Abstract

太阳能电池板安装支架,包括支架和安装在支架上的太阳能电池板,其特征在于所述的电池板包括电池片,电池片的四边安装护架,所述的支架包括两头支撑托板和安装在托板上的支撑横杆,在横杆的两头安装活动块,活动块上安装支槽,支槽与电池片护架相接触,支槽中安有卡销,在电池片护架中制有卡孔,卡孔与卡销相配合。本方案安装时可先将一头的活动块固定住,再将电池片护架放入支槽中,卡销穿过卡孔,再另一头的活动块滑动,带动支槽移动,卡销跟着移动与卡孔产生偏心,卡销卡住卡孔锁定,将电池板固定在支槽中,安装方便、牢靠,并且拆卸容易,对电池板无损坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能电池板安装支架,主要用于安装在屋顶上的太阳能电池板支架。
背景技术
太阳能是一种取之不尽用之不竭的能源,但太阳光受白昼黑夜和阴晴雨雪等因素的影响,不能连续照射,所以如何将太阳能吸收后转换成电能蓄起来,再在需要的时候释放出来,连续供灯具照明,因此,人们开发了太阳能电池板(片)。用于家庭用电的太阳能电池板面积一般都比较大,并且一般都安装屋顶上,大多由置于其背面的连接螺栓固定于一组横梁上面,各横梁经置于两端的螺栓与一对支撑托梁固定相连,安装很麻烦,又不是很牢靠,在遇到大风天时,电池板背面连接螺栓易松动,甚至脱出,造成电池板被掀起脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种太阳能电池板安装方便、牢靠,拆卸容易的太阳能电池板安装支架。
本发明太阳能电池板安装支架的技术方案是:包括支架和安装在支架上的太阳能电池板,其特征在于所述的电池板包括电池片,电池片的四边安装电池片护架,所述的支架包括两头支撑托板和安装在支撑托板上的支撑横杆,在支撑横杆的两头安装活动块,活动块上安装支槽,支槽与电池片护架相接触,支槽中安有卡销,在电池片护架中制有卡孔,卡孔与卡销相配合。
本发明的太阳能电池板安装支架,在支撑横杆上安装活动块,活动块上安装支槽,支槽中安有卡销,在电池片护架中制有卡孔,卡孔与卡销相配合,安装时可先将一头的活动块固定住,再将电池片护架放入支槽中,卡销穿过卡孔,再另一头的活动块滑动,带动支槽移动,卡销跟着移动与卡孔产生偏心,卡销卡住卡孔锁定,将电池板固定在支槽中。本方案的电池板安装十分的方便,电池片护架的卡孔可预先制定,支架可在安装现场装配好,再将电池板安装在支架中安装好,再整个抬到屋顶或其它物体上固定。电池板固定在支槽中遇到大风天不会被掀起,安装牢靠。但电池板的拆卸也很简单,拆卸对电池板无损坏,可重新、多次安装。
本发明的太阳能电池板安装支架,其所述的卡销包括卡咀和卡座,卡咀与卡孔相接触,卡座安装在支槽中,卡座中制有螺孔,螺孔连接螺钉,卡座嵌在支槽中,并且又有螺钉固定,安装牢靠。其支撑托板与支撑横杆之间安有连接座,支撑托板、支撑横杆连接可靠。其支撑托板上制有固定孔,固定孔可与螺栓、螺钉等配合,将支架固定在屋顶或其它物体上。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及太阳能电池板安装支架,如图1-图4所示,包括支架1和安装在支架上的太阳能电池板2,其特征在于所述的电池板包括电池片21,电池片的四边安装护架22,所述的支架包括两头支撑托板11和安装在托板上的支撑横杆12,在横杆12的两头安装活动块13,活动块上安装支槽14,支槽14与电池片护架22相接触,支槽14中安有卡销15,在电池片护架22中制有卡孔23,卡孔23与卡销15相配合。安装时可先将一头的活动块固定住,再将电池片护架放入支槽中,卡销穿过卡孔,再另一头的活动块滑动,带动支槽移动,卡销跟着移动与卡孔产生偏心,卡销卡住卡孔锁定,将电池板固定在支槽中。本方案的电池板安装十分的方便,护架的卡孔可预先制定,支架可在安装现场装配好,再将电池板安装在支架中安装好,再整个抬到屋顶或其它物体上固定。电池板固定在支槽中遇到大风天不会被掀起,安装牢靠。但电池板的拆卸也很简单,拆卸对电池板无损坏,可重新、多次安装。其所述的卡销15包括卡咀151和卡座152,卡咀与卡孔23相接触,卡座安装在支槽14中,卡座152中制有螺孔153,螺孔连接螺钉154,卡座嵌在支槽中,并且又有螺钉固定,螺钉154与支槽14之间可有垫片155和涨紧垫圈156,安装牢靠。其支撑托板11与支撑横杆12之间安有连接座16,托板、横杆连接可靠。其支撑托板11上制有固定孔17,固定孔可与螺栓、螺钉等配合,将支架固定在屋顶或其它物体上。

1.太阳能电池板安装支架,包括支架(1)和安装在支架上的太阳能电池板(2),其特征在于所述的电池板包括电池片(21),电池片的四边安装电池片护架(22),所述的支架包括两头支撑托板(11)和安装在支撑托板上的支撑横杆(12),在支撑横杆(12)的两头安装活动块(13),活动块上安装支槽(14),支槽(14)与电池片护架(22)相接触,支槽(14)中安有卡销(15),在电池片护架(22)中制有卡孔(23),卡孔(23)与卡销(15)相配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的太阳能电池板安装支架,其特征在于所述的卡销(15)包括卡咀(151)和卡座(152),卡咀与卡孔(23)相接触,卡座安装在支槽(14)中,卡座(152)中制有螺孔(153),螺孔连接螺钉(154)。
3.如权利要求1所述的太阳能电池板安装支架,其特征在于支撑托板(11)与支撑横杆(12)之间安有连接座(16)。
4.如权利要求1所述的太阳能电池板安装支架,其特征在于支撑托板(11)上制有固定孔(17)。
