目前,常用的低压降稳压器电路结构复杂,工作性能不稳定,一方面影响设备的正常使用,另一方面也增加了维修成本。

本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、使用方便的低压降稳压器电路。
本发明的技术方案是:低压降稳压器电路,其特征是由启动电路、带隙基准源电路和稳压驱动电路组成,其中带隙基准源电路分别与启动电路和稳压驱动电路相连。
本发明的效果是:低压降稳压器电路由启动电路、带隙基准源电路和稳压驱动电路组成,其中带隙基准源电路分别与启动电路和稳压驱动电路相连。带隙基准源能够提供温度系数小于100ppm的基准源,启动电路保证了加电后迅速将供电电压调整到预定电压,稳压驱动电路则给提供不小于20mA的稳压电流。
