Abstract
一种背光模组组装装置,用于组装具有导光板和反射片的背光模组。所述背光模组组装装置至少包括第一承载板和第二承载板,所述第一承载板上开设有第一收容槽,所述第二承载板上开设有第二收容槽。所述第一收容槽收容导光板,所述第二收容槽收容反射片。所述第一收容槽一相对的两边上开设有多个凹陷,所述第二收容槽一相对的两边上开设有多个凸起,当合上第一承载板和第二承载板时,所述凸起收容于所述凹陷内。本发明的背光模组组装装置通过第一收容槽和第二收容槽的边缘将导光板和反射片固定,然后相对转动所述第一承载板和第二承载板,到所述凸起收容在所述凹陷为止而得到背光模组。该组装过程操作简单且能够减少误差,大大提高了组装效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种组装制程装置,尤其涉及一种背光模组组装装置。
背景技术
为提高光源利用率,背光模组中通常在导光板上贴附一层反射片。但是,对于小型导光板,在贴附反射片时不容易定位,使得组装效率相当低下且容易产生组装误差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种能够提高组装效率的背光模组组装装置。
一种背光模组组装装置,用于组装具有导光板和反射片的背光模组。所述背光模组组装装置至少包括第一承载板和第二承载板,所述第一承载板上开设有第一收容槽,所述第二承载板上开设有第二收容槽。所述第一收容槽收容导光板,所述第二收容槽收容反射片。所述第一收容槽一相对的两边上开设有多个凹陷,所述第二收容槽一相对的两边上开设有多个凸起,当合上第一承载板和第二承载板时,所述凸起收容于所述凹陷内。
与先前技术相比,本发明的背光模组组装装置的第一承载板收容导光板,第二承载板上收容反射片。通过第一收容槽和第二收容槽的边缘将导光板和反射片固定,然后相对转动所述第一承载板和第二承载板,到所述凸起收容在所述凹陷为止,使得所述反射片贴合在所述导光板上而得到背光模组。该组装过程操作简单且能够减少误差,大大提高了组装效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图1及图2所示,本发明背光模组组装装置100,用于组装具有导光板2和反射片3的背光模组(图未示)。所述背光模组组装装置100至少包括第一承载板10和第二承载板20,所述第一承载板10和第二承载板20之间通过定子30和转轴31配合活动连接,使得所述第一承载板10和第二承载板20能够相对转动。
所述第一承载板10上开设有第一收容槽11,所述第二承载板20上开设有第二收容槽21,所述第一收容槽11和所述第二收容槽21对称设置在转轴31两侧。所述第一收容槽11一相对的两边上开设有多个凹陷12,所述第二收容槽21一相对的两边上开设有多个凸起22。本实施方式中,所述凹陷12和凸起22均为4个。所述凹陷12的尺寸大于所述凸起22的尺寸。当合上所述第一承载板10和第二承载板20时,所述第一收容槽11与第二收容槽21相对,且所述凸起22收容于所述凹陷12内。
本实施方式中,所述第一承载板10为矩形。所述第一收容槽11用于收容导光板2,其形状大小与导光板2的形状大小完全相同,从而可以将导光板2夹紧在所述第一收容槽11内。本实施方式中,所述导光板2的周边设有凸块201,所述第一收容槽11每两个凹陷12之间的边缘处开设有与凸块201形状基本相同的凹槽13,其用于将导光板2限定在第一收容槽11内,且保证导光板2随第一承载板10在旋转过程中不会错位。所述第一收容槽11的数量可为一个或多个。本实施方式中,所述第一收容槽11的数量为一个。
所述第二收容槽21用于收容反射片3,其数量和形状与第一收容槽11对应。所述反射片3与第二收容槽21的凸起22相对应的位置为折弯状,其折弯处301紧贴所述凸起22的内侧壁,使得所述反射片3能够夹紧在所述第二收容槽21内。所述折弯处301的内侧涂覆有黏胶,用于与所述导光板2的侧边粘合。所述凹陷12的横向宽度略大于或等于该凸起22的横向宽度与反射片3的厚度之和。
当使用所述背光模组组装装置100组装背光模组时,将所述导光板2夹紧在所述第一收容槽11内,将所述反射片3夹紧在所述第二收容槽21内并在其折弯处301涂覆黏胶。然后使所述第一承载板10和所述第二承载板20相对转动90度左右到所述凸起22和所述反射片3的折弯处301均嵌合在所述凹陷12中为止。稍微用力固定后,所述反射片3粘合在所述导光板2上。最后,将导光板2及反射片3取出,即得到背光模组。
如图3所示,本发明第二实施方式的背光模组组装装置200包括多个第一收容槽11’和第二收容槽21’,所述多个第一收容槽11’等距排列在第一承载板10’上,所述多个第二收容槽21’等距排列在第二承载板20’上,所述多个第一收容槽11’和多个第二收容槽21’对称排列在转轴31’两侧。相应的,所述凹陷12’和凸起22’也为多个,当合上所述第一承载板10’和第二承载板20’时,所述凹陷12’收容所述凸起22’。此种设计可以一次组装多个小型背光模组,大大提高组装效率。
本发明的背光模组组装装置的第一承载板收容导光板,第二承载板上收容反射片。通过第一收容槽和第二收容槽的边缘将导光板和反射片固定,然后相对转动所述第一承载板和第二承载板,到所述凸起和反射片的折弯处收容在所述凹陷为止,使得所述反射片贴合在所述导光板上而得到背光模组。该组装过程操作简单且能够减少误差,大大提高了组装效率。
综上所述,本发明无论就目的、手段及功效,均不同于已知技术的特征。惟须注意,上述实施方式仅为示例性说明本发明的原理及功效,而非用于限制本发明的范围。本领域技术人员可在本发明精神内做其它变化,但是,凡依据本发明精神实质所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种背光模组组装装置,用于组装具有导光板和反射片的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组组装装置至少包括第一承载板和第二承载板,所述第一承载板上开设有第一收容槽,所述第二承载板上开设有第二收容槽,所述第一收容槽收容导光板,所述第二收容槽收容反射片,所述第一收容槽一相对的两边上开设有多个凹陷,所述第二收容槽一相对的两边上开设有多个凸起,当合上第一承载板和第二承载板时,所述凸起收容于所述凹陷内。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组组装装置,其特征在于,所述第一承载板和第二承载板上均设有定子,通过转轴穿过所述定子使得所述第一承载板和第二承载板能够相对转动。
3.如权利要求2所述的背光模组组装装置,其特征在于,所述第一收容槽和第二收容槽对称设置在转轴两侧。
4.如权利要求1所述的背光模组组装装置,其特征在于,所述第一承载板和第二承载板为矩形。
5.如权利要求1所述的背光模组组装装置,其特征在于,所述反射片与第二收容槽的凸起相对应的位置为折弯状,且紧贴所述凸起的内侧壁,使得所述反射片能够夹紧在所述第二收容槽内。
6.如权利要求5所述的背光模组组装装置,其特征在于,所述反射片的折弯处的内侧涂覆有黏胶。
7.如权利要求1所述的背光模组组装装置,其特征在于,所述第一收容槽的每两个凹陷之间的边缘处开设有凹槽,其用于限定导光板的位置。
8.如权利要求1所述的背光模组组装装置,其特征在于,所述第一收容槽的数量为一个或多个,所述第二收容槽的数量及形状与所述第一收容槽相应。
9.如权利要求8所述的背光模组组装装置,其特征在于,所述多个第一收容槽等距排列在所述第一承载板上,所述多个第二收容槽等距排列在所述第二承载板上。
