Abstract

本发明公开了注射剂药瓶用组合盖，包括有可安装在瓶口处的塑料主盖，塑料主盖上设有正对瓶口密封胶塞的开口，在塑料主盖上方盖设有能打开与之分离的塑料副盖，该塑料副盖与塑料主盖的开口之间设置有密封连接结构。本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种结构简单、节约材料、成本低且密封效果好、质量高的注射剂药瓶用组合盖。

注射剂药瓶用组合盖
[技术领域]
本发明涉及一种注射剂药瓶用组合盖。
[背景技术]
长期以来，医用注射剂药瓶都是用铝盖或铝塑复合盖加上胶塞通过压盖和收口工艺来实现密封的。然而，铝盖加工后经常附着有铝屑，在压盖过程中很容易污染环境，进而影响药品的安全使用。而铝塑复合盖是由两种材料制成的两个部件结合而成，一般是下边为铝盖，上边为塑料盖，铝盖包裹着胶塞并在瓶唇口处收口，而塑料盖与铝盖上侧中部连接，且铝盖上设有环状的裂口，当使用时，将塑料盖往上揭开，塑料盖便将铝盖中部撕裂开来，露出胶塞的中间部分从而方便注射针的穿进，这种盖子用材较多，加工时整个工艺费时、费力、费场地，加工成本高，压盖和连接程序复杂，同时病菌还容易从铝盖的裂口处进入，污染胶塞的上表面，另外，注射剂药瓶一般都是由玻璃制成，而玻璃制品在制成后不能像用模具生产或机械加工产品那样标准，尤其是瓶口的内外径和瓶口的高度，总是误差较大，所以与铝盖或铝塑复合盖的结合也总存在着差异，互相结合不是很好，以致影响密封效果，进而对药品质量以及使用造成负面影响。本发明就是在这样一种背景技术下而研制的。
[发明内容]
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种结构简单、节约材料、成本低且密封效果好、质量高的注射剂药瓶用组合盖。
为了解决上述存在的技术问题，本发明采用下述技术方案：
注射剂药瓶用组合盖，包括有可安装在瓶口处的塑料主盖，塑料主盖上设有正对瓶口密封胶塞的开口，在塑料主盖上方盖设有能打开与之分离的塑料副盖，该塑料副盖与塑料主盖的开口之间设置有密封连接结构。
所述塑料主盖内壁中下部设有多个用于卡住瓶口唇边的卡钩，各卡钩沿塑料主盖成圆环均布，卡钩下侧设有便于瓶口滑入的斜面。
所述密封连接结构的一种方案是：包括设置在塑料主盖开口周围的环形连接台，在塑料副盖下表面与环形连接台对应的位置上设置有连接环，该连接环与环形连接台之间采用密封焊接连接。
所述密封连接结构的另一种方案是：包括设置在塑料主盖开口下部内壁的环形卡台，在开口边缘设置有至少两个与开口、环形卡台都连通的供插缺口，在塑料副盖下表面设置有可插入到开口内的卡环，在卡环底部设置有可穿过供插缺口且旋转后可卡在环形卡台上的卡块，该卡块卡在环形卡台时，可得卡环的外周壁与开口上部内壁之间以及塑料副盖下表面与塑料主盖上表面之间分别紧密压紧。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、由一个塑料主盖和塑料副盖取代了传统的铝盖或铝塑复合盖，主盖与药瓶压合特别紧密，可完全避免因铝屑的进入而给患者造成不可挽回的损害，同时也能节约大量铝资源，只用一个主盖就可达到对密封胶塞的限位作用，使得密封胶塞完好地密封在瓶口处；
2、主盖和副盖紧密的连接在一起，有效的防止了病菌从两盖之间进入，污染密封胶塞，具有卫生安全的优点；
3、这样的组合结构可使所有的西林瓶加塞与封盖在同一设备中一次完成，一次可同时进行数千瓶甚至上万瓶的加塞与封盖，减少了加工设备和工艺环节，节约了时间，降低了生产成本，提高了生产效率。

[具体实施方式]
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述：
如图1-4所示，本发明为注射剂药瓶用组合盖，其包括有可安装在瓶口处的塑料主盖1，塑料主盖1上设有正对瓶口密封胶塞的开口101，在塑料主盖1上方盖有能打开与之分离的塑料副盖2，该塑料副盖2与塑料主盖1的开口101之间设置有密封连接结构3，这样的结构可防止病菌污染药品，具有卫生安全的优点。
如图1-2所示的实施例1，密封连接结构3包括设置在塑料主盖1开口101周围的环形连接台4，该环形连接台4与塑料主盖1开口101连通，在塑料副盖2下表面与环形连接台4对应的位置上设置有连接环5，该连接环5与环形连接台4之间采用密封焊接连接(如超声波焊接)。
除了上述结构外，密封连接结构3还可以采取如图3-4所示的实施例2，密封连接结构3包括设置在塑料主盖1开口101下部内壁的环形卡台6，在开口101边缘设置有至少两个与开口101、环形卡台6都连通的供插缺口7，在塑料副盖2下表面设置有可插入到开口101内的卡环8，该卡环8的外周壁与开口101上部内壁紧密接触，在卡环8底部与供插缺口7对应的位置上设置有卡块9，该卡块9能够穿过供插缺口7，并在旋转后卡在环形卡台6上。当将卡块9卡在环形卡台6上时，使得卡环8的外周壁与开口101上部内壁之间以及塑料副盖2下表面与塑料主盖1上表面之间分别紧密压紧。
在实施例1和实施例2中，为了便于将本发明的塑料主盖与药瓶连接在一起，在所述塑料主盖1内壁中下部设有多个用于卡住瓶口唇边的卡钩102，各卡钩02沿塑料主盖1成圆环均布，在卡钩102下侧设有便于瓶口滑入的斜面1021。安装时只需将已安装连接在一起的塑料主盖1和塑料副盖2按压于瓶口，就可以完成与带唇边的药瓶的卡接。

1.注射剂药瓶用组合盖，其特征在于包括有安装在瓶口处的塑料主盖(1)，塑料主盖(1)上设有正对瓶口密封胶塞的开口(101)，在塑料主盖(1)上方盖有能打开与之分离的塑料副盖(2)，该塑料副盖(2)与塑料主盖(1)的开口(101)之间设置有密封连接结构(3)；所述塑料主盖(1)内壁中下部设有多个用于卡住瓶口唇边的卡钩(102)，各卡钩(102)沿塑料主盖(1)成圆环均布，卡钩(102)下侧设有便于瓶口滑入的斜面(1021)；所述密封连接结构(3)包括设置在塑料主盖(1)开口(101)周围的环形连接台(4)，在塑料副盖(2)下表面与环形连接台(4)对应的位置上设置有连接环(5)，该连接环(5)与环形连接台(4)之间采用密封焊接连接。 
2.注射剂药瓶用组合盖，其特征在于包括有安装在瓶口处的塑料主盖(1)，塑料主盖(1)上设有正对瓶口密封胶塞的开口(101)，在塑料主盖(1)上方盖有能打开与之分离的塑料副盖(2)，该塑料副盖(2)与塑料主盖(1)的开口(101)之间设置有密封连接结构(3)；所述密封连接结构(3)包括设置在塑料主盖(1)开口(101)下部内壁的环形卡台(6)，在开口(101)边缘设置有至少两个与开口(101)、环形卡台(6)都连通的供插缺口(7)，在塑料副盖(2)下表面设置有可插入到开口(101)内的卡环(8)，在卡环(8)底部设置有可穿过供插缺口(7)且旋转后可卡在环形卡台(6)上的卡块(9)，该卡块(9)卡在环形卡台(6)时，可使得卡环(8)的外周壁与开口(101)上部内壁之间以及塑料副盖(2)下表面与塑料主盖(1)上表面之间分别紧密压紧。
