一种铁路道岔涂油装置,属于铁路运输领域。
背景技术
现在的铁路道岔在尖轨和滑床板之间没有涂油装置,都是通过人工往滑床板上涂油,这种方法工作量大、费油,也能够当改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要在现有的道岔上加设涂油装置,使其具有涂油功能,从而改变目前的道岔现状。道岔涂油装置的结构由油箱、油管、涂油槽组成;油箱固定在尖轨的支撑上,涂油槽开设在滑床板上面的尖轨内,油管连接在涂油槽和油箱之间。油箱内的油液通过油管从涂油槽的海绵体渗到滑床板上。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示,油箱1呈长方体形,固定在尖轨的支撑2上,涂油槽4开设在滑床板5上面所对应的尖轨3内,在涂油嘴4的缝隙内设有海绵体7,油管6连接在涂油槽4和油箱1之间;油箱1内的油液通过油管6从涂油槽4的海面体7渗到滑床板5上。

1.一种铁路道岔涂油装置,属于铁路运输领域;其特征是:油箱(1)呈长方体形,固定在尖轨的支撑(2)上,涂油槽(4)开设在滑床板(5)上面所对应的尖轨(3)内,在涂油槽(4)的缝隙内设有海绵体(7),油管(6)连接在涂油槽(4)和油箱(1)之间;油箱(1)内的油液通过油管(6)从涂油槽(4)的海绵体(7)渗到滑床板(5)上。
