Abstract

本发明公开了一种能满足数字电视双向传输要求的接头装置,它由金属薄片包卷圆柱形铜棒,圆柱形铜棒两端设置成微微分开的两半,两半对应的圆心部位设置有与电视信号线配装的凹槽,该凹槽即为卡紧槽,超出圆柱形铜棒的金属薄片分为三片,并设置成纺锤形抓爪;或者是由一金属薄片卷成圆筒形,圆筒形金属薄片的两端设置成中部细、两端粗的哑铃形抓爪,哑铃形的细部为卡紧槽,与电视信号线配装。这种接头装置既能满足数字电视双向传输要求,又连接方便快捷、牢固,且能使画面更清晰、稳定和无噪声干扰。

技术领域
本发明涉及电视系统的接头装置,特别是一种能满足数字电视双向传输要求的接头装置。
背景技术
现有的电视接收系统中使用的连接装置,不论是无线卫星式或有线的,也无论是模拟电视或数字电视,它包括各类有线电缆连接器,接插线、分支、分配器、用户盒、机顶盒、各类放大器、光发射、接收机等,使用的F接线座和F接头都有如下不足:电视信号线单股铜线扭上F头后连接方法是靠产品接插座内的一个细金属夹条点碰接通,接触面很小,有时甚至金属夹条跟电视信号线相互悬空,电视信号只能靠感应相传,且用了一段时间后,连接部位极易生锈,这样连接部位之间相当于接了一个电阻器和一个混频的二极管,因而会产生噪声和干扰(公共路失真),使电视画面的信噪比下降,整个画面不清晰,甚至频繁出现马赛克,静帧,误码信号中断或收不到图象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种既能满足数字电视双向传输要求的,又连接方便快捷、牢固,且能使画面更清晰、稳定和无噪声干扰的接头装置。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案来实现的:
一种能满足数字电视双向传输要求的接头装置,它由一金属薄片包卷住一圆柱形铜棒组成,铜棒两端头设置成微微分开为两半,两半对应的圆心部位对称设置有与电视信号线匹配配装的凹槽,凹槽即为卡紧槽,金属薄片超出圆柱形铜棒的部分均等分为三片,从超出部分的中部弯曲成大于90°的夹角,其端头并拢成纺锤形的抓爪。使用时,电视线单股铜线插入纺锤形抓爪和圆柱形铜棒的凹槽中连接。
本发明接头装置还可由一具有弹性的金属薄片卷成圆筒形,圆筒的两端设置4-12个孔洞,并设置成中间细、两端粗的哑铃形抓爪,哑铃形抓爪的细部为卡紧槽,与电视信号线单股铜线配装,哑铃形的粗部为喇叭口状。使用时,电视线单股铜线从喇叭口插入哑铃形细部的中空连接。
本发明由于采用上述的纺锤形抓爪把传统的夹片变成了抓爪,且圆柱形铜棒中心设置有卡紧槽,铜棒端呈喇叭口状,同时具有定位和抓紧作用。哑铃形抓爪由于有细部与电视信号线单股铜线配装的中空,卡紧槽更具有定位和抓紧作用,所以它们与电视线单股铜线的连接,不仅方便容易快捷,而且连接牢固,使电视画面清晰,稳定,无噪声干扰。

实施例1
参照图1,本发明由磷铜薄片2包裹住圆柱形铜棒3组成,圆柱形铜棒3的端头分为两个半圆柱体,呈微微张开的喇叭口形,两个半圆柱体的中心对称设置稍细于1/2电视线半股铜线的凹槽,相对称的凹槽组成卡紧槽4,磷铜薄片2超出圆柱形铜棒3的部分均等分为3片,从超出部分的中部弯曲成大于90°的夹角,其端头合拢形成纺锤形抓爪1。
实施例2
参照图2,本发明由磷铜薄片2卷成圆筒形,圆筒形的两端设置4-12个孔洞,并设置成中部细、两头粗的哑铃形抓爪5,哑铃形细部的中空部分为卡紧槽4。
