Abstract

本发明为一种电动汽车用机电耦合动力传动装置。属于电动汽车电机和变速箱技术领域。主要是解决现有电动汽车因电机与变速箱不是要体化而存在轴向占用空间大、重量大、成本高的问题。它的主要特征是包括车用电机和变速箱,车用电机和变速箱共用同轴,车用电机输出轴为变速箱输入轴;变速箱采用凹型壳体,并直接固定在车用电机上;变速箱采用平行轴式变速箱,并在减速档轴上安装有编码器。本发明具有占用轴向空间小、重量轻、同心度好、刚性好、转动惯量小、振动小、起动转矩大、电流小的特点,主要用于电动汽车用机电耦合动力传动装置。

一种电动汽车用机电耦合动力传动装置
技术领域
本发明属于电动汽车电机和变速箱技术领域。具体涉及一种将电动汽车电机与变速箱整体设计的电动汽车用机电耦合动力传动装置。
背景技术
电动汽车包括纯电动汽车和混合动力汽车。纯电动汽车动力传动部分包括车用电机、离合器和变速箱;混合动力汽车动力传动部分包括内燃发动机、驱动联接和离合装置、电机、离合器和变速箱,驱动联接和离合装置由突缘法兰、离合器、轴套、分离叉、拨杆、分离臂、分离轴承座、气缸、飞轮毂、飞轮构成。无论是纯电动汽车,还是混合动力汽车,其动力传动部分中的电机、离合器和变速箱是相互独立的部件,因而在汽车上相互连接后,存在以下不足之处:一是因其之间均有端盖而增加轴向空间,使电机加长,相应增加了汽车重量,同时使电机轴同心度不够好、刚性不够好、转动惯量相对较大、振动相对较大;二是未省略离合器,不能使轴向空间进一步减小,重量进一步减轻,成本进一步降低;三是变速箱中的同步器未省略,不能使变速箱的重量进一步减轻,成本进一步降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述不足之处而提供一种将电动汽车电机与变速箱整体设计的电动汽车用机电耦合动力传动装置。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种电动汽车用机电耦合动力传动装置,包括车用电机和变速箱,其特征是:所述的车用电机和变速箱共用同轴,车用电机输出轴为变速箱输入轴;变速箱采用凹型壳体,并直接固定在车用电机上;变速箱采用平行轴式变速箱,并在减速档轴上安装有编码器。
本发明的技术解决方案中所述的车用电机后端盖侧设有由轴套、分离叉、拨杆、分离臂、分离轴承座构成的驱动离合装置。
本发明的技术解决方案中所述的车用电机驱动离合装置联接有内燃发动机或者车用电机及内燃发动机。
本发明的技术解决方案中所述的车用电机为车用变频调速三相交流异步电机。
本发明的技术解决方案中所述的车用电机为车用变频调速三相交流永磁同步电机。
本发明的技术解决方案中所述的车用电机机座内设有冷却水道及进、出水口。
本发明由于采用平行轴式变速箱,在二档轴上安装有编码器,并与车用电机共用同一根轴,变速箱采用凹型壳体,直接固定在车用电机上,不仅省去了变速箱相邻的一个端盖,而且省去了离合器,相应缩短了轴的长度,减少了轴向空间,也减轻了重量,降低了成本。由于车用电机和变速箱采用同一共用轴,因而具有同心度好、刚性好、转动惯量小、振动小的优点。由于变速箱中无需同步器,因而相应减轻了重量,降低了成本。本发明实施后,电机借助变速箱输出,具有耦合变速的特点,实现起动转矩大、电流小,起到较好地保护电池的作用。本发明仅由车用电机和变速箱构成的动力传动装置可适用于纯电动汽车;由内燃发动机、驱动联接和离合装置、电机、离合器和变速箱构成的动力传动装置可适用于混合动力电动汽车。由于在主动力电机和辅动力电机上设有冷却水道,可使其散热效果更好,因而可使整个电机的体积设计得更小一些。本发明具有占用轴向空间小、重量轻、同心度好、刚性好、转动惯量小、振动小、起动转矩大、电流小的特点。本发明主要用于电动汽车用机电耦合动力传动装置。

具体实施方式
用于纯电动汽车的机电耦合动力传动装置如图1所示。车用电机5为汽车用变频调速电机,可以是三相交流永磁同步电机,也可采用三相交流异步电机,如为YCVF系列汽车用变频调速三相交流异步或永磁同步牵引电机。车用电机5直接采用后端盖6封闭。变速箱4为二档平行轴变速箱,也可采用多档平行轴变速箱。变速箱4采用凹型壳体11,靠车用电机5前端盖10相邻处无端盖,通过其边缘直接固定在车用电机5前端盖10上。车用电机5与变速箱4之间省去了离合器。变速箱4上设有液压缸或汽缸12,推动拔叉,换档用。编码器2安装在减速档轴3上。突缘法兰1固定在变速箱4的花键轴输出上,与汽车传动轴的突缘叉联接。车用电机5上设有冷却水道8及进、出水口7、9,水箱中的水从进水口9进入水道,从出水口7流出,然后流回水箱。编码器2装于变速箱4的减速档轴3上,用于测变速箱4减速档轴3及汽车速度,将信号传给变频控制器,进行闭环控制。
用于混合动力电动汽车的机电耦合动力传动装置如图2、3所示。车用电机5和变速箱4除后端盖13形状不同外,其余均对应相同。驱动离合装置由轴套17、分离叉16、拨杆14、分离臂19、分离轴承座15、气缸20、离合器、飞轮毂、飞轮构成。后端盖13除封闭电机外,其外侧还形成腔体,内装轴套17、分离叉16、分离轴承座15、拨杆14、分离臂19,为部分驱动离合装置。这样,当在发动机或与发动机联接的车用电机上设置由离合器、飞轮毂和飞轮构成的另外部分驱动离合装置后,就可用作混合动力电动汽车的机电耦合动力传动装置。分离臂19与设置在车用电机5上的气缸20联接。轴套17套装在车用电机轴上,并固定在车用电机后端盖13上。分离轴承座15套在轴套17上。拨杆14固定在车用电机5后端盖13上,拨杆14与分离臂19连接。车用电机5、驱动离合装置及与之联接的发动机或者带有车用电机的发动机均为现有技术。
当汽车起步时,用低速档起步,转矩大,使汽车起步平滑,电机电流小,对电池冲击小;当车速达到一定速度后,靠电机变频控制器调整转速达到从动轴同步后变速,汽缸推动拔叉自动变速为高速档,使汽车加速。反之减速时,增大动力转矩,也是靠电机控制器调整转速达到从动轴同步变速,汽缸推动拔叉变低速档,使汽车减速。

Claims (6)

1、一种电动汽车用机电耦合动力传动装置,包括车用电机(5)和变速箱(4),其特征是:所述的车用电机(5)和变速箱(4)共用同轴,车用电机(5)输出轴为变速箱(4)输入轴;变速箱(4)采用凹型壳体(11),并直接固定在车用电机(5)上;变速箱(4)采用平行轴式变速箱,并在减速档轴(3)上安装有编码器(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车用机电耦合动力传动装置,其特征是:所述的车用电机(5)后端盖侧设有由轴套(17)、分离叉(16)、拨杆(14)、分离臂(19)、分离轴承座(15)构成的驱动离合装置。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种电动汽车用机电耦合动力传动装置,其特征是:所述的车用电机(5)驱动离合装置联接有内燃发动机或者车用电机及内燃发动机。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电动汽车用机电耦合动力传动装置,其特征是:所述的车用电机(5)为车用变频调速三相交流异步电机。
5、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电动汽车用机电耦合动力传动装置,其特征是:所述的车用电机为车用变频调速三相交流永磁同步电机。
6、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电动汽车用机电耦合动力传动装置,其特征是:所述的车用电机(5)机座内设有冷却水道(8)及进、出水口(9、7)。
