用无卤环保阻燃沥青的制备方法,其特征在于:所述改性剂为SBS,其重量占产品总重量的2~7%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的隧道路面用无卤环保阻燃沥青的制备方法,其特征在于:所述沥青为中海70号石油沥青,其重量占产品总重量的75~90%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的隧道路面用无卤环保阻燃沥青的制备方法,其特征在于:所述氢氧化镁为粒度为1250~5000目的粉末。
6.根据权利要求1所述的隧道路面用无卤环保阻燃沥青的制备方法,其特征在于:所述改性剂为SBS,其重量占产品总重量的2~7%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的隧道路面用无卤环保阻燃沥青的制备方法,其特征在于:所述沥青为中海70号石油沥青,其重量占产品总重量的70~90%。
