常规自发泡凝胶已经被广大消费者所接受,但由于其成分中存在皂,这些产品有使皮肤干燥的倾向和增加皮肤的粗糙。为减轻这种作用,配制了含有软化剂如湿润剂、润肤剂、硅氧烷等的自发泡凝胶。加入这类添加剂对产品的美观质量有影响,重复使用可能导致皮肤干燥。由于这些原因,开发了包含N-酰基肌氨酸盐类的“无皂”凝胶。
N-酰基肌氨酸盐是大家熟知的具有下式的阴离子表面活性剂:
其中R为脂肪酸烃基链。这些表面活性剂通常以通过用氢氧化钠,氢氧化钾或氢氧化铵或三乙醇胺中和所形成的水溶性盐的形式使用,并且被建议在宽范围的产品中使用,例如香波、洗涤剂、洁齿剂、剃须膏或洗手皂。例如,下述文献中描述了含有肌氨酸盐的气溶胶剃须膏:US3 959 160、US4 113643、和US4 140 648以及在文献Harry化妆学(第7版,1982年,第169页——参见Croda化妆品和药物配方手册增补,式SV11)中。在专利US4 892729中描述了可能含有N-酰基肌氨酸盐的非气溶胶剃须膏,以及在专利US5340 571中描述了含有皂类和肌氨酸盐的非气溶胶剃须凝胶。这些表面活性剂的使用还已知在皮肤清洁基质中,以及特别在专利US6 228 822中。
为了克服上述缺点,在专利EP 782 436中提及了一种无皂自发泡剃须凝胶,其包含65至85%的水、4至16wt%的N-酰基肌氨酸,其中酰基为C10-C20基团,用量足以溶解N-酰基肌氨酸并产生4至8的pH值的有机或无机碱、1至8wt%的自发泡剂和1至10wt%的非挥发性链烷烃液体。
在专利申请WO 05/094764中提及了一种无皂自发泡剃须凝胶,其包含65至85%的水、4至16wt%的N-酰基肌氨酸,其中酰基为C10-C20基团,其量足以溶解N-酰基肌氨酸并产生4至8的pH值的有机或无机碱、1至8wt%的自发泡剂和0.25至5wt%的C3-C6短链多元醇(甘油、丙二醇)。
这些配方,一方面要求存在N-酰基肌氨酸的含量水平大于或等于4%,以形成具有良好用途的足够劲度的凝胶。另一方面,施用在皮肤上期间获得的泡沫的数量仍然不足。
专利申请EP 1 872 830也提及了一种无皂自发泡剃须凝胶,其包含在化妆品可接受的介质中:
a)至少一种水相;
b)至少一种N-酰基肌氨酸,其中酰基为C10-C20基团,其含量相对于组合物总重量小于4wt%;
c)至少一种无机或有机碱,其含量足以溶解N-酰基肌氨酸并产生4至8的pH值;
d)至少一种阴离子表面活性剂;
e)至少一种非离子表面活性剂;和
f)至少一种自发泡剂。
然而,用这些配方得到的凝胶的劲度仍然不能完全令人满意。
发明内容
本申请人令人惊奇地发现,通过应用含量水平小于4%的N-酰基肌氨酸,在用量足以溶解N-酰基肌氨酸并产生4至8pH值的无机或有机碱;至少一种两性或两性离子表面活性剂,至少一种非离子表面活性剂和至少一种自发泡剂的存在下,可以获得没有上述缺点的、劲度改善的和具有良好发泡性能的无皂自发泡凝胶。
本申请人还发现这些相同的无皂、自发泡凝胶也能构成用于清洁皮肤更特别是面部的产品,其具有不会使皮肤干燥并容易冲洗除去的良好洗涤剂性能。
因此本发明涉及一种无皂自发泡凝胶,其包含,在化妆品可接受的介质中:
a)至少一种水相;
b)至少一种N-酰基肌氨酸,其中酰基为C10-C20基团,其含量相对于组合物总重量小于4wt%;
c)至少一种无机或有机碱,其含量足以溶解N-酰基肌氨酸并产生4至8的pH值;
d)至少一种两性或两性离子表面活性剂;
e)至少一种非离子表面活性剂;和
f)至少一种自发泡剂。
本发明还涉及一种剃须方法,该方法由下列步骤组成:在待剃须的皮肤表面施用上述定义的自发泡凝胶,然后用剃刀剃须毛发。
本发明还涉及一种清洁皮肤以及更特别是面部的方法,该方法由下列步骤组成:向表面施用上述定义的自发泡凝胶,然后用水漂洗。
术语“无皂”被理解为含有小于1%重量的皂。
术语“化妆品可接受的介质”被理解为与皮肤和/或其附属物相容的介质,其具有令人愉快的颜色、气味和感觉并且不会产生不可接受的不适(刺痛、紧绷或者发红),易于使消费者不使用该组合物。
根据本发明的N-酰基肌氨酸优选选自具有C12-C18酰基的那些。更优选,其选自硬脂酰基肌氨酸、肉豆蔻酰基肌氨酸、油酰肌氨酸、月桂酰肌氨酸、椰油酰肌氨酸或它们的混合物。甚至更优选,其选自硬脂酰基肌氨酸、肉豆蔻酰基肌氨酸及其混合物。肌氨酸或者肌氨酸们以相对于组合物总重量小于4wt%并且优选在2.5至3.5%的含量水平存在。
根据本发明的一个特殊形式,可以使用预中和的肌氨酸盐。在这种情况下,不必单独向组合物中加入碱,除非根据需要不得不调节组合物的pH值。
碱可以选自无机碱,例如氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠或氢氧化铵。其可以选自有机碱,特别是链烷醇胺例如异丙醇胺、单-、二-和三乙醇胺、氨基乙基丙醇和氨基甲基丙醇。优选三乙醇胺。碱的用量取决于组合物中存在的肌氨酸的量。必须使用足量的碱以溶解水相中的肌氨酸并产生4至8的pH值,以及更优选5至7。为了达到这一pH范围,优选中和50至90%,更优选60至80%的肌氨酸。优选使用相对于碱稍微摩尔过量的肌氨酸。优选碱以相对于组合物总重量的1至6%的水平存在。
优选根据本发明组合物的水相占组合物总重量的65至85wt%,更优选70至80wt%。
根据本发明的两性或者两性离子表面活性剂可选自烷基甜菜碱类、N-烷基酰氨基甜菜碱类以及它们的衍生物,磺基甜菜碱类(sultaines)、烷基多氨基羧酸盐(APAC)和烷基两性基乙酸盐类(amphoacetates),及其混合物。
可提及的烷基甜菜碱类的例子包括椰油甜菜碱,例如由Cognis公司以名称Dehyton出售的产品,或者Rhodia公司的市售商品Mirataine BB/FLA,或者Huntsman的Empigen BB/FL;月桂基甜菜碱,例如Clariant公司以名称Genagen出售的产品,或者Huntsman公司以名称Empigen出售的产品;氧基乙烯化(oxyethylenated)(10 EO)月桂基甜菜碱,例如Shin Nihon Rica公司以名称Lauryl Ether(10 OE)出售的产品;氧基乙烯化(oxyethylenated)(10 EO)十八烷基甜菜碱,例如Shin Nihon Rica公司以名称Stearyl Ether(10 OE)出售的产品。
在N-烷基酰氨基甜菜碱类及其衍生物中,可提及的例如是Sanyo公司以名称Lebon 2000出售的或者Albright&Wilson公司以名称Empigen出售的椰油酰氨基(cocamido)丙基甜菜碱;Witco公司以名称Rewoteric出售的月桂酰氨基丙基甜菜碱。
可提及的烷基多氨基羧酸盐(APAC)包括Akzo Nobel公司以下面的名称Ampholak和Ampholak7出售的椰油(cocoyl)多氨基羧酸钠;AkzoNobel公司以下面的名称Ampholak 7出售的十八烷基多酰氨基羧酸钠;Akzo Nobel公司以下面的名称Ampholak出售的羧甲基油酰(oleyl)基聚丙胺化钠。
可提及的烷基两性基乙酸盐的例子包括N-椰油酰基-N-羧基甲氧基乙基-N-羧甲基乙二胺N-二钠(CTFA名:椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠),例如RhodiaChimie公司以下面的名称Miranol C2M Concentrate出售的产品;和N-椰油酰基-N-羟乙基-N-羧甲基乙二胺N-钠(CTFA名:椰油酰两性基乙酸钠)。
在两性或者两性离子表面活性剂中更特别可用的为:烷基甜菜碱类以及仍更优选月桂基甜菜碱,并且更优选月桂基甜菜碱,其作为与氯化钠混合物的30%水溶液的形式(INCI名称:月桂基甜菜碱(和)氯化钠),例如Huntsman公司的市售产品Empigen BB/LS。
根据本发明的组合物包含一种或多种非离子表面活性剂。这些是本身公知的化合物(在这方面,参见特别是M.R.Porter的“表面活性剂手册”,Blackie&Son(Glasgow和London)出版,1991,pp.116-178)。因此其可特别的选自具有优选含有8到2个碳原子的脂肪链的脂肪族醇;聚乙氧基化、聚丙氧基化或聚甘油基化脂肪族醇,脂肪α-二醇,脂肪烷基酚,脂肪酸或具有包含,优选8到20个碳原子的脂肪链的脂肪酸,并且环氧乙烷基团或者环氧丙烷基团的数量优选在2到60之间,以及丙三醇基团的数量可能特别的在2到30之间。也可提及的环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷的共聚物,环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷与脂肪族醇的缩合物;优选具有2到30摩尔的环氧乙烷的聚乙氧基化脂肪酰胺,聚甘油基化脂肪酰胺,优选包含平均1到5,以及特别是1.5到4个甘油基团;优选具有2到30摩尔环氧乙烷的聚乙氧基化脂肪族胺,优选具有2-30摩尔环氧乙烷的乙氧基化脱水山梨醇脂肪酸酯;蔗糖脂肪酸酯、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯、(C6-C24)烷基聚糖苷、N-(C6-C24)烷基葡糖胺衍生物、胺氧化物例如(C10-C14)烷基胺氧化物或者N-(C10-C14)酰基氨基丙基吗啉氧化物;及其混合物。
作为烷基多糖苷,优选使用具有包含6到30个碳原子,以及优选8到16个碳原子的烷基基团,并且具有优选包含1.2到3个糖类单元的亲水基团(糖苷)的那些。作为烷基多糖苷,可提及的例如,癸基糖苷(C9/C11烷基多糖苷(1.4)),例如Kao Chemicals以下面的名称MYDOLCognis以下面的名称和Seppic以下面的名称ORAMIXNS出售的产品;辛酰基/癸酰基糖苷,例如Seppic以下面的名称ORAMIX CG出售的产品;月桂基糖苷,例如Cognis以下面的名称PLANTAREN 1200和PLANTACARE出售的产品;和椰油基(coco)糖苷,例如Cognis以下面的名称PLANTACARE出售的产品。
麦芽糖衍生物为,例如,文献EP-A-566 438中所描述的那些,例如O-辛酰基-6’-D-麦芽糖,或者文献FR-2 739 556中所描述的O-十二烷酰基-6’-D-麦芽糖。
优选的非离子表面活性剂选自:
-具有C8-C20脂肪链,更优选具有C12-C18脂肪链的脂肪族醇,例如举例为肉豆蔻醇、月桂醇、硬脂醇和辛基十二醇;
-具有C8-C20脂肪链,更优选具有C12-C18脂肪链并且具有2到60,更优选2到30个环氧乙烷单元的脂肪族醇的聚氧乙烯化醚。在这些化合物中,可提及的,例如Oleth-20、Steareth-21、Ceteth-20、Laureth-4和Laureth-23。
非离子表面活性剂或者表面活性剂们优选以占组合物总重量的5到20wt%,以及更优选7到12wt%的浓度存在。
自发泡剂优选选自挥发性烃和卤化挥发性烃,其具有足够低的沸点,以便后者可能蒸发并使凝胶在施用于皮肤时发泡,并且具有足够高的沸点以避免过早产生发泡。自发泡剂的沸点优选在-20到40℃之间。自发泡剂优选进行选择,以便在20℃时产生3到20psig,以及优选5到15psig的蒸汽压。根据本发明可用的自发泡剂选自C4-C6脂族烃,例如正戊烷、异戊烷、新戊烷、正丁烷、异丁烷及其混合物。更优选地,所用异戊烷/异丁烷混合物的重量比在1/1到3/1之间。自发泡剂优选以组合物总重量的1到8wt%之间,并且更优选在2到5wt%之间的浓度存在。
另外,本发明组合物还可包含,胶凝剂和,例如,包含至少一种非挥发性液态烃。术语“挥发性”和“液态”表示这些材料在室温下为液态并且具有高于200℃的沸点。在这些液态烃中可提及的是矿物油,和支链脂族液体。这些液体优选具有16到48个碳原子,更优选20到40个碳原子并且在40℃时的动力粘度(根据ASTM D445标准测量)为5到100cst,以及更优选10到70cst。优选的非挥发性液态烃选自动力粘度为10到70cst的矿物油,分子量为320到420的氢化聚异丁烯,及其混合物。非挥发性液态烃或烃类优选以小于或等于组合物总重量的10%,以及优选小于或等于7%重量的浓度存在。
本发明的组合物也可包含水溶性胶凝助剂或增稠剂,以改善凝胶的稠度和稳定性或者调节粘度。
在这些胶凝助剂中,可提及的是羟烷基纤维素聚合物,如羟乙基纤维素或羟丙基纤维素(分别以下面的商品名NATROSOL或KLUCEL出售的产品);丙烯酸/聚烯丙基蔗糖的共聚物(以下面的商品名CARBOPOL出售的产品);羧甲基纤维素以及甲基醚纤维素(以下面的商品名METHOCEL出售的产品);天然或合成树胶,或者淀粉。胶凝助剂或增稠剂优选以占组合物总重量的0.01-5wt%,更优选0.05到2wt%,并且甚至更优选0.01到2wt%的浓度存在。
另外,本发明的组合物还可含有短链多元醇,以改善组合物的发泡质量和/或稳定性。多元醇或多元醇们优选以小于组合物总重量的10wt%,并更优选在0.25到5wt%之间的浓度存在。在可用的多元醇中,可提及的是甘油、丙二醇或者其混合物。
另外,本发明的组合物还可包含各种传统化妆品成分,以改善这些组合物的美学质量和性能。
另外,本发明的组合物还可包含,阳离子调理聚合物,以改善润滑性和剃须后皮肤的感觉。可提及的是,例如,羟乙基纤维素的季铵盐,如聚季铵盐(polyquaternium)-10或聚季铵盐-24。
也可提及以下阳离子聚合物:
-聚季铵盐5,例如Calgon出售的产品MERQUAT 5;
-聚季铵盐6,例如Ciba出售的产品SALCARE SC30和Calgon出售的产品MERQUAT 100;
-聚季铵盐7,例如Calgon出售的产品MERQUAT S、MERQUAT 2200和MERQUAT 550,和Ciba出售的产品SALCARE SC 10;
-聚季铵盐11,例如ISP出售的产品GAFQUAT 755、GAFQUAT 755N和GAFQUAT 734;
-聚季铵盐15,例如Rohm出售的产品ROHAGIT KF 720 F;
-聚季铵盐16,例如BASF出售的产品LUVIQUAT FC905、LUVIQUATFC370、LUVIQUAT HM552和LUVIQUAT FC550;
-聚季铵盐22,例如Calgon出售的产品MERQUAT 280;
-聚季铵盐28,例如ISP出售的产品STYLEZE CC10;
-聚季铵盐39,例如Calgon出售的产品MERQUAT PLUS 3330;
-聚季铵盐44,例如BASF出售的产品LUVIQUAT CARE;
-聚季铵盐46,例如BASF出售的产品LUVIQUAT HOLD;和
-聚季铵盐47,例如Calgon出售的产品MERQUAT 2001。
也可使用阳离子瓜尔胶作为阳离子聚合物,例如Rhodia出售的产品JAGUAR。
阳离子调理聚合物或者聚合物们优选以占组合物总重量的0.05到2wt%,更优选0.1到1wt%的浓度存在。
本发明组合物中也可使用其他添加剂,例如:
-润湿剂如山梨醇;
-润肤剂如脂肪酯,比如肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、油酸癸酯、棕榈酸(2-乙基己基)酯、PEG-7椰油酸(cocoate)甘油酯和亚油酸甘油酯;丙氧基化脂肪醚例如PPG-10十六烷基醚和PPG-11十八烷基醚;甘油二酯或者甘油三酯例如卵磷脂、癸酸/辛酸甘油三酯的混合物、PEG-10大豆固醇或者植物油;
-爽肤剂和润肤剂(soothing agents)例如薄荷醇、芦荟、尿囊素、羊毛脂、没药醇或者透明质酸;
-润滑剂例如聚乙二醇类(即PEG-14M,PEG-23M)、氟表面活性剂、硅氧烷类(例如聚二甲基硅氧烷(dimethicone)、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚多元醇、十八烷基聚二甲基硅氧烷、十六烷基聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚多元醇、环甲基硅氧烷(cyclomethicone),等);
-维生素,包括前体和衍生物,例如泛醇、生育酚醋酸酯、烟酰胺、棕榈酸视黄酯、或者维生素A棕榈酸酯;
-着色剂;
-芳香剂;
-抗氧化剂;
-抗菌剂和/或抗真菌剂;和
-防腐剂(例如甲基氯代异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、DMDM乙内酰脲、丁基氨基甲酸碘代丙炔基酯)。
当然,本领域的技术人员当然能够选择前述任选的附加化合物或者化合物们和/或其用量,以便固有附着于符合本发明的组合物的有益特性不会或者基本上不会被所设想的添加或添加们所改变。
本发明的组合物可包装于任何可使自发泡凝胶被分配的装置中。例如,这种装置可以是具有使自发泡剂与喷洒产物所必需的推进剂分开的阻挡层(separation)如活塞或柔韧的袋的气溶胶容器。装置也可是柔韧的管、泵分配器或者带可变形壁的分配器。
下列实施例用于说明本发明。所述用量是相对于组合物的总重量的wt%,化合物的名称为化学名称或者INCI名称,如果合适的话。

每种凝胶的劲度均在25℃下使用TAXT2i结构(texture)分析仪测定,该分析仪由Thermo制造,装备有0.5英寸直径的半球形迭尔林(delrin)汽缸探测器的SMS P/0-5 HS汽缸。处于压缩中的每种产品的劲度(以克表示)使用所述汽缸以2mm/s的速度运行25mm距离进行测量。观察到,来自现有技术的不含有任何两性表面活性剂或者任何阴离子表面活性剂的组合物B使其不可能获得坚硬的凝胶,不像含有两性表面活性剂的本发明组合物A那样。观察到,来自现有技术的含有以相同浓度的活性物质的、阴离子表面活性剂代替两性表面活性剂的组合物C导致比本发明组合物A显著更低的刚性泡沫。
Claims (15)
1、无皂自发泡凝胶,其包含,在化妆品可接受的介质中:
a)至少一种水相;
b)至少一种N-酰基肌氨酸,其中酰基为C10-C20基团,其含量相对于组合物总重量小于4wt%;
c)至少一种无机或有机碱,其含量足以溶解N-酰基肌氨酸并产生4至8的pH值;
d)至少一种两性或两性离子表面活性剂;
e)至少一种非离子表面活性剂;和
f)至少一种自发泡剂。
2、根据权利要求1的凝胶,其中N-酰基肌氨酸选自硬脂酰肌氨酸、肉豆蔻酰肌氨酸及其混合物。
3、根据权利要求1和2中任一项的凝胶,其中N-酰基肌氨酸或N-酰基肌氨酸们是以占组合物总重量的2.5-3.5%的含量水平存在的。
4、根据权利要求1-3中任一项的凝胶,其中的碱是三乙醇胺。
5、根据权利要求1-4中任一项的凝胶,其中50-90%,更优选60-80%的肌氨酸是被中和的。
6、根据权利要求1-5中任一项的凝胶,其中碱是以占组合物总重量的1-6%的水平存在的。
7、根据权利要求1-6中任一项的凝胶,其中根据本发明组合物的水相优选占组合物总重量的65至85wt%,以及更优选占组合物总重量的70至80wt%。
8、根据权利要求1-7中任一项的凝胶,其中非离子表面活性剂或表面活性剂们选自:
-具有C8-C20脂肪链,更优选具有C12-C18脂肪链的脂肪族醇;
-具有C8-C20脂肪链,更优选具有C12-C18脂肪链和具有2至60,更优选2至30个环氧乙烷单元的脂肪族醇的聚氧乙烯化的醚;
和它们的混合物。
9、根据权利要求1-8中任一项的凝胶,其中依据本发明的两性和两性离子表面活性剂或表面活性剂们可以选自烷基甜菜碱类、N-烷基酰氨基甜菜碱类以及它们的衍生物,磺基甜菜碱类、烷基聚氨基羧酸盐(APAC)、烷基两性基乙酸盐和它们的混合物。
10、根据权利要求9的凝胶,其中两性和两性离子表面活性剂或表面活性剂们选自烷基甜菜碱类。
11、根据权利要求10的凝胶,其中烷基甜菜碱是月桂基甜菜碱,以及更优选月桂基甜菜碱以作为与氯化钠的混合物的30%水溶液的形式。
12、根据权利要求1-11中任一项的凝胶,其中自发泡剂选自沸点在-20到40℃的挥发性烃和卤化挥发性烃。
13、根据权利要求12的凝胶,其中自发泡剂选自正戊烷、异戊烷、新戊烷、正丁烷、异丁烷和它们的混合物。
14、剃须方法,该方法由下列步骤组成:在待剃须的皮肤表面施用上述任一权利要求中所定义的自发泡凝胶,然后用剃刀剃须毛发。
