Abstract

本发明主要是利用水管出水口的水流能发电的一种发电水咀,包括外壳、可以旋转发电机定子、发电机转子、固定轴、轮机壳、轮机壳内圆齿轮、叶片、齿轮组、齿轮组、齿轮组支架、转子齿轮、喷嘴组成的发电水咀,安装在水管出水口的水流能发电,本发明特别适用于家庭或单位的自来水发电。

本发明主要利用水伐出口的水流能进行发电的一种发电水咀。
背景技术
现在管道输送水流都有很高水压,在管道出水口都安装水伐,这些高压水经过水伐后具有很大的水流速度能,所以这种能源完全可以利用发电。
发明内容
本发明要解决问题提供一种完全封闭的发电水咀,该发电水咀呈扁形圆式结构,包括外壳、轮机壳、可以旋转发电机定子、发电机转子、固定轴、轮机壳内圆齿轮、转子齿轮、叶片、齿轮组、齿轮组支架、喷嘴组成,在外壳圆心上安装固定轴并连结,在固定轴上安装可以旋转的轮机壳,在轮机壳左边安装内圆齿轮并固定在轮机壳内,在内圆齿轮内安装齿轮组,齿轮组支架固定在固定轴上,齿轮组的小齿轮与内圆齿轮相密合,齿轮组的大齿轮与转子齿轮相密合,在轮机壳内右边安装发电机定子并连结,在定子内安装发电机转子并可以在固定轴上旋转,在轮机壳外圆周围安装叶片,在相切于叶片外安装水流喷嘴,在喷嘴外段安装水流开关,这样组成了全封闭式发电水咀。
本发明的有益效果:
1、由于发电水咀的发电机和齿轮组安装在轮机壳内而实现轮机与发电机一体化。
2. 由于本发明的定子和转子是相反旋转从而结构简单,减小摩擦而提高发电效率。
3. 由于本发明的水流喷嘴可以约束水流量而可以达到节约用水的目的,由于发电水咀是全封闭运转,特别适用于自来水出水口的水流能发电,从而增加了有自来水的家庭或单位部分储电照明。

具体实施方式:
参见图1-图2,该发电水咀呈扁形圆式结构,在外壳固定轴上安装可以旋转的轮机壳,在轮机壳内安装内圆齿轮,齿轮组和发电机,在固定轴上安装齿组支架,在轮机壳外圆周围安装叶片,在相切于叶片外安装水流喷嘴,在喷嘴外段安装水流开关。

1、一种发电水咀其特征是扁形圆式由外壳、轮机壳、可以旋转发电机定子、发电机转子、固定轴、轮机壳内圆齿轮、齿轮组、齿轮组支架、转子齿轮、叶片、喷嘴组成。在外壳圆心处安装固定轴,在固定轴上安装可以旋转轮机壳,在轮机壳内左边安装内圆齿轮,在轮机壳内右边安装发电机定子,在固定轴上安装齿轮组支架和发电机转子,齿轮组的小齿轮与轮机壳内圆齿轮相密合,齿轮组的大齿轮与转子齿轮相合,在轮机壳外圆周围安装叶片,在相切于叶片处安装喷嘴。
2、根据权利要求1所述的发电水咀其特征在于发电机定子与转子是相反旋转。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的发电水咀其特征在于齿轮组支架固定在固定轴上。
