一种无框太阳电池组件包装箱,为纸板组装式结构件,包括底座、多个插件、中间撑杆和盖板,包装完后用打包带捆绑成一体。采用本发明的包装箱包装无框太阳电池组件,重量轻,运输方便,而且各层无框太阳电池组件都作用在纸板上,不会造成损伤。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装箱,特别涉及一种无框太阳电池组件包装箱。
背景技术
太阳电池作为新兴的清洁可再生能源,因具有直接将太阳能转换为电能,且寿命长、维护简单、可实现无人值守等优势而备受瞩目。太阳能电源系统取得了越来越广泛的应用。
太阳能电池在制作过程中,有一道工序是做成无框太阳能电池组件,然后将无框太阳能电池组件包装在包装箱内,运输到下一道工序进行组装。由于无框太阳能电池组件很薄,很容易破碎,所以包装运输都得十分小心。现有技术在做这一工作时,一般是采用木质包装箱,将很多块无框太阳能电池组件竖放在一个木箱中。这种包装不方便,而且木箱在装上多块组件后,重量很重,运输也不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于解决现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种具有新型结构的无框太阳电池组件包装箱。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种无框太阳电池组件包装箱,为纸板组装式结构件,组装完后用打包带捆绑成一体,包括:
底座,为一个四面带有竖边的浅槽形结构件;
多个插件,每两个插件组成一组相对设置在箱内的同一平面两端用于嵌装一个无框太阳电池组件;
中间撑杆,用于放置在最上层无框太阳电池组件上;
盖板,盖在最上层无框太阳电池组件及中间撑杆上。
所述的插件由多层连体纸板和连接在上面的一层翻折板构成。
所述的中间撑杆由一块支撑板和连接在该支撑板两端的两块垫板构成,其长度与无框太阳电池组件的宽度相当,其高度相当于一个插件的厚度。
所述的盖板的两端分别设有向下弯折的折板。
采用本发明的包装箱包装无框太阳电池组件,重量轻,运输方便,而且各层无框太阳电池组件都作用在纸板上,不会造成损伤。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2,本发明无框太阳电池组件包装箱,为纸板组装式结构件,包装完后用打包带捆绑成一体,包括底座1、多个插件2、中间撑杆3和盖板4。
底座1为一个四面带有竖边11的浅槽形结构件。
多个插件2每两个一组相对设置在箱内的同一平面两端用于嵌装一个无框太阳电池组件5。各插件均由多层连体纸板21和连接在上面的一层翻折板22构成。
中间撑杆3用于放置在最上层无框太阳电池组件5上。它由一块支撑板31和连接在该支撑板两端的两块垫板32构成,其长度与无框太阳电池组件的宽度相当,其高度相当于一个插件的厚度。
盖板4盖在最上一层无框太阳电池组件及中间撑杆3上。盖板4的两端分别设有向下弯折的折板41。
配合参见图1,本发明无框太阳电池组件包装箱在装箱时,是将第一组两块插件2分别放在底座1内的两端,然后将第一块无框太阳电池组件5插在第一组两块插件2的翻折板22与连体纸板21之间,再将第二组两块插件分别放在第一组两块插件的翻折板22上,然后将第二块无框太阳电池组件5插在第二组两块插件2的翻折板22与连体纸板21之间,将中间撑杆3放在第二块太阳电池组件上,盖上盖板4,将盖板4两端的折板41向下弯折。用打包带6将整个包装箱捆绑住,即完成一个包装箱的打包。
本发明无框太阳电池组件包装箱在装箱时,也可以放置两块以上的无框太阳电池组件进行包装,其过程原理与前述内容相同。

1、一种无框太阳电池组件包装箱,其特征在于,为纸板组装式结构件,组装完后用打包带捆绑成一体,包括:
底座,为一个四面带有竖边的浅槽形结构件;
多个插件,每两个插件组成一组相对设置在箱内的同一平面两端用于嵌装一个无框太阳电池组件;
中间撑杆,用于放置在最上层无框太阳电池组件上;
盖板,盖在最上层无框太阳电池组件及中间撑杆上。
2、如权利要求1所述的无框太阳电池组件包装箱,其特征在于:所述的插件由多层连体纸板和连接在上面的一层翻折板构成。
3、如权利要求1所述的无框太阳电池组件包装箱,其特征在于:所述的中间撑杆由一块支撑板和连接在该支撑板两端的两块垫板构成,其长度与无框太阳电池组件的宽度相当,其高度相当于一个插件的厚度。
4、如权利要求1所述的无框太阳电池组件包装箱,其特征在于:所述的盖板的两端分别设有向下弯折的折板。
